摘　　要：Theory and controls parameters affecting the output pressure and flow rate of the packed-bed electroos-motic pump (p-EOP), including zeta potential z, electric in-tensity E, length of the column L, cross-section area of the column A, dielectric constant e and viscosity coefficient h of the liquid being pumped, are discussed concisely. And also, the fabrication and application of the p-EOP are introduced. 关键词：电渗泵电流密度介电常数粘滞系数
