| 1 | Laparoscopic surgery for benign and malign diseases of the digestive system:Indications,limitations,and evidence显示文摘The laparoscopic technique was introduced in gastrointestinal surgery in the mid 1980s.Since then,the development of this technique has been extraordinary.Triggered by technical innovations(stapling devices or coagulation/dissecting devices),nowadays any type of gastrointestinal resection has been successfully performed laparoscopically and can be performed laparoscopically dependent on the patient’s condition.This summary gives an overview over 30 years of laparoscopic surgery with focus on today’s indications and evidence.Main indications remain the more common procedures,e.g.,appendectomy,cholecystectomy,bariatric procedures or colorectal resections.For all these indications,the laparoscopic approach has become the gold standard with less perioperative morbidity.Regarding oncological outcome there have been several highquality randomized controlled trials which demonstrated equivalency between laparoscopic and open colorectal resections.Less common procedures like esophagectomy,oncological gastrectomy,liver and pancreatic resections can be performed successfully as well by anexperienced surgeon.However,the evidence for these special indications is poor and a general recommendation cannot be given.In conclusion,laparoscopic surgery has revolutionized the field of gastrointestinal surgery by reducing perioperative morbidity without disregarding surgical principles especially in oncological surgery. | Markus Alexander Küper Friederike Eisner Alfred K?nigsrainer J?rg Glatzle | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014，20，17： | 9 |
| 2 | Minimally invasive knee arthroplasty: An overview显示文摘Minimally invasive surgery(MIS) for arthroplasty of the knee began with surgery for unicondylar knee arthroplasty(UKA).Partial knee replacements were designed in the 1970 s and were amenable to a more limited exposure.In the 1990 s Repicci popularized the MIS for UKA.Surgeons began to apply his concepts to total knee arthroplasty.Four MIS surgical techniques were developed: quadriceps sparing,mini-mid vastus,mini-subvastus,and minimedial parapatellar.The quadriceps sparing technique is the most limited one and is also the most difficult.However,it is the least invasive and allows rapid recovery.The mini-midvastus is the most common technique because it affords slightly better exposure and can be extended.The mini-subvastus technique entirely avoids incising the quadriceps extensor mechanism but is time consuming and difficult in the obese and in the muscular male patient.The mini-parapatellar technique is most familiar to surgeons and represents a good starting point for surgeons who are learning the techniques.The surgeries are easier with smaller instruments but can be performed with standard ones.The techniques are accurate and do lead to a more rapid recovery,with less pain,less blood loss,and greater motion if they are appropriately performed. | Alfred J Tria Giles R Scuderi | 2015 | World Journal of Orthopedics2015，6，10： | 7 |

| 5 | In vivo anti-tumor activity of murine hematopoietic stem cells expressing a p185HER2-specific chimeric T-cell receptor gene显示文摘We have confirmed efficient anti-tumor activities of the peripheral lymphocytes transduced with a p185HER2-specific chimeric T-cell receptor gene both in murine and in human in our previous studies. To further test the feasibility of chimeric T-cell receptor in a bone marrow transplantation model, we first, made two murine tumor cell lines: MT901 and MCA-205, to express human p185HER2 by retroviral gene transduction. Murine bone marrow cells were retrovirally transduced to express the chimeric T-cell receptor and gene-modified bone marrow cells were transplanted into lethally irradiated mouse. Six months post transplantation, p185HER2-positive tumor cells:MT-901/HER2 or MCA-205/ HER2 was subcutaneously or intravenously injected to make mouse models simulating primary breast cancer or pulmonary metastasis. The in vivo anti-tumor effects were monitored by the size of the subcutaneous tumor or counting the tumor nodules in the lungs after India ink staining. The size of the subcutaneous tumor was significantly inhibited and the number of pulmonary nodules were significantly decreased in mouse recipients transplanted with chimeric T-cell receptor modified bone marrow cells compared with the control group.
