| 1 | Alterations in metastatic properties of hepatocellular carcinoma cell following H-ras oncogene transfection显示文摘AIM To demonstrate the relationship betweenH-ras oncogene and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) metastasis.METHODS Activated H-ras oncogene wastransfected into SMMC 7721, a cell line derivedfrom human HCC, by calcium phosphatetransfection method. Some metastasis-relatedparameters were detected in vitro, includingadhesion assay, migration assay, expression ofcollagenase ⅣV (c ⅣV ase) and epidermal growthfactor receptor (EGFR).RESULTS The abilities of H-ras-transfected cellclones in adhesion to laminin (LN) or fibronectin(FN), migration, c Ⅳ ase secretion increasedmarkedly, and the expression of EGFR elevatedmoderately. | 2 | Effects of aminoguanidine on nitric oxide production induced by inflammatory cytokines and endotoxin in cultured rat hepatocytes显示文摘AIM To study the effects of aminoguanidine(AG) and two L-arginine analogues Nω-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME) and Nω-nitro-L-arginine (L-NNA) on nitric oxide (NO) productioninduced by cytokines (TNF-α, IL-11β, and IFN-γ)and bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) mixture(CM) in the cultured rat hepatocytes, andexamine their mechanisms action.METHODS Rat hepatocytes were incubatedwith AG, L-NAME, L-NNA, Actinomycin D (ActD)and dexamethasene in a medium containing CM(LPS plus TNF-α, IL-1β, and IFN-γ) for 24 h. NOproduction in the cultured supernatant wasmeasured with the Griese reaction. IntracellularcGMP level was detected with radioimmunoasey.RESULTS NO production was markedlyblocked by AG and L-NAME in a dose-dependentmanner under inflammatory stimuli conditiontriggered by CM in vitro. The rate of themaximum inhibitory effects of L-NAME (38.9%)was less potent than that obtained with AG(53.7%, P<0.05). There was no significantdifference between the inhibitory effects of AGand two L-arginine analogues on intracellularcGMP accumulation in rat cultured hepatocytes.Non-specific NOS expression inhibitordexamethasone ( DEX ) and iNOS mRNAtranscriptional inhibitor ActD also significantlyinhibited CM-induced NO production. | 5 | Behavior features of heavy metals in the Haikou Bay waters显示文摘Dissolved Cu, Ph, Zn and Cd in the Haikou Bay waters were measured to be respectively in the range concentrations of 0.47-1.16 μg/dm^3, 0. 94-- 2. 36μg/dm^3, 1.28-4.83 μg/dm^3 and 0. 005-0.072μg/dm^3; with respectively average values of 0.78μg/dm^3, 1.36μg/dm^3, 3.14 g/dm^3 and 0. 03 μg/dm^3. Dissolved Cu and Zn concentrations are relatively high at the stations near the Longkun Road Outfall for domestic sewage, the Xiuying Outfall for industry waste water and the Haidian Island Estuary, but dissolved Pb and Cd concentrations are low in these stations. The values in Other stations are comparatively homogenous. Vertical dissolved Cu, Pb and Zn concentrations at the bottom layer are higher than at the surface layer, but dissolved Cd concentration appears to be on the opposite. The measurement results of Cu, Pb, Zn and Cd in suspended particle show that particulate matters in the Haikou Bay seawater play a role in purifying heavy metals. The study on strong complexed form and non-liable form of dissolved copper show that the ratio of strong complexed form and dissolved form is about 85%, and non-liable form is very low with a value lower than 5 nmol/dm^3. | 6 | Effects of the Composition of Electrodeposited Fe-Ni-P Alloy on the Thermostability and Magnetic Properties显示文摘The magnetic properties, structure defects of electrodeposited Fe-Ni-P alloys with various compositions and the thermostability at amorphous state have been studied by DSC, positron annihilation and electronic integrating instrument methods. The results show that the thermostability of amorphous Fe-Ni-P alloys increases with Fe content. Emergence and recrystallization of stable phases defer as the P content of the coating increases. The minimum Hc, Br and Ph occur at 9.4 P (wt pct) content.
