This study examined the effect of raloxifene, a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) on retrobulbar blood flow. Methods: Right eyes of fifteen postmenopausal women receiving raloxifene were compared with right eyes of fifteen postmenopausal age-matched women not receiving raloxifene.
