1Chronic hepatitis B in pregnant women: Current trends and approaches显示文摘Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)is a significant public health problem worldwide.The aim of the present review is to summarize the actual trends in the management of CHB in pregnant women.The prevalence of hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection in pregnant women is usually comparable to that in the general population in the corresponding geographic area.All women have to be screened for hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)during pregnancy.Additional examinations of pregnant women with CHB may include maternal hepatitis B e antigen,HBV viral load,alanine aminotransferase level,and HBsAg level.The management of pregnancy depends on the phase of the HBV infection,which has to be determined before pregnancy.In women of childbearing age with CHB,antiviral therapy can pursue two main goals:Treatment of active CHB,and vertical transmission prevention.During pregnancy,tenofovir is the drug of choice in both cases.A combination of hepatitis B immunoglobulin and vaccine against hepatitis B should be administered within the first 12 h to all infants born to mothers with CHB.In such cases,there are no contraindications to breastfeeding.Maria Belopolskaya Viktor Avrutin Olga Kalinina Alexander Dmitriev Denis Gusev 2021World Journal of Gastroenterology2021,27,23:15

3Influence of(FeO+Ti O_2) abundance on the microwave thermal emissions of lunar regolith显示文摘One of the essential controls on the microwave thermal emissions(MTE) of the lunar regolith is the abundance of Fe O and TiO_2, known as the(Fe O+Ti O_2) abundance(FTA). In this paper, a radiative transfer simulation is employed first to study the change in the brightness temperature(T_B) with FTA under a range of frequencies and surface temperatures. Then, we analyze the influence of FTA on the MTE of the lunar regolith using microwave sounder(CELMS) data from the Chang'E-2 lunar orbiter, Clementine UV-VIS data, and lunar samples recovered from the Apollo and Surveyor projects. We conclude that:(1) FTA strongly influences the MTE of the lunar regolith, but it is not the decisive control, and(2) FTA decreases slightly with depth. 6Lunar project ILOM:application of the analytical theory of Lunar physical libration for the simulation of star observations显示文摘This study briefly describes the targets and problems of the future Japanese project In situ Lunar Orientation Measurement(ILOM),which is planned for the year 2017.One of the important parts of the project is to place a small optical telescope on the Lunar surface with the purpose to detect the Lunar physical libration with unprecedented accuracy 0.001 arcsec.At the present stage of research the computer simulation of future observations is going on,aiming to determine the moments of transition of a star through the first meridian and the polar distance of the star.Rotation of the Moon is being calculated under the analytical theory developed in the frame of a theme of the grant.A list of stars brighter than 12 m,whose coordinates are close to the Lunar precession pole motion,was constructed on the basis of several star catalogues.On average,for each moment of observation in the field of view of the telescope(1°) there are approximately 20-25 stars.Analyses of simulated stellar tracks observable from the Lunar surface(in a polar zone) reveal the significant difference from daily parallels of stars in comparison with the Earth.During one Lunar 'day' equal 237 terrestrial days,a star moves on a spiral.However,depending on a longitude of a star,these spirals can be untwisted or twisted.In the latter case a star can describe a loop in the sky of the Moon during the period of supervision.Such an unusual astrometric phenomenon combined with the slow rotation of the Moon is compared with the Earth and the fast precession motion of the Lunar pole(in comparison with the precession motion of a terrestrial pole).PETROVA Nataliya GUSEV Alexander PING JinSong IVANOVA Tamara HANADA Hideo KAWANO Nobuyuki SU XiaoLi 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,5:1

11Retrieving volume FeO and TiO_2 abundances of lunar regolith with CE-2 CELMS data using BPNN method显示文摘The volume FeO and TiO_2 abundances(FTAs) of lunar regolith can be more important for understanding the geological evolution of the Moon compared to the optical and gamma-ray results. In this paper, the volume FTAs are retrieved with microwave sounder(CELMS) data from the Chang'E-2 satellite using the back propagation neural network(BPNN) method. Firstly, a three-layered BPNN network with five-dimensional input is constructed by taking nonlinearity into account. Then, the brightness temperature(TB) and surface slope are set as the inputs and the volume FTAs are set as the outputs of the BPNN network.Thereafter, the BPNN network is trained with the corresponding parameters collected from Apollo, Luna,and Surveyor missions. Finally, the volume FTAs are retrieved with the trained BPNN network using the four-channel TBderived from the CELMS data and the surface slope estimated from Lunar Orbiter Laser Altimeter(LOLA) data. The rationality of the retrieved FTAs is verified by comparing with the Clementine UV-VIS results and Lunar Prospector(LP) GRS results. The retrieved volume FTAs enable us to re-evaluate the geological features of the lunar surface. Several important results are as follows. Firstly, very-low-Ti(<1.5 wt.%) basalts are the most spatially abundant, and the surfaces with TiO_2> 5 wt.% constitute less than 10% of the maria. Also, two linear relationships occur between the FeO abundance(FA) and the TiO_2 abundance before and after the threshold, 16 wt.% for FA. Secondly, a new perspective on mare volcanism is derived with the volume FTAs in several important mare basins, although this conclusion should be verified with more sources of data. Thirdly, FTAs in the lunar regolith change with depth to the uppermost surface,and the change is complex over the lunar surface. 13嫦娥五号等着陆区的月壤微波热辐射特性及地质意义分析显示文摘嫦娥三、四和五号的原位月壤探测为基于嫦娥一、二号卫星微波辐射计数据的月球科学研究提供了重要参考.本文基于嫦娥二号卫星微波辐射计数据,生成了着陆区亮温图;为了消除亮温随纬度变化的影响,突出亮温与月壤成分之间的关系,定义和制作了规则亮温图和亮温差图;基于Kaguya MI数据,制作了研究区氧化亚铁、氧化钛、单斜辉石和橄榄石含量图;结合原位月壤探测成果,系统分析了嫦娥三、四和五号着陆区月壤的微波热辐射特性.主要研究发现包括以下三点:(1)嫦娥五号着陆区具有稳定的亮温表现,表明该地区月壤成分随深度的变化不明显,可以作为微波热辐射异常研究的重要参考;(2)嫦娥三号着陆区微波数据探测范围内月壤存在分层结构,以低频数据为代表的深层、以高频数据探测为代表的浅层和以可见光成果为代表的表层,成分变化很大;(3)在嫦娥四号着陆区发现并提出了微波冷异常的存在,并初步分析了微波冷异常的成因机制.研究发现,微波辐射计数据可用于月海玄武岩的识别,可以为深化未来的月海岩浆演化研究提供重要的科学参考.孟治国 唐天琦 董学纲 常文清 邹猛 张洪波 王明常 蔡占川 平劲松 郑永春 张渊智 GUSEV Alexander 2023中国科学:物理学、力学、天文学2023,53,3:0
