A New Venture Analysis Method and Its Application

In this paper, 14 venture prototypes are proposed based on the attributes of venture.Then, a new venture analysis method is discussed by the way of matching the new venture with the corresponding prototype. Considering the fuzziness of human subjective grading, the L-R fuzzy numbers are used to express the variables and corresponding fuzzy algorithm are applied in analysis. At the end, an application example is applied to indicate the effectiveness of the method. 关 键 词：风险分析 模糊算法 L-R模糊数 企业管理
