1Abnormal protein aggregation and neurodegenerative diseases显示文摘Abnormal protein aggregation or amyloid is the major cause of many neurodegenerative disorders. The present review focuses on the correlation between sequence and structure features of proteins related to the diseases and abnormal protein aggregation. Recent progress has improved our knowledge on understanding the mechanism of amyloid formation. We suggest a nucleation model for ordered protein aggregation, which can also explain pathogenesis mechanisms of these neurodegenerative diseases in vivo.HU HongyuShanghai Institute of Biochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai 200031, China (e-mail: hyhu@sunm.shcnc.ac.cn) 2001Chinese Science Bulletin2001,46,1:1
2A NONCLASSICAL CONSTITUTIVE MODEL FOR CRYSTALPLASTICITY AND ITS APPLICATION显示文摘A nonclassical constitutive description for a slip system is formulated by using a simple mechanical model consisting of a spring and a plastic dashpot-like block. The corresponding constitutive model for a single crystal and the analysis for polycrystalline response is proposed based on the KVW’s self-consistent theory. The constitutive model contains no yield criterion, so the corresponding numerical analysis is greatly simplified because it involves no additional process to search for the activation of slip systems and slip direction. A mixed averaging approach is proposed to obtain the response of polycrystalline material, which consists of the Gaussian integral mean for the ω which varies continuously within each face of the isosahedron and the arithmetic mean for the spatially uniformly distributed twenty sets of 0 and φ determined by the normal of each face of the isosahedron. The main features 316 stainless steel subjected to typical biaxial nonproportional cyclic strain paths are well described. Calculation also shows that the developed model and the corresponding analytical approach are of good accuracy and efficiency.彭向和 曾祥国 范镜泓 1998Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)1998,19,10:0
3Software quality assessment model: a systematic mapping study显示文摘Quality model is regarded as a well-accepted approach for assessing, managing and improving software product quality. There are three categories of quality models for software products, i.e., definition model, assessment model, and prediction model. Quality assessment model(QAM) is a metric-based approach to assess the software quality. It is typically regarded as of high importance for its clear method on how to assess a system. However, the current state-of-the-art in QAM research is under limited investigation. To address this gap, the paper provides an organized and synthesized summary of the current QAMs. In detail, we conduct a systematic mapping study(SMS) for structuring the relevant articles. We obtain a total of 716 papers from the five databases, and 31 papers are selected as relevant studies at last. In summary, our work focuses on QAMs from the following aspects: software metrics, quality factors, aggregation methods, evaluation methods and tool support. According to the analysis results, our work discovers five needs that researchers in this area should continue to address:(1) new method and criteria to tailor a quality framework(i.e., structure of software metrics and quality factors) according to different specifics,(2) systematic investigations on the effectiveness, strength and weakness of different aggregation methods to guide the method selection in different context,(3) more investigations on evaluating QAMs in the context of industrial cases,(4) further investigations or real-world case studies on the QAMs related tools, and(5) building a public and diverse software benchmark which can be adopted in different application context.Meng YAN Xin XIA Xiaohong ZHANG Ling XU Dan YANG Shanping LI 2019Science China(Information Sciences)2019,62,9:0
