2Do major customers promote firms’ innovation?显示文摘This study examines whether and how a concentrated supply chain relationship affects a firm’s innovation decisions. Using data from Chinese listed firms in the manufacturing industry, we find that a concentrated customer base constrains a firm’s R&D investment, where a 1% increase in customer concentration is associated with a 0.011% decrease in R&D investment. To establish causality, we use the instrumental variable method, the reverse causality model, and the Granger causality test to re-examine the relationship and arrive at a consistent conclusion. Results from mechanism analysis suggest that a concentrated customer base constrains the internal fund availability and that the negative relationship between customer concentration and firms’ innovation is less pronounced for firms with more external financial support. Additional analysis reveals that the negative effect of customer concentration mainly affects R&D investment expenditure and that customer concentration also constrains innovation output in China. 3Wholesale Pricing and Evolutionarily Stable Strategy in Duopoly Supply Chains with Social Responsibility显示文摘This paper analyzes manufacturers’ wholesale price decisions and the evolutionarily stable strategies of the retailers’ marketing behavior in duopoly supply chains, where each chain consists of one manufacturer and many retailers. Each retailer chooses one of two marketing strategies: social responsibility or non-social responsibility (i.e., a firm only cares about the benefits of its shareholders). We identify the conditions under which a strategy profile is evolutionarily stable. Furthermore, we investigate the manufacturers’ wholesale prices and find the following:(i) the retailer’s social responsibility decreases the unit wholesale price;(ii) when the degree of the retailer’s social responsibility is medium, the social responsibility of the retailer in a supply chain increases the profit of the retailer’s own manufacturer and decreases the profit of the rival’s manufacturer;otherwise, it decreases the profits of the two manufacturers;and (iii) when each retailer exhibits its social responsibility moderately, a triple-win situation can be achieved.Caichun Chai Tiaojun Xiao 2019Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2019,28,1:5

5The Coordination Mechanism of Supply Chain Finance Based on Tripartite Game Theory显示文摘Supply chain finance(SCF) is concerned because of its service efficiency for the real economy. Beside the bank, some enterprises have provided the SCF service. E-commerce platform firms develop small and micro loan system in China. A given small enterprise can apply for a loan through its platform. Based on the latest SCF developments and the relevant literature, this study focuses on the coordination mechanism of SCF. We construct a game theory model including supplier, retailer and financial service provider to analyze the decision making of them. 7The Effect of Money-Back Guarantee and Customer Value on Dual-Channel Supply Chain显示文摘This paper investigates the effect of money-back guarantee (MBG) and customer value on dualchannel supply chain.Manufacturer could produce and sell old generation product by direct channel to compete with new generation product by retail channel.Both retailer and manufacturer could choose whether implementing the MBG strategy or not.This paper discusses whether manufacturer should open the direct channel,how to make MBG strategy to realize maximum profits,and how customer value influences the supply chain.We give the boundary conditions of four situations about the decisions of retailer and manufacturer GG situation,GN situation,NG situation and NN situation.We find that MBG strategy by retailer brings higher retail unit price,MBG strategy by manufacturer brings higher direct unit price and influences the wholesale price by the net salvage value of new generation product.This paper shows that if the demand was positive,opening the direct channel always benefits the manufacturer.Besides,customer value affects demands of two channels and the threshold value of parameter is given in this paper.Limin Wang Qiankun Song Zhenjiang Zhao 2019Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2019,28,5:4

11The Application of Busywork Flow in Supply Chain Management of Fruits显示文摘Firstly,I point out the problems in the fruit supply chain management.Then through field survey,we know that busywork flow plays a very important role in the fruit supply chain management.I establish the mathematical model,to derive that the supply chain management of corporate procurement and supply network is the optimal economic model.In terms of the performance of supply chain,I draw the following conclusions:(i) Busywork flow can achieve the supply chain management,and reduces logistics costs in the whole process of circulation;(ii) Busywork flow can improve logistics services for the customers and reduces coordination costs;(iii) The establishment of modern information system can reduce logistics costs;(iv) Busywork flow can improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs;(v) Busywork flow can reduce and avoid the costs of return of goods;(vi) The operation of the busywork flow can achieve integrated transport and business outsourcing to third-party logistics,thereby reducing costs,reducing transport links,reasonably choosing the means of transport,formulating the optimal transportation plan,improving the mode of transport,and increasing the cargo loading amount.(vii) Busywork flow promotes the use of e-commerce.I also express my own views on upgrade version of corporate procurement and supply network.Finally I point out some problems in the existing corporate procurement and supply network,and put forward the following recommendations:developing township-level 4S fruit shop according to the business development,with the functions of purchasing apple,supplying means of agricultural production,providing technical services and developing market;building ' corporate ecological orchard' through holding.OUYANG Bin 2012Asian Agricultural Research2012,4,11:3
12A Multi-Agent System Using JADE for Simulation of Supply Chains显示文摘This paper proposes a prototype system for modeling and simulation of supply chains using a widely accepted agent platform Java agent development platform (JADE). A simple but practical coordination mechanism agent-based dynamic information network for supply chains (ADINS) is employed for the illustration of the suggested system and a simulation experiment is performed using a supply chain model of a Korean LCD manufacturing company. One is the e-market intermediation model (EMIM), and the other is the Integrative content center model (ICCM). Based on the analysis of these two models in application field of agriculture, a conclusion is drawn that these two models will be the main application ones of agricultural e-commerce at present, while ICCM will be a transition from local e-commerce to integrative e-commerce. 16Optimal Decision-Making of Low-Carbon Supply Chain Incorporating Fairness Concerns显示文摘The optimal decision-making of the low-carbon supply chain incorporating fairness concerns, such as the effort of reducing carbon emissions, the whole sale price and retail price, is analyzed by taking the Nash bargaining solution as the fairness reference point. The following conclusions are found. Firstly, the wholesale price is strongly influenced by the fairness concern of the manufacturer but weakly influenced by that of the retailer, although both statistically significantly. Secondly, both the manufacturer’s and retailer’s fairness concerns reduce carbon emissions dramatically to nearly the same extent. 17Multilevel hierarchical production planning architecture for engineer-to-order enterprises显示文摘The critical materials and critical parts are keys to the production at Engineer to Order (ETO) enterprises implies that the control of plans for critical materials and critical parts is essential to the control of all plans at ETO enterprises. A mixed mode of hierarchical network planning/MRP (NP/MRP) is proposed to generate network plans for critical materials or critical parts from project networks and the plans for non critical parts produced by MRP are constrained by the related project networks. The multilevel hierarchical network planning/MRP mixed planning (MHNM) architecture proposed is the extension of the hierarchical NP/MRP to the supply chain based on the temporal constraints of multilevel project networks for critical materials or critical parts. 18Financing strategies for coal-electricity supply chain under yield uncertainty显示文摘The financing strategies for a coal-electricity supply chain in which the coal company has capital constraint and faces yield uncertainty were studied. We propose an advance payment mechanism: in the coal company's initial production period, the electricity company provides advance payment to the coal company, and the coal company pays interest to the electricity company as the risk compensation. The optimal operation strategies for the coal company and the electricity company under the advance payment mechanism are derived and compared with those under the bank loan financing case. We find that,the expected profit functions of the coal company and the electricity company under the advance payment mechanism are the same with those under the case that the coal company has enough capital;under the advance payment mechanism, the profits of the coal company and the electricity company are higher than those under the bank financing case. 19Emergency Supply Chain Management Based on Rough Set-House of Quality显示文摘Due to the frequent occurrence of various emergencies in recent years,people have put forward higher requirements on the emergency supply chain management.It is of great significance to explore the key management indicators of emergency supply chain for its management and efficient operation.In order to reveal the essence of emergency supply chain management,production,procurement,distribution,storage,use,recycling and other emergencies,supply chain links are considered to establish an emergency supply chain management index system to identify the key influencing factors in the emergency supply chain.The emergency supply chain involves many management elements and the traditional qualitative analysis and comprehensive evaluation methods have their shortcomings in practice.In order to get a more suitable method,a novel evaluation model is proposed,based on Rough set—house of quality method.In this paper,Rough set is used to filter the indexes,eliminate redundant indicators,and simplify many management indicators of the emergency supply chain system to a few core indicators.Then,the house of quality is used to analyze and sort the core index to get the key management index of emergency supply chain.The effectiveness of the proposed evaluation model is validated through a series of numerical experiments.The experimental results also show that the proposed evaluation model can assist decision makers in optimizing the emergency supply chain procedure and improving the efficiency of accident rescue.Yuan He Xue-Dong Liang Fu-Min Deng Zhi Li 2019International Journal of Automation and computing2019,16,3:2
