2Decolorization of reactive dyes by laccase immobilized in alginate/gelatin blent with PEG显示文摘To achieve effective decolorization of reactive dyes,laccase immobilization was investigated.Laccase 0.2%(m/V)(Denilite IIS) was trapped in beads of alginate/gelatin blent with polyethylene glycol(PEG),and then the supporters were activated by cross-linking with glutaraldehyde.The results of repeated batch decolorization showed that gelatin and appropriate concentration of glutaraldehyde accelerated the decolorization of Reactive Red B-3BF(RRB);PEG had a positive effect on enzyme stability and led to an increase of color removal.While the beads contained 0.2%,2.0%,2.0%,and 0.5%(m/V)of laccase,alginate,gelatin,and PEG,respectively.The dye of 50 mg/L initial concentration of RRB was decolorized down to 50%during the tenth repeated batch.As far as the decolorization mechanism was concerned,the thermal and pH stabilities of the immobilized laccase were also investigated and were both appreciably improved.The study indicates that the immobilized laccase can be potential candidate for utilization in biodecolorization processes.WANG, Ping FAN, Xuerong CUI, Li WANG, Qiang ZHOU, Aihui 2008Journal of Environmental Sciences2008,20,12:15

5Interaction between γ-TiAl alloy and zirconia显示文摘A study on the interaction between TiAl alloy and zirconia was carried out in argon atmosphere. Themicrographic observations of the cross-section perpendicular to the interface were obtained using a scanning electronmicroscope with a dedicated energy dispersive spectrometer (SEM/EDS). The results showed that firstly TiAl alloyspreads on the ceramic surface, and then infiltrates into the pores between ceramic particles accompanied by a chemicalreaction. The whole ceramic mold is broken into tiny blocks. 6Development and application of a new hot-work die steel for hot stamping显示文摘A new hot-work die steel for hot stamping was developed, and used the die for mass production. The produced die showed good performance owing to its high heat conductivity and wear-resistant characteristics. Two different benchmarking hot-work die steels were investigated, and then compared in terms of their impact ductility,temper characteristics, heat conductivity, and thermal stability. The result of the high-temperature friction wear test indicated that oxidative wear was the main mode in high temperature. On the basis of the comparison and test results, the alloying composition of the new hot-work die steel was especially designed. The new die steel showed good performance with good wear-resistant quality, as well as temper hardness and heat conductivity of HRC 50 and34.3 W/(m·K), respectively. Furthermore,without surface plasma nitriding, the die made of the new steel had no obvious galling with 6142 strokes. 8Assessment of Temperature Extremes in China Using RegCM4 and WRF显示文摘This study assesses the performance of temperature extremes over China in two regional climate models(RCMs),RegCM4 and WRF, driven by the ECMWF's 20 th century reanalysis. Based on the advice of the Expert Team on Climate Change Detection and Indices(ETCCDI), 12 extreme temperature indices(i.e., TXx, TXn, TNx, TNn, TX90 p, TN90 p,TX10 p, TN10 p WSDI, ID, FD, and CSDI) are derived from the simulations of two RCMs and compared with those from the daily station-based observational data for the period 1981–2010. Overall, the two RCMs demonstrate satisfactory capability in representing the spatiotemporal distribution of the extreme indices over most regions. RegCM performs better than WRF in reproducing the mean temperature extremes, especially over the Tibetan Plateau(TP). Moreover, both models capture well the decreasing trends in ID, FD, CSDI, TX10 p, and TN10 p, and the increasing trends in TXx, TXn, TNx, TNn, WSDI, TX90 p,and TN90 p, over China. Compared with observation, RegCM tends to underestimate the trends of temperature extremes,while WRF tends to overestimate them over the TP. For instance, the linear trends of TXx over the TP from observation,RegCM, and WRF are 0.53?C(10 yr)^(-1), 0.44?C(10 yr)^(-1), and 0.75?C(10 yr)^(-1), respectively. However, WRF performs better than RegCM in reproducing the interannual variability of the extreme-temperature indices. 10Constraint-induced movement therapy promotes brain functional reorganization in stroke patients with hemiplegia显示文摘Stroke patients with hemiplegia exhibit flexor spasms in the upper limb and extensor spasms in the lower limb, and their movement patterns vary greatly. Constraint-induced movement therapy is an upper limb rehabilitation technique used in stroke patients with hemiplegia; however, studies of lower extremity rehabilitation are scarce. In this study, stroke patients with lower limb hemiplegia underwent conventional Bobath therapy for 4 weeks as baseline treatment, followed by constraint-induced movement therapy for an additional 4 weeks. The 10-m maximum walking speed and Berg balance scale scores significantly improved following treatment, and lower extremity motor function also improved. The results of functional MRI showed that constraint-induced movement therapy alleviates the reduction in cerebral functional activation in patients, which indicates activation of functional brain regions and a significant increase in cerebral blood perfusion. 14Efficacy of an Yinyanghuo(Herba Epimedii Brevicornus)-Xianmao(Rhizoma Curculiginis)drug pair in a rat model of polycystic ovary syndrome显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To identify active compounds in an Yinyanghuo(Herba Epimedii Brevicornus)-Xianmao(Rhizoma Curculiginis)drug pair(ECD)and investigate its efficacy on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),and its possible mechanism in a rat model of PCOS.METHODS:A network pharmacology approach involving a characteristic drug assessment,active compound and target prediction,PCOS gene collection as well as network analysis was employed.The ovary morphology after treatment was observed using an animal model and western blotting and real-time PCR were used to verify AKT1 as the molecular target.RESULTS:Six networks were constructed,an active compound-target network for the ECD(C-T network),a drug-target network(D-T network),a related genes network,a targets interaction network,a key genes interaction network,and a gene-pathway network.A total of 41 compounds and 261 targets were identified for the ECD,232 PCOS-related genes,31 cogenes,and 14 pathways.These pathways may be involved in the efficacy of ECD on PCOS.The proteins most involved in the signal pathways for all targets were AKT1,IL6,INSR,ESR,and GSK3B.The AKT1 target was selected for experimental verification.Based on the Western blot and real-time PCR results,the expression of AKT1 in the PCOS model varied after treatment with ECD.CONCLUSIONS:Our findings suggest that the ECD can reverse the negative morphological changes in ovarian tissue that occur in model rats of PCOS.AKT1 may be a key mediator of the observed ability of the ECD to protect against PCOS in the model rats.LIU Chang LIU Lihong LI Nan XIU Aihui ZHANG Zhixing AI Hao 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,4:2
15Nanosilver resonance scattering spectral method for determination of hydroxyl radical and its application显示文摘Silver nanoparticles were prepared under a microwave high-pressure condition using citric acid sodium as a reducer while the excess citrate was removed under high speed centrifugation. There is a resonance scattering (RS) peak at 470 nm for silver nanoparticles. In a pH 4.0 HAc-NaAc buffer solution, hydroxyl radicals from the Fenton reaction can oxidize silver nanoparticles to Ag+, resulting in the RS intensity decreasing. The decreased RS intensity at 470 nm (△I 470 nm) is linear with respect to the concentration of H2O2 (C) in the range of 0.27-7.56 μmol/L with a detection limit of 0.23 μmol/L. Its regression equation is △I 470 nm = 24.3 C + 13.8 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9959. 16Comparison of Ten Potential Evapotranspiration Models and Their Attribution Analyses for Ten Chinese Drainage Basins显示文摘Potential evapotranspiration(EPET)is usually calculated by empirical methods from surface meteorological variables,such as temperature,radiation and wind speed.The in-situ measured pan evaporation(ETpan)can also be used as a proxy for EPET.In this study,EPET values computed from ten models are compared with observed ETpan data in ten Chinese river basins for the period 1961−2013.The daily observed meteorological variables at 2267 stations are used as the input to those models,and a ranking scheme is applied to rank the statistical quantities(ratio of standard deviations,correlation coefficient,and ratio of trends)between ETpan and modeled EPET in different river basins.There are large deviations between the modeled EPET and the ETpan in both the magnitude and the annual trend at most stations.In eight of the basins(except for Southeast and Southwest China),ETpan shows decreasing trends with magnitudes ranging between−0.01 mm d−1 yr−1 and−0.03 mm d−1 yr−1,while the decreasing trends in modeled EPET are less than−0.01 mm d−1 yr−1.Inter comparisons among different models in different river basins suggest that PETHam1 is the best model in the Pearl River basin,PETHam2 outperforms other models in the Huaihe River,Yangtze River and Yellow River basins,and PETFAO is the best model for the remaining basins.Sensitivity analyses reveal that wind speed and sunshine duration are two important factors for decreasing EPET in most basins except in Southeast and Southwest China.The increasing EPET trend in Southeast China is mainly attributed to the reduced relative humidity.Ruiheng XIE Aihui WANG 2020Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2020,37,9:2

19Dynamical framework with blocking topography coordinates for atmospheric GCM and its validation显示文摘The dynamical framework with Blocking To-pography Coordinates (hereafter, BTC), which is suited tohandle the steep topography for the atmospheric generalcirculation models, is presented in this paper, together withits validation results. The integral properties of both the dif-ferential and finite-difference equations for the BTC dy-namical core are: gross mass conservation, quadratic con-servation for advection terms, Coriolis force does not changethe kinetic energy, conservation of total available energy. Theimproved nonlinear iteration scheme is utilized for thetime-integration. The energy conservation for BTC dynami-cal core is validated by using the integration results from9-layer and 21-layer version respectively. Comparison resultsshow that, the changes of the kinetic energy and total avail-able potential energy during the integration are quite closefor both the BTC dynamical framework and the dynamicalframework of IAP 9-level and IAP 21-level AGCM, and thismay suggest that the BTC dynamical core can be used forlong-term integration with good computational stability.Furthermore, the BTC dynamical core has the advantageover the terrain following (sigma) coordinates in its betterrepresentation of the influence of the large-scale topographyon the atmospheric general circulation. 20Humanoid control of lower limb exoskeleton robot based on human gait data with sliding mode neural network显示文摘Lower limb exoskeleton robots offer an effective treatment for patients with lower extremity dysfunction.In order to improve the rehabilitation training effect based on the human motion mechanism,this paper proposes a humanoid sliding mode neural network controller based on the human gait.A humanoid model is constructed based on the human mechanism,and the parameterised gait trajectory is used as target to design the humanoid control system for robots.Considering the imprecision of the robot dynamics model,the neural network is adopted to compensate for the uncertain part of the model and improve the model accuracy.Moreover,the sliding mode control in the system improves the response speed,tracking performance,and stability of the control system.The Lyapunov stability analysis proves the stability of the control system theoretically.Meanwhile,an evaluation method using the similarity function is improved based on joint angle,velocity,and acceleration to evaluate the comfort of humans in rehabilitation training more reasonably.Finally,to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,simulations are carried out based on experimental data.The results show that the control system could accurately track the target trajectory,of which the robot is highly similar to the human.Jun Yu Shuaishuai Zhang Aihui Wang Wei Li Zhengxiang Ma Xuebin Yue 2022CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2022,7,4:2
