Key Techniques in Research and Implementation of the Direct Quadrature Conversion Transceiver

Comparing with traditional transmitters, it had made great breakthroughs in dimension, power consumption and cost. The result of the key parameters (local oscillator leakage < -38dBc, image rejection ratio < -37.2dBc) excelled the typical specifications (local oscillator leakage -34dBc, image rejection ratio36dBc). With the technology of pre-distortion, RF power amplifier had the maximum output power of 33dBm andefficiency of 40% approximately. This transmitter can be used in transmitting signals of AM, QAM, BPSK, QPSK, GSM, CDMA, WCDMA etc, and can be adapted to mobile communication equipments and miniaturized weapon systems. 关 键 词:直接正交变换 镜频抑制比 振幅平衡 相位平衡 移动通信
