| 1 | 糖橙新品种‘橘湘元’的选育显示文摘'橘湘元’是从埃及糖橙芽变中选育的无核糖橙新品种。果实圆球形,果形指数为0.95。平均单果质量173 g,大小较均匀,果面较光滑,有光泽,果肉橙黄色,平均每果实含0.4粒种子。可食率达77.09%,果实出汁率54.6%,可溶性固形物13.63%,可滴定酸0.14%,维生素C含量60.57 mg·100 mL^(-1)。‘橘湘元’在树形树势、叶片大小、花瓣宽度等方面与埃及糖橙均存在明显差异。果实生育期260 d,在湖南省永兴县11月中下旬成熟。SSR结果分析表明‘橘湘元’在300 bp处较‘埃及糖橙’多1条带,具有遗传特异性。‘橘湘元’可在山地和旱地种植,表现生长快,抗性较强。 | 龙桂友 黄洪 张凤 Alessandra Gentile 邓子牛 李娜 | 2019 | 果树学报2019,36,3: | 8 |

| 3 | 转基因枳橙中GA20ox1与rol基因互作关系的研究显示文摘为分析转rolABC基因枳橙GA20ox1基因与rol基因表达的互作关系,进一步阐释其矮化性状形成的分子机制。以转rol基因枳橙实生苗为试验材料,研究其对赤霉素的敏感反应,用荧光定量RT-PCR分析GA20ox1基因和rol基因的表达,并检测幼芽中过氧化物酶活性和植物内源激素含量的变化。结果表明转rol基因枳橙既不属于GA缺陷型,也不属于GA不敏感型,喷施GA3能促进其茎伸长生长,但恢复不到野生型水平,幼芽中IAA(P<0.01)、GA1和GA4(P<0.05)显著降低,POD酶活性显著提高(P<0.01)。转rol基因枳橙幼芽中GA20ox1基因mRNA水平相比对照显著下调(P<0.01)。B、D系与野生型嫩茎中无明显差异,B、D系老叶中明显降低,E系中嫩茎和老叶中均明显增加。B、D和E系嫩叶中GA20ox1基因转录表达均较野生型高。在幼芽、嫩茎中,rolC基因与GA20ox1表达负相关。rol基因通过在幼芽中的高表达下调了GA20ox1基因转录表达,进而抑制了活性GAs在幼芽中的合成,顶端分生组织较低量的活性GAs限制植物茎伸长,在转rolABC基因枳橙矮化性状建成中发挥重要作用。 | 袁飞荣 李芳 蒋巧巧 Alessandra Gentile 严佳文 邓子牛 | 2011 | 中国农学通报2011,27,19: | 3 |

| 9 | Bioinformatics and Expression Analysis of CPMAX2 in Citrange显示文摘Transgenic citrange lines with rol ABC genes behave rosette branching and extreme dwarfing.To explore the regulatory mechanism of plant hormones in axillary shoot growth of transgenic citrange,a full length cD NA of CPMAX2 was cloned from citrange [Citrus sinensis(L.) Osb × Poncirus trifoliate(L.) | 11 | Perimesencephalic Subarachnoid Hemorrhage in Pregnancy: A Case Report显示文摘Perimesencephalic subarachnoid hemorrhage (P-SAH) is a benign subset of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Only two cases of P-SAH during pregnancy have been reported in the literature. We describe a case of P-SAH detected at 29 weeks’ gestation, arose with severe bilateral frontal headache, neck rigidity, and vomiting. A diagnosis of P-SAH was confirmed on magnetic resonance angiography with no evidence of vascular malformation or bleeding sources and conservatively treated. Hemorrhage, vasospasm, and cerebellar edema observed on initial magnetic resonance angiography resolved after two months. The clinical course of P-SAH during pregnancy appears to be favorable.
