1通过溶剂蒸汽处理制备多级静电纺丝纳米纤维作为空气过滤膜实现PM2.5高效捕获(英文)显示文摘空气污染特别是颗粒物(PM)污染,已经威胁到人类的身体健康,因而引起了全世界的高度关注.人们在室外可通过口罩进行个人防护,然而一般的商业口罩起不到好的防护效果.本文利用静电纺丝技术和溶剂蒸汽退火(SVA)方法制备了新型高效的聚(ε-己内酯)/聚环氧乙烷(PCL/PEO)空气过滤纳米纤维.通过SVA处理,纤维表面变得褶皱,增强了对PM2.5的捕获效率.在重度污染状况(PM2.5颗粒浓度>225 mg m^(-3))下,这种纳米褶皱空气过滤膜的移除效率达80.01%.秦皇岛雾霾天实地测量表明,空气过滤膜能高效移除PM2.5.与商业口罩相比,本文经过SVA处理后的PCL/PEO空气过滤膜具有制备方法简单、环境友好且易降解的特性,在高效过滤膜领域有潜在应用.黄欣欣 焦体峰 刘青青 张乐欣 周靖欣 李冰冰 彭秋明 2019Science China Materials2019,62,3:12
2Morphology and efficiency enhancements of PTB7-Th:ITIC nonfullerene organic solar cells processed via solvent vapor annealing显示文摘The nanoscale morphology within the photoactive layer of organic solar cells is critical in determining the power conversion efficiency (PCE). Here, we draw attention to the roles of molecular arrangement, and domain size in improving performance, which can be tuned by subjecting the photovoltaic materials to solvent vapor annealing (SVA). In our PTB7-Th:ITIC devices, the PCE can be improved by exposing the device to solvent vapor for 60 s after solution casting. The solvent vapor prolongs reorganizational time and increases molecular ordering and domain size/phase separation, which are sub-optimal in pristine PTB7-Th:ITIC blend films. This improved morphology results in better charge mobility, reduced recombination, and ultimately an improved PCE from 7.1% to 7.9% when using CS2 as the annealing solvent. 3Control on β conformation of poly(9,9-di-n-octylfluorene)via solvent annealing显示文摘Films of poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene)(PFO) are of great importance in fabricating light emitting diodes.In practice, theβ-phase of PFO is expected due to its high efficiency in the transport of charge carrier.To promote the formation of β-phase,PFO films are immersed and annealed in the mixture of solvent/nonsolvent.The effects of temperature, solvent/nonsolvent ratio, and annealing time are examined systematically.It is found that the fraction of β-phase can be highly improved by increasing the ratio of solvent/nonsolvent.The reconfiguration of PFO molecules for β-phase in annealing is generally finished in 10 min.The finding in this study demonstrates that solvent-assisted annealing offers a fast and economic approach for mass annealing.张志超 张丙悦 翁雨燕 张天辉 2019Chinese Physics B2019,28,7:0
