A heat treatm ent w as carried out for the sa m ples at 100 ~1200 ℃in air . Its optical property w as deter mined by U V Vis spectur m . We have found that theabsorption edge of spectru m shifted progressively to longer w avelengths . The quantu m size ef fect of nanocrystals appears because crystals gro w and energy of optical band gap reduces d ueto the influence of te m perature . | 4 | A New Integrated Design Method Based on Fuzzy Matter-Element Optimization显示文摘This paper puts forward a new integrated design met ho d based on fuzzy matter-element optimization.On the based of analyzing the mod el of multi-objective fuzzy matter-element , the paper defines the m atter-element weightily and changes solving multi-objective fuzzy optimization into solving dependent function K(x) of the single-objective optimization according to the optimization criterion. The paper particularly describes the realization approach of GA process of multi -objective fuzzy matter-element optimization: encode, produce initial populati on, confirm fitness function, select operator, etc. In the process, the adaptive macro genetic algorithms (AMGA) is applied to enhancing the evolution speed. Th e paper improves the two genetic operators: crossover and mutation operator. The modified adaptive macro genetic algorithms (MAMGA) is put forward simultane ously. It is adopted to solve the optimization problem. Three optimization methods, namely fuzzy matter-element optimization method, li nearity weighted method and fuzzy optimization method, are compared by using the table and figure, it shows that not only MAMGA is a little better than the AMGA , but also it reaches the extent to which the effective iteration generation is 62.2% of simple genetic algorithms (SGA). | 5 | Research on the Characters of the Cutting Force in Vibration Cutting Particle Reinforced Metal Matrix Composites SiC_p/Al显示文摘In this paper, turning experiments of machining particle reinforced metal matri x composites(PRMMCs) SiC p/Al with PCD tools have been carried out. The cutting force characteristics in ultrasonic vibration turning compared with that in com mon turning were studied. Through the single factor experiments and multiple fac tor orthogonal experiments, the influences of three kinds of cutting conditions such as cutting velocity, amount of feed and cutting depth on cutting force were analyzed in detail. Meanwhile, according to the experimental data, the empirica l formula of main cutting force in ultrasonic vibration turning was conclude d. According to the test results, the cutting force is direct proportion to cutt ing depth basically according to the relation between cutting force and other fa ctors, which is similar to that of common cutting, so is the feed rate, but the influence is not so big. The influence of cutting speed is larger than that of f eed rate on cutting force because the efficient cutting time increases in vibrat ion cycle with the increase of cutting speed, which causes cutting force to incr ease. The research results indicate: (1) Ultrasonic vibration turning possesses much lower main cutting force than that in common turning when adopting smaller cutting parameters. If using larger cutting parameters, the difference will inco nspicuous. (2) There are remarkable differences of cutting force-cutting veloci ty characteristics in ultrasonic vibration turning from that in common turning m ainly because built-up edge does not emerge in ultrasonic turning unlike common turning in corresponding velocity range. (3) In ultrasonic vibration cutting, t he influence of cutting velocity on cutting force is most obvious among thre e cutting parameters and the influence of feed is smallest. So adopting lower cu tting velocity and larger cutting depth not only can reduce cutting force effect ively but also can ensure cutting efficiency. | 8 | Organic Light Emitting Diodes with Lithium Contained Alq3 as Electron Injection Layer显示文摘lNovel lithium doped tris 8 hydroxylquinoline aluminium(Alq3:Li) layer is deposited between emission layer and electron injection aluminium electrode as an electron injection assistant layer in different organic light emitting diodes(OLED) to lower the electron injection barrier. In these devices, Alq3 is used as emission layer, and a bilayer film of N,N bis (1 naphhyl) N,N diphenyl 1,1 biphenyle 4,4' diamine(NPB) and 4,4,4' tris(3 methyl phenylphenylamino) triphenylamine( m MTDATA) used as hole transport layer(HTL). The electroluminescent performance of devices with different thicknesses of Alq3∶Li shows that the insertion of the lithium doped Alq3 layer can reduce the turn on voltage by at least 2 volts, and the stability of devices with this lithium doped Alq3 layer is improved too. It can also change the efficiency of devices. Compared with an ultra thin lithium fluoride(LiF) layer, Alq3∶Li sheet gives similar effects but higher efficiency and can be much thicker and hence it is easier to control the deposition. | Zugang Liu 1,* and J.
