| 1 | A new class of scrambling transformation and its application in the image information covering显示文摘This paper studies two kinds of nonlinear transformations, namely the higher-dimensional Arnold transformation and the higher-dimensional Fibonacci Q-transformation and discusses the scrambling action of the two transformations focusing on the phase space of the digital images. A sufficient and necessary condition that a matrix transformation of digital image has periodicity is given. | 2 | Effect of Graphene Nanoplatelets addition on mechanical properties of pure aluminum using a semi-powder method显示文摘In recent years, graphene has attracted considerable research interest in all fields of science due to its unique properties. Its excellent mechanical properties lead it to be used in nano-composites for strength enhancement. This paper reports an Aluminum–Graphene Nanoplatelets(Al/GNPs)composite using a semi-powder method followed by hot extrusion. The effect of GNP nano-particle integration on tensile, compressive and hardness response of Al is investigated in this paper. It is demonstrated that 0.3 wt% Graphene Nanoplatelets distributed homogeneously in the matrix aluminum act as an effective reinforcing filler to prevent deformation. Compared to monolithic aluminum(in tension), Al–0.3 wt% GNPs composite exhibited higher 0.2% yield strength(+14.7%), ultimate tensile strength(+11.1%) and lower failure strain( -40.6%). Surprisingly, compared to monolithic Al(in compression), Al–0.3 wt% GNPs composite exhibited same 0.2% compressive yield strength and lower ultimate compression strength(- 7.8%),and lower failure strain(- 20.2%). | 3 | 塔里木盆地塔北东部下奥陶统基质白云岩的稀土元素特征及其成因显示文摘白云岩成因机制的核心问题之一是白云石化流体的来源。本文选择塔北东部地区下奥陶统蓬莱坝组白云岩、云质灰岩作为研究对象,在沉积学和岩石学基础上对基质白云岩的稀土元素地球化学特征进行了分析研究。结果表明,白云岩、云质灰岩中Sc、Th、Hf、Zr等元素的含量远远低于这些元素在陆源沉积物中的含量,并且Th、Zr的含量与Y/Ho比值间不具有明显的正相关关系,La的正异常、较高的Y/Ho比值等特征均表明塔北东部下奥陶统蓬莱坝组碳酸盐岩形成的环境为未受陆源物质混染的浅海相沉积。而白云岩负Ce异常、正La异常、轻微富集的Gd正异常以及La正异常与Y异常的正相关性等典型稀土元素特征均反映了白云石化流体具有典型的海水来源特征;而基质白云岩与白云质灰岩之间的∑REE+Y,∑LREE和∑HREE含量差异表明,在白云石化过程中稀土元素发生了一定程度的流失,且HREE较之于LREE更易于发生流失,因此白云石化过程中成岩流体对HREE的移出量大于LREE的移出量是塔北东部下奥陶统白云岩具有相对富集的LREE及相对较低的Y/Ho比值的主要原因。结合岩石学、沉积学、微量元素以及稳定同位素特征的综合分析认为,塔北东部地区下奥陶统蓬莱坝组基质白云岩是海水白云石化作用的结果。个别白云岩样品的Eu正异常以及同层位构造裂隙方解石的δ^(18)O、^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr以及流体包裹体均表明下奥陶统蓬莱坝组受到后期热液流体的影响,但其对研究样品基质白云岩的影响程度比较弱。 | 韩银学 李忠 韩登林 彭守涛 刘嘉庆 | 2009 | 岩石学报2009,25,10: | 43 |
| 4 | 胃癌中幽门螺杆菌L型感染与MIF、MMP9、VEGF表达的关系显示文摘目的探讨胃癌组织中幽门螺杆菌L型(Hp-L)感染与巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达之间的相互关系及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学染色法及革兰染色检测80例胃癌组织及50例癌旁正常组织中Hp-L感染情况,同时检测上述组织中MIF、MMP9、VEGF蛋白的表达;运用RT-PCR及Western blotting法检测30例新鲜胃癌组织及相应切缘组织中MIFmRNA及MIF、MMP9、VEGF蛋白的表达。结果 80例胃癌组织中经免疫组化和革兰染色同时阳性病例有57例,与对照组相比具有显著性差异(71.25%vs 14%,P<0.05);胃癌组织中Hp-L阳性组中MIF、MMP9、VEGF蛋白表达阳性率高于Hp-L阴性组(P<0.05),且Hp-L感染与MIF、MMP9和VEGF表达均呈正相关关系(r=0.598,r=0.292,r=0.341,P<0.05)。30例胃癌新鲜组织中MIF-mRNA表达(1.583±0.177)高于对照组(1.407±0.078),两者差异具有显著性(t=3.729,P=0.001);Western blotting法检测MIF、MMP9、VEGF蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达显著高于癌旁正常组织;胃癌组织中MIF、MMP9均与肿瘤浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关,VEGF蛋白表达与肿瘤浸润深度有关(P<0.05)。结论 Hp-L型感染是促进胃癌的侵袭与转移的重要因素之一,其机制与上调胃癌组织中MIF、MMP9、VEGF表达有关。 | 欧玉荣 康敏 周蕾 承泽农 唐素兰 于东红 | 2014 | 南方医科大学学报2014,34,2: | 45 |
| 5 | Glycyrrhizic acid inhibits apoptosis and fibrosis in carbontetrachloride-induced rat liver injury显示文摘AIM:To investigate anti-apoptotic effects of glycyrrhizic acid(GA) against fibrosis in carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-induced liver injury and its contributing factors.METHODS:Liver fibrosis was induced by administration of CCl4 for 8 wk.Pathological changes in the liver of rats were examined by hematoxylin-eosin staining.Collagen fibers were detected by Sirius red staining.Hepatocyte apoptosis was determined by TUNEL assay and the expression levels of cleaved caspase-3,Bax,α-SMA,connective tissue growth factor(CTGF),matrix metalloproteinase(MMP) 2 and MMP9 proteins were evaluated by western blot analysis,and α-SMA m RNA,collagen type Ⅰ and Ⅲ m RNA were estimated by real-time PCR.RESULTS:Treatment with GA significantly improved the pathological changes in the liver and markedly decreased the positive area of Sirius red compared with rats in the CCl4-treated group.TUNEL assay showed that GA significantly reduced the number of TUNEL-positive cells compared with the CCl4-treated group.The expression levels of cleaved caspase-3,Bax,α-SMA,CTGF,MMP2 and MMP9 proteins,and α-SMA m RNA,collagen type Ⅰ and Ⅲ m RNA were also significantly reduced by GA compared with the CCl4-treated group(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:GA treatment can ameliorate CCl4-induced liver fibrosis by inhibiting hepatocyte apoptosis and hepatic stellate cell activation. | Bo Liang Xiao-Ling Guo Jing Jin Yong-Chun Ma Zheng-Quan Feng | 2015 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,17: | 44 |

Unleashing the power of knowledge in multi-view data is very important in big data mining and analysis. This calls for advanced techniques that consider the diversity of different views,while fusing these data. Multi-view Clustering(MvC) has attracted increasing attention in recent years by aiming to exploit complementary and consensus information across multiple views. This paper summarizes a large number of multi-view clustering algorithms, provides a taxonomy according to the mechanisms and principles involved, and classifies these algorithms into five categories, namely, co-training style algorithms, multi-kernel learning, multiview graph clustering, multi-view subspace clustering, and multi-task multi-view clustering. Therein, multi-view graph clustering is further categorized as graph-based, network-based, and spectral-based methods. Multi-view subspace clustering is further divided into subspace learning-based, and non-negative matrix factorization-based methods. This paper does not only introduce the mechanisms for each category of methods, but also gives a few examples for how these techniques are used.
