The incidence ofangiopathies and calcification in pulp vessels is morefrequent in DM patients than nondiabetics. Someevidences have suggested an interaction between controlof blood pressure and pain regulation. Zamir and Shuberfound that hypertensive patients had a higher thresholdfor sensation of pain than norrnotensive controls in thetooth-pulp electricity test.Circadian patterns of some physiological activities arechanged in patients with diabetes or hypertension, butthe temporal variation of pulp sensibility in diabetic 关 键 词:糖尿病 高血压 老年患者 牙髓敏感性 昼夜节奏变化
