1Trajectory reshaping based guidance with impact time and angle constraints显示文摘This study presents a novel impact time and angle constrained guidance law for homing missiles. The guidance law is first developed with the prior-assumption of a stationary target, which is followed by the practical extension to a maneuvering target scenario. To derive the closed-form guidance law, the trajectory reshaping technique is utilized and it results in defining a specific polynomial function with two unknown coefficients. These coefficients are determined to satisfy the impact time and angle constraints as well as the zero miss distance. Furthermore, the proposed guidance law has three additional guidance gains as design parameters which make it possible to adjust the guided trajectory according to the operational conditions and missile's capability.Numerical simulations are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed guidance law.Zhao Yao Sheng Yongzhi Liu Xiangdong 2016Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2016,29,4:8

3Reshaping plasmon modes by film interference显示文摘Localized surface plasmon resonances(LSPRs)in metal nanostructures have been a central subject of nano-photonics due to their ability to manipulate light beyond the optical diffraction limit.Nevertheless,the large intrinsic dissipations of LSPRs have severely hindered their applications,so the on-demand control of the LSPR modes is highly desired and remains open yet.Here,we experimentally and theoretically demonstrate that the plasmon mode can be effectively engineered by interacting with constructive or destructive modes supported by film interference.When a metal nanoparticle interacts with a constructive mode,the dissipation linewidth of its LSPR mode shows a significant reduction of 58%.Simultaneously,the scattering intensity is remarkably enhanced,in vast favor of measuring weak signals from small nanoparticles.Furthermore,the film-destructiveinterference splitting in the scattering spectrum by weak coupling,rather than strong coupling,is revealed if the plasmon particles interact with the destructive mode,resulting in two new hybrid plasmon modes with narrow linewidths.The effective polarizability model of reshaping the LSPR modes by the film interference is present to well understand the experimental observations.Our work may pave the way toward low-loss plasmonic photonics and its practical applications.Jin Liu Wei Li Junyu Li Jie Zhong He Feng Renming Liu Xue-Hua Wang 2023Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,11:0
4Construction of expression vectors and study on single-chain antibody and reshaping single-domain antibody against CD3显示文摘Two vectors, pWA180 and pROH80, for expression of single-chain Fv fragments (ScFv) were con-siruciea. (?)ne anti-CD3 VH and VL genes were amplified from UCHTl cells by RT-PCR and sequenced. Both genes were cloned in pWA180 to express native ScFv and pROH80 for GST-ScFv fusion protein expression. The expression products were analysed by ELISA and Western blot. The combining site of OKT3 was modeled. Human [g LS1 and Nd were selected as acceptors of CDRs of OKT3 VL and VH to construct a reshaping antibody against CD3. By com-paring OKT3, LS1 and Nd with their own family sequences, some residues were changed and the reshaping VL and VH genes were designed. The full VH gene was assembled in three steps with eight chemically synthesized oligonu-cleotide fragments using overlapping PCR and sequenced.
