1GRACE 评分用于急性肺栓塞危险分层的研究显示文摘目的:探讨全球急性冠状动脉事件注册( GRACE)评分预测急性肺栓塞患者临床转归的适用性。方法对103例连续性急性肺栓塞住院患者进行了GRACE评分、Geneva预后评分、简化急性肺栓塞严重程度指数和欧洲心脏病学会评分检测,并对上述预后评分方法预测主要终点(30 d全因病死率)的效能进行了分析和比较。预测效能的评估指标为受试者工作特征曲线下面积(AUC)。结果纳入此研究患者的30 d全因病死率为18.4%。依据GRACE评分分类为低危组的患者均未发生不良事件( GRACE 评分≤109的阴性预测值为100%)。 GRACE 评分(AUC 0.715,95%CI 0.63~0.80)比Geneva预后评分(AUC 0.623,95%CI 0.53~0.71)、欧洲心脏病学会评分(AUC 0.662,95%CI 0.57~0.76)及简化急性肺栓塞严重程度指数(AUC 0.705,95%CI 0.61~0.80)具有更高的预测效能。结论 GRACE评分有预测急性肺栓塞患者30 d病死率的价值。赵梦华 宋文奇 徐宝元 田洪森 张凯 石建平 王泰然 2014中国急救医学2014,34,4:12
2Development of the universal and simplified soil model coupling heat and water transport显示文摘It is very important to develop a universal soil model with higher simplicity and more accuracy, which can be widely applied to very general cases such as wet or dry soil, frozen or unfrozen soil and homogeneous or heterogeneous soil. Firstly in this study, based on analysis of both magnitude order and the numerical simulation results, the universal and simplified soil model (USSM) coupling heat and mass transport processes is developed. Secondly, in order to avoid the greater uncertainty caused by the phase change term in numerical iteration process for the model solution obtaining, new version of the universal simplified soil model (NUSSM) is further derived through variables transformation, and accordingly a more efficient numerical scheme for the new version is designed well. The simulation results from the NUSSM agree with the results from more complicated and accurate soil model very well, also reasonably reproduce the observed data under widely real conditions. 3Improved form of wind wave frequency spectrum显示文摘The lower frequency part of the theoretical wind wave spectrum proposed by the authors (Wen et al. , 1988a, b,c) has been improved and the form of spectrum is appreciably simplified. In addition to the field data collected in the Bohai Sea region and used in the previous papers, those obtained in the Huanghai Sea, the East China Sea and the South China Sea have been employed so that the improved spectra can be verified on a more extensive observational basis. Computed results agree with the observations well. Further comparisons have been made between the proposed spectra and the JONSWAP spectrum. Though the two types of spectrum are close to each other in form, the former shows, as a whole, better agreement with the observation than the latter. By introducing an improved relation between the peak-ness factor and significant wave steepness, the spectrum contains only significant wave height and period as parameters. 4Some basic principles for linear coupled dynamic thermopiezoelectricity显示文摘According to the basic idea of classical yin-yang complementarity and modern dual-complementarity, in a simple and unified way some basic principles for linear coupled dynamic thermopiezoelectricity can be established systematically. An important integral relation in terms of convolutions is given, which can be considered as the generalized principle of virtual work in mechanics. Based on this relation, it is possible not only to obtain the principle of virtual work and the reciprocal theorem in linear coupled dynamic thermopiezoelectricity, but also to derive systematically the complementary functionals for eleven-field, nine-field, six-field and three-field simplified Gurtin-type variational principles. 6Design, Synthesis and Antifungal Activity of Benzofuran and Its Analogues显示文摘Summary of main observation and conclusion Benzofuran has antifungal activity as the inhibitor of N-myristoyltransferase.Twenty-nine novel benzofuran-semicarbazide hybrids were designed and synthesized by principle of drug combinationatory.On this basis,the benzofuran ring was simplified to a resorcinol structure,and sixteen novel 1,3-dialkoxybenzene-semicarbazide hybrids were designed and synthesized.All structures of the target compounds were characterized by HRMS and NMR.The in vitro antifungal activity of target compounds was evaluated using the microdilution broth method against eight strains of pathogenic fungi with fluconazole as positive control.According to the results of the target compounds,structure-activity relationship(SAR)is summarized.The inhibitory activity against the tested strains of simplified compounds(K01-K16)has different levels improvement compared with compounds Z01-Z29.K01-K16 showed significant antifungal activities against A.fumigatus,C.kruseii,and sensitive C.albicans 5314.Notably,compounds Z20,Z22,K10,K11 and K16 also displayed different activities against two fluconazole-resistance strains that were isolated from AIDS patients.The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)values against fluconazole-resistant strains were in the range of 2-8μg/mL and 4-32μg/mL,respectively.Furthermore,molecular docking was performed to investigate the binding affinities and interaction modes between the target compound and N-myristoyltransferase.Hang Xu Zhuang Hou Zhen Liang Meng-Bi Guo Xin Su Chun Guo 2019Chinese Journal of Chemistry2019,37,12:5

8Experimental, Numerical and Simplified Theoretical Model Study for Internal Solitary Wave Load on FPSO with Emphasis on Scale Effect显示文摘Scale effect of ISWs loads on Floating Production Storage and Offloading(FPSO) is studied in this paper. The application conditions of KdV, eKdV and MCC ISWs theories are used in the numerical method. The depthaveraged velocities induced by ISWs are used for the velocity-inlet boundary. Three scale ratio numerical models λ=1, 20 and 300 were selected, which the scale ratio is the size ratio of numerical models to the experimental model.The comparisons between the numerical and former experimental results are performed to verify the feasibility of numerical method. The comparisons between the numerical and simplified theoretical results are performed to discuss the applicability of the simplified theoretical model summarized from the load experiments. Firstly, the numerical results of λ=1 numerical model showed a good agreement with former experimental and simplified theoretical results. It is feasible to simulate the ISWs loads on FPSO by the numerical method. Secondly, the comparisons between the results of three scale ratio numerical models and experimental results indicated that the scale ratios have more significant influence on the experimental horizontal forces than the vertical forces. The scale effect of horizontal forces mainly results from the different viscosity effects associated with the model’s dimension.Finally, through the comparisons between the numerical and simplified theoretical results for three scale ratio models, the simplified theoretical model of the pressure difference and friction forces exerted by ISWs on FPSO is applied for large-scale or full-scale FPSO.ZHANG Rui-rui CHEN Ke YOU Yun-xiang 2019China Ocean Engineering2019,33,1:4
9Optimization of a serpentine flow field with variable channel heights and widths for PEM fuel cells显示文摘The present study proposes a modified serpentine flow field design in which the channel heights vary along each straight flow path to enhance reactant transport and liquid water removal. An optimization approach, combining a simplified conjugate-gradient method (inverse solver) and a three-dimensional, two-phase, non-isothermal fuel cell model (direct solver), has been developed to optimize the key geometric parameters. The optimal design has tapered channels for channels 1, 3 and 4 and increasing heights for channels 2 and 5 with the flow widths first increasing and then decreasing. The optimal channel heights and widths enhance the efficiency by 22.51% compared with the basic design having all heights and widths of 1 mm. The diverging channels have a greater impact on cell performance than fine adjustments of the channel widths for the present simulation conditions. The channel heights have more effect on the sub-rib convection, while the channel widths affect the uniformity of the fuel delivery more. The reduced channel heights of channels 2–4 significantly enhance the sub-rib convection to effectively transport oxygen to and liquid water out of the diffusion layer. 13Development and Validation of a Simplified Chinese Version of the Assessment Tool for Students' Perceptions of Medical Professionalism显示文摘Professionalism is crucial in all professions and is particularly important in the medical field.Measuring students' perceptions of professionalism can help to form education targeting the enhancement of professionalism.This study aimed to validate an effective assessment tool for the measurement of medical students5 perceptions of medical professionalism in China's Mainland.The cross-sectional survey was conducted in three medical colleges in Guangdong,China.Of the 2103 eligible medical students,1976 responded,and 1856 questionnaires were deemed valid.Students from clinical medicine in these three medical colleges were randomly selected by cluster sampling.First,a Simplified Chinese Version questionnaire to measure Student's Perception of Medical Professionalism (SCV-SPMP) was constructed.Second,questionnaires from 1856 students majoring in clinical medicine at three medical colleges were included in the analysis.Third,exploratory factor analysis,Cronbach's alpha,item-subscale correlation,and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted to test the validity and reliability of the SCV-SPMP.Nine items were eliminated following exploratory factor analysis,and four subscales were extracted from the analysis.All internal consistency reliability exceeded the minimum standard.The overall Cronbach's alpha was 0.94,and four subscales' alphas were 0.82 (Accountability and excellence),0.81 (Duty),0.89 (Honor and integrity),and 0.85 (Practice habits and respect for others),respectively.The model fit was good.The convergent validity and discriminant validity were acceptable.The modified SCVSPMP was found to be a valid and reliable tool to capture the main features of Chinese students' perceptions of medical professionalism in four dimensions,and it provides a quantitative method for the measurement of the students' perceptions in China's Mainland..Fei-fei YU Chun-yan DU Zi-feng LIU Li-jin CHEN Yi-xiang HUANG Ling-ling ZHANG 2019Current Medical Science2019,39,4:3
14Changes in annual CO_2 fluxes estimated from inventory data in South Korea显示文摘Using a slightly modified IPCC method, we examined changes in annual fluxes of CO2 and contributions of energy consumption, limestone use, waste combustion, land-use change, and forest growth to the fluxes in South Korea from 1990to 1997. Our method required less data and resulted in a larger estimate of CO2released by industrial processes, comparing with the original IPCC guideline. However, net CO2 emission is not substantially different from the estimates of IPCC and modified methods. Net CO2 emission is intimately related to GDP as Koreaneconomy has heavily relied on energy consumption and industrial activities, which are major sources of CO2. Total efflux of CO2 was estimated to be 63.6 Tg C/ain 1990 and amounted to 112.9 Tg C/a in 1997. Land-use change contributed to annual budget of CO2 in a relatively small portion. Carbon dioxide was sequesteredby forest biomass at the rate of 6.5 Tg C/a in 1990 and 8.5 Tg C/a in 1997. Although CO2 storage in the forests increased, the sink effect was overwhelmed by extensive energy consumption, suggesting that energy-saving strategies will be more effective in reducing CO2 emission in Korea than any other practices. It is presumed that plant uptake of CO2 is underestimated as carbon contained in plant detritus and belowground living biomass were not fully considered. Furthermore, the soil organic carbon stored in forest decomposes in various ways in rugged mountains depending on their conditions, such as slope, aspect and elevation, which could have an effect on decomposition rate and carbon stores in soils.
