1TFT-LCD Touch Mura不良的研究和改善显示文摘Touch Mura在整个TFT-LCD制作流程中非常容易发生,并且严重影响产品性能。文章主要研究了液晶量、Sub PS设计、PS段差设计及工艺参数Total pitch对Touch Mura的影响。实验结果表明液晶量的增加能够补偿敲击偏移,减轻Touch Mura不良;Sub PS的Z字形设计由于阻挡效应能够有效减轻Touch Mura;Main PS和Sub PS的段差越大,Touch Mura margin越小;工艺参数Total Pitch越接近设计值,Touch Mura风险越小。所以在设计过程中优化液晶量和Main-Sub PS段差设计及Sub PS设计能够有效减低Touch Mura风险,此外,生产过程中对工艺参数Total pitch的管控也至关重要。齐鹏 施园 刘子源 2013液晶与显示2013,28,2:24
2微小盲孔于电镀制作的困难点与产品可靠性探讨显示文摘随着3G通信技术在中国的开放,拉开了3G手机的帷幕。3G乃至4G以上的相关移动通讯产品功能的增加,使HDI(高密度印制电路板)朝向四个技术趋势发展:一是高阶层,基本为二阶HDI结构,部分甚至需要三,四阶的HDI结构;二是缩小线宽间距,线宽间距基本在75μm左右,更小的达到50~60μm;三是堆叠设计的盲孔与电镀铜填孔;四是微盲孔的直径和焊盘的直径越来越小,微盲孔孔径发展需求从0.10mm(4mil)缩小到0.075mm(3mil)乃至0.050mm(2mil)。通讯产品功能的增加,将促使HDI高集成化发展,盲孔孔径微小化是HDI高集成化发展的一个重要方向;本文主要探讨盲孔孔径微小化后对电镀加工制作的困难度与信赖性要求。盲孔孔径从4mil发展到3mi l乃至2mi l后对电镀制程的相关搭配,以及我们应该采用何种微盲孔电镀方式来提高微盲孔的可靠性,确保微盲孔可靠性可达到相关信赖性的要求。陈文德 陈臣 2009印制电路信息2009,0,S1:10

4Synthesis of fluorescent carbon quantum dots from aqua mesophase pitch and their photocatalytic degradation activity of organic dyes显示文摘A synthesis strategy of fluorescent carbon quantum dots(CQDs) with high quantum yield(QY) using aqua mesophase pitch(AMP) as the carbon source has been developed via the hydrothermal method in this study. The hydrothermal temperature and soaking time have important effects on the morphology and QY of CQDs. As-prepared CQDs at 120℃ holding for 24 h(CQDs-120-24) have the uniform size of about 2.8 nm, and the QY can reach 27.6%. The obtained CQDs are successfully modified with ammonia and thionyl chloride, respectively, and they exhibit an excellent photocatalytic performance on degrading rhodamine B(Rh B), methyl blue(MB) and indigo carmine(IC). Importantly, the degradation percentage of N-CQDs on Rh B under natural light for 4 h reaches 97% with the degradation rate constant of 0.02463 min^(-1) and it can maintain 93% after repetitively used 5 times. 5The recent progress of pitch-based carbon anodes in sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)have attracted significant attentions as promising alternatives to lithium-ion batteries for large-scale energy storage applications.Here carbon materials are considered as the most competitive anodes for SIBs based on their low-cost,abundant availability and excellent structural stability.Pitch,with high carbon content and low cost,is an ideal raw precursor to prepare carbon materials for large-scale applications.Nevertheless,the microstructures of pitch-based carbon are highly ordered with smaller interlayer distances,which are unfavorable for Na ion storage.Many efforts have been made to improve the sodium storage performance of pitch-based carbon materials.This review summarizes the recent progress about the application of pitch-based carbons for SIBs anodes in the context of carbon’s morphology and structure regulation strategies,including morphology adjustment,heteroatoms doping,fabricating heterostructures,and the increase of the degree of disorder.Besides,the advantages,present challenges,and possible solutions to current issues in pitch-based carbon anode are discussed,with the highlight of future research directions.This review will provide a deep insight into the development of low-cost and high-performance pitch-based carbon anode for SIBs.Mingchi Jiang Ning Sun Razium Ali Soomro Bin Xu 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,4:5
6Experimental Investigation of the Resistance Performance and Heave and Pitch Motions of Ice-Going Container Ship Under Pack Ice Conditions显示文摘In order to analyze the ice-going ship's performance under the pack ice conditions, synthetic ice was introduced into a towing tank. A barrier using floating cylinder in the towing tank was designed to carry out the resistance experiment. The test results indicated that the encountering frequency between the ship model and the pack ice shifts towards a high-velocity point as the concentration of the pack ice increases, and this encountering frequency creates an unstable region of the resistance, and the unstable region shifts to the higher speed with the increasing concentration. The results also showed that for the same speed points, the ratio of the pack ice resistance to the open water resistance increases with the increasing concentration, and for the same concentrations, this ratio decreases as the speed increases. Motion characteristics showed that the mean value of the heave motion increases as the speed increases, and the pitch motion tends to increase with the increasing speed. 7Non-enhanced Low-tube-voltage High-pitch Dual-source Computed Tomography with Sinogram Affirmed Iterative Reconstruction Algorithm of the Abdomen and Pelvis显示文摘Objective To investigate the image quality, radiation dose and diagnostic value of the low-tube-voltage high-pitch dual-source computed tomography(DSCT) with sinogram affirmed iterative reconstruction(SAFIRE) for non-enhanced abdominal and pelvic scans. Methods This institutional review board-approved prospective study included 64 patients who gave written informed consent for additional abdominal and pelvic scan with DSCT in the period from November to December 2012. The patients underwent standard non-enhanced CT scans(protocol 1) [tube voltage of 120 k Vp/pitch of 0.9/filtered back-projection(FBP) reconstruction] followed by high-pitch non-enhanced CT scans(protocol 2)(100 k Vp/3.0/SAFIRE). The total scan time, mean CT number, signal-to-noise ratio(SNR), image quality, lesion detectability and radiation dose were compared between the two protocols. Results The total scan time of protocol 2 was significantly shorter than that of protocol 1(1.4±0.1 seconds vs. 7.6±0.6 seconds, P<0.001). There was no significant difference between protocol 1 and protocol 2 in mean CT number of all organs(liver, 55.4±6.3 HU vs. 56.1±6.8 HU, P=0.214; pancreas, 43.6±5.9 HU vs. 43.7±5.8 HU, P=0.785; spleen, 47.9±3.9 HU vs. 49.4±4.3 HU, P=0.128; kidney, 32.2±2.3 HU vs. 33.1±2.3 HU, P=0.367; abdominal aorta, 44.8±5.6 HU vs. 45.0±5.5 HU, P=0.499; psoas muscle, 50.7±4.1 HU vs. 50.3±4.5 HU, P=0.279). SNR on images of protocol 2 was higher than that of protocol 1(liver, 5.0±1.2 vs. 4.5±1.1, P<0.001; pancreas, 4.0±1.0 vs. 3.6±0.8, P<0.001; spleen, 4.7±1.0 vs. 4.1±0.9, P<0.001; kidney, 3.1±0.6 vs. 2.8±0.6, P<0.001; abdominal aorta, 4.1±1.0 vs. 3.8±1.0, P<0.001; psoas muscle, 4.5±1.1 vs. 4.3±1.2, P=0.012). The overall image noise of protocol 2 was lower than that of protocol1(9.8±3.1 HU vs. 11.1±3.0 HU, P<0.001). Image quality of protocol 2 was good but lower than that of protocol 1(4.1±0.7 vs. 4.6±0.5, P<0.001). Protocol 2 perceived 229 of 234 lesions(97.9%) that were detected in protocol 1 in the abdomen and pelvis. Radiation dose of protocol 2 was lower than that of protocol 1(4.4±0.4 m Sv vs. 7.3±2.4 m Sv, P<0.001) and the mean dose reduction was 41.4%. 8A solvothermal pre-oxidation strategy converting pitch from soft carbon to hard carbon for enhanced sodium storage显示文摘Due to its low cost and easy availability, the pitch is considered a promising precursor for soft carbon anodes. However, pitch-derived soft carbon shows a high graphitization degree and small interlayer spacing, resulting in its much lower sodium storage performance than hard carbon. We propose a novel preoxidation strategy to introduce additional oxygen atoms into the low-cost soft carbon precursor pitch to fabricate a defect-rich and large-interlayer spacing hard carbon anode(HPP-1100). Compared with the direct pyrolysis of pitch carbon, the sodium storage capacity of HPP-1100 is significantly improved from 120.3 m Ah/g to 306.7 m Ah/g, with an excellent rate and cycling capability(116.5 m Ah/g at 10 C). Moreover, when assorted with an O_(3)-Na(NiFeMn)1/3O_(2)cathode, the full cell delivers a high reversible capacity of 274.0 m Ah/g at 0.1 C with superb cycle life. 9Numerical study of air layer drag reduction of an axisymmetric body in oscillatory motions显示文摘The air layer drag reduction(ALDR)of an axisymmetric body in oscillatory motions is investigated in this paper with open source toolbox OpenFOAM.The unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(URANS)equations are used to determine the viscous flow and the volume of fluid(VOF)model is adopted to capture the interface of the air-water two-phase flow.The k-e turbulence model is adopted to simulate the turbulence.The dynamic mesh technique is applied to model the movement of the axisymmetric body.Firstly,the ALDR results are validated by the experimental data.Then,the effects of the movements of the body on the drag reduction during the ALDR state are investigated.Two representative kinds of movements are considered,namely,the pitch and the heave.The numerical results show that the drag reduction varies during the movements and the average drag reduction rates will be reduced.The variation of the drag reduction is related to the morphological change of the air layer.The heave motion is more likely to reduce the effects of the ALDR than the pitch motion.For both oscillatory motions,the large motion amplitude and the low motion period are not conductive to improving the effects of the ALDR.The effects of the oscillatory motion on the ALDR are more sensitive at high water speeds than at low water speeds.Besides,increasing the air flow ratio can be considered as one way to improve the effects of the ALDR.Xiao-jie Zhao Zhi Zong Yi-chen Jiang 2021Journal of Hydrodynamics2021,33,5:2

12Pitch control strategy before the rated power for variable speed wind turbines at high altitudes显示文摘The wind turbines in the world's highest wind farm with an altitude of over 4 000 m in Naqu county of China were put into operation in 2014.Compared with the wind turbines at lower altitudes,the rated wind speed of these wind turbines are much larger,and the corresponding tip-speed ratio at the rated power reduces significantly due to the lower air density.Hence,the power coefficient at the point of the rated power is decreased to a rather low level.To improve the performance of the wind turbines at very high altitudes,this paper proposes a new pitch control strategy for variable speed wind turbines at the constant-speed phase,especially at the rated-speed phase before the rated power is reached.It is shown that the new pitch control strategy works very well for the wind farms at very high altitude and with low air density,with the catch of the wind energy enhaneed and the aerodynamic loads significantly reduced.Ming-wei Ge Wei-ming Ke Hong-xia Chen 2019Journal of Hydrodynamics2019,31,2:1
13INVESTIGATION OF UNSTEADY EXCITATION EFFECTS ON AERODYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF AIRFOILS显示文摘In this paper, the techniques to manage and control the flow over airfoils by using the external unsteady excitations are investigated. The mechanisms of these excitation effects are also explored. The principal goal of this study is to gain a better understanding and to find the possible ways for enhancing the aerodynamic efficients. The experimental investigations are carried out in two low-speed wind tunnels. The test models are two dimensional airfoils with different section geometries. Four means of excitations have been used in these experiments. (1) The pitch oscillation of the airfoil high-angle-of-attack situation. (2) The moving surface effects of the airfoil with a leading edge rotating cylinder. (3) Oscillating leading edge flaperon. (4) Small oscillating spoiler located near the leading edge of the airfoil. The lift, drag and pitch moment coefficients are measured in these experiments. 14Friction and wear characteristics of robust carbon–carbon composites developed solely from petroleum pitch without reimpregnation显示文摘Friction and wear characteristics correlating the fiber reinforcement percentage of carbon–carbon (C/C) composites solely developed from petroleum pitch matrices were investigated. This study exhibits the tribo-characteristics of C/C composites developed in a single-step carbonization process for varying loads for the first time without a reimpregnation process. A pin-on-disc tribometer with a sliding speed of 0.5 m/s and loads of 5, 10, and 20 N with a flat tool grade stainless steel pin as a static partner was employed. Further, polarized light optical and scanning electron microscopes (SEM) were utilized for a morphological analysis. Elastic modulus and strength were determined by a compression test. A result analysis is conducted to analyze sliding wear accompanied with minor abrasion. 18Close up observation and inversion of low-altitude ENA emissions during a substorm event显示文摘During a series of substorm events on November 12 2004, the Neutral Atom Detector Unit(NUADU) flying onboard the TC-2 spacecraft observed, close to perigee, bright low-altitude Energetic Neutral Atom(ENA) emissions from both north and south poles. Through utilizing high temporal and spatial resolution data inversion techniques we present here a global view the associated processes of energetic ion deposition and injection at the uniquely high temporal resolution of a few minutes. It is demonstrated that the ENA emissions observed came mainly from the, low-altitude, high magnetic latitude polar region.
