1合并糖代谢异常的冠心病患者血浆脂联素水平变化及其临床意义显示文摘目的:检测脂联素(adiponectin,ADPN)在合并糖代谢异常的冠心病患者血浆中浓度的变化,探讨其临床意义。方法:收集2009年8月至2010年4月在湘雅医院心内科经冠状动脉造影(coronary angiography,CAG)检查证实为冠心病的患者87名,根据糖代谢情况分为单纯冠心病组(coronary heart disease group,CHD组,n=31)、冠心病合并糖耐量异常组(CHD combine with impaired glucose tolerance group,CHD+IGT组,n=28)和冠心病合并糖尿病组(CHDcombine with diabetes mellitus group,CHD+DM组,n=28),另选健康体检者31例为正常对照组(normal control group,NC组)。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆ADPN水平;为所有受试对象测身高、体质量、腰围、血压;测空腹血糖、胰岛素、血脂、高敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、游离脂肪酸(free fatty acid,FFA)和肝、肾功能等,计算体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)和胰岛素抵抗指数(homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance,HOMA-IR)。结果:1)CHD组、CHD+IGT组、CHD+DM组患者血浆ADPN水平均低于NC组(P<0.05);2)与CHD组相比,CHD+DM组ADPN水平最低,CHD+IGT组次之,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3)ADPN与HDL-C呈正相关(r=0.483,P<0.01),与hs-CRP和冠脉Gensini积分呈负相关(r=–0.489,P<0.05;r=–0.252,P<0.05)。结论:冠心病患者血浆ADPN浓度降低;合并糖代谢异常的冠心病患者血浆ADPN浓度更低,且随着糖代谢异常程度加重降低更显著;冠心病与糖代谢异常是影响血浆ADPN浓度改变的两个重要因素,血浆ADPN水平显著降低反映了上述两种疾病状态的叠加作用。ADPN联合HDL-C,hs-CRP,Gensini积分等血清学指标可为判断合并糖代谢异常的冠心病患者的疾病严重程度提供一定参考。夏珂 郭兰燕 赵震宇 Ali Sheikh Md Sayed 李非 杨天伦 2012中南大学学报(医学版)2012,37,2:17
2Flooding and its relationship with land cover change, population growth, and road density显示文摘Bangladesh experiences frequent hydro-climatic disasters such as flooding.These disasters are believed to be associated with land use changes and climate variability.However,identifying the factors that lead to flooding is challenging.This study mapped flood susceptibility in the northeast region of Bangladesh using Bayesian regularization back propagation(BRBP)neural network,classification and regression trees(CART),a statistical model(STM)using the evidence belief function(EBF),and their ensemble models(EMs)for three time periods(2000,2014,and 2017).The accuracy of machine learning algorithms(MLAs),STM,and EMs were assessed by considering the area under the curve—receiver operating characteristic(AUC-ROC).Evaluation of the accuracy levels of the aforementioned algorithms revealed that EM4(BRBP-CART-EBF)outperformed(AUC>90%)standalone and other ensemble models for the three time periods analyzed.Furthermore,this study investigated the relationships among land cover change(LCC),population growth(PG),road density(RD),and relative change of flooding(RCF)areas for the period between 2000 and 2017.The results showed that areas with very high susceptibility to flooding increased by 19.72%between 2000 and 2017,while the PG rate increased by 51.68%over the same period.The Pearson correlation coefficient for RCF and RD was calculated to be 0.496.These findings highlight the significant association between floods and causative factors.The study findings could be valuable to policymakers and resource managers as they can lead to improvements in flood management and reduction in flood damage and risks.Mahfuzur Rahman Chen Ningsheng Golam Iftekhar Mahmud Md Monirul Islam Hamid Reza Pourghasemi Hilal Ahmad Jules Maurice Habumugisha Rana Muhammad Ali Washakh Mehtab Alam Enlong Liu Zheng Han Huayong Ni Tian Shufeng Ashraf Dewan 2021Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,6:3
3Modelling lane-changing execution behaviour in a connected environment:A grouped random parameters with heterogeneity-in-means approach显示文摘Lane-changing is performed either to follow the route to a planned destination(i.e.,mandatory lane-changing)or to achieve better driving conditions(i.e.,discretionary lane-changing).A connected environment is expected to assist during lane-changing manoeuvres,but it is not known well how driving aids in a connected environment assist lane-changing execution.As such,this study investigates the impact of a connected environment on lanechanging execution time during mandatory and discretionary lane-changing manoeuvres.To this end,this study designed an advanced driving simulator experiment where 78 drivers performed these manoeuvres on a simulated motorway in three randomised driving conditions.The conditions were baseline(without driving aids),a fully functioning connected environment with a perfect supply of driving aids,and an impaired connected environment with delayed driving aids.The lane-changing execution time has been modelled by a random parameters hazard-based duration modelling approach,which accounts for the panel nature of data and captures the unobserved heterogeneity.Results suggest that,compared to the baseline condition(i.e.,a non-connected environment),most of the drivers in the connected environment take more time to complete their lane-changing manoeuvres,indicating drivers’safer lane-changing execution behaviour in the connected environment.The communication delay driving condition has been found to have more deteriorating effects on mandatory lanechanging manoeuvres than discretionary lane-changing manoeuvres.This study concludes that(i)the connected environment increases safety margin during both lane-changing manoeuvres,and(ii)a higher magnitude of safety margin is observed during mandatory lane-changing manoeuvres whereby drivers have a higher need for assistance.Yasir Ali Zuduo Zheng Md Mazharul Haque 2021Communications in Transportation Research2021,1,1:3
4Eff ect of polystyrene microplastics and temperature on growth,intestinal histology and immune responses of brine shrimp Artemia franciscana显示文摘Microplastics pollution and seawater temperature rise have been the major environmental issues,threatening the survival and biodiversity of marine organisms.This study evaluated the combined effect of temperature and polystyrene microplastics(MP)on Artemia,a filter-feeding crustacean that is widely used for environmental toxicology studies.Brine shrimp Artemia franciscana were exposed to three MP concentrations(0,0.2,and 2.0 mg/L)and three temperatures(22,26,and 30℃)for 14 d.In general,higher MP concentration and temperature led to a decreased survival rate and growth.Two-way ANOVA analysis indicated that the survival rate of Artemia was significantly impacted by both MP concentration and temperature(P<0.05),but there was no significant interaction between two factors(P>0.05).Growth of Artemia was significantly impacted by temperature(P<0.05),and with a significant interaction between two factors(P<0.05).Furthermore,the enzymatic activity,intestinal histological analyses,and immune gene expression were determined for Artemia reared at 30℃ with three MP concentrations(0,0.2,and 2.0 mg/L).The results showed that 2.0-mg/L MP resulted in reduced Artemia intestinal microvilli and exfoliated epithelia cells,significantly increased acid phosphatase(ACP)activity(P<0.05)and immunerelated gene ADRA1 B and CREB3 expression,revealing that higher MP concentration could induce oxidative and immunological stress on Artemia at 30℃.Overall,our study suggests that MP and temperature have combined adverse effect on Artemia,especially at relatively high temperature and polystyrene MP concentration.These findings are important to understand the potential ecological risks posed by these two factors on the organisms in marine environment.Xuekai HAN Yuyu ZHENG Chaoling DAI Hu DUAN Meirong GAO Md Rayhan ALI Liying SUI 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,3:2

6Qualification of Soybean Responses to Flooding Stress Using UAV-Based Imagery and Deep Learning显示文摘Soybean is sensitive to flooding stress that may result in poor seed quality and significant yield reduction.Soybean production under flooding could be sustained by developing flood-tolerant cultivars through breeding programs.Conventionally,soybean tolerance to flooding in field conditions is evaluated by visually rating the shoot injury/damage due to flooding stress,which is labor-intensive and subjective to human error.Recent developments of field high-throughput phenotyping technology have shown great potential in measuring crop traits and detecting crop responses to abiotic and biotic stresses.The goal of this study was to investigate the potential in estimating flood-induced soybean injuries using UAV-based image features collected at different flight heights.The flooding injury score(FIS)of 724 soybean breeding plots was taken visually by breeders when soybean showed obvious injury symptoms.Aerial images were taken on the same day using a five-band multispectral and an infrared(IR)thermal camera at 20,50,and 80 m above ground.Five image features,i.e.,canopy temperature,normalized difference vegetation index,canopy area,width,and length,were extracted from the images at three flight heights.A deep learning model was used to classify the soybean breeding plots to five FIS ratings based on the extracted image features.Results show that the image features were significantly different at three flight heights.The best classification performance was obtained by the model developed using image features at 20 m with 0.9 for the five-level FIS.The results indicate that the proposed method is very promising in estimating FIS for soybean breeding.Jing Zhou Huawei Mou Jianfeng Zhou Md Liakat Ali Heng Ye Pengyin Chen Henry T.Nguyen 2021Plant Phenomics2021,3,1:2
7Ultrafast low-pump fluence all-optical modulation based on graphene-metal hybrid metasurfaces显示文摘Graphene is an attractive material for all-optical modulation because of its ultrafast optical response and broad spectral coverage.However,all-optical graphene modulators reported so far require high pump fluence due to the ultrashort photo-carrier lifetime and limited absorption in graphene.We present modulator designs based on graphene-metal hybrid plasmonic metasurfaces with highly enhanced light-graphene interaction in the nanoscale hot spots at pump and probe(signal)wavelengths.Based on this design concept,we have demonstrated high-speed all-optical modulators at near and mid-infrared wavelengths(1.56μm and above 6μm)with significantly reduced pump fluence(1–2 orders of magnitude)and enhanced optical modulation.Ultrafast near-infrared pump-probe measurement results suggest that the modulators’response times are ultimately determined by graphene’s ultrafast photocarrier relaxation times on the picosecond scale.The proposed designs hold the promise to address the challenges in the realization of ultrafast all-optical modulators for mid-and far-infrared wavelengths.Ali Basiri Md Zubair Ebne Rafique Jing Bai Shinhyuk Choi Yu Yao 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,5:2
8Morphological and Genetical Variability among Rhizoctonia solani Isolates Causing Sheath Blight Disease of Rice显示文摘Eighteen isolates of Rhizoctonia solani collected from infected rice plants in four different locations of Bangladesh were studied by using morphological characters and molecular markers. Anastomosis study with a reference isolate confirmed that all the isolates belonged to R. solani. Significant variation was observed in sclerotial size, shape and distribution. Un-weighted pair group method with arithmetic mean dendrogram constructed based on the Gower's general similarity coefficient showed that these isolates were grouped into four clusters at the 0.68 similarity coefficent according to morphological characters. Cluster I was a major cluster consisting of 13 isolates, while clusters Ⅱ to Ⅳ consisted of 1 or 2 isolates. Analyses by variable number of tandem repeat and amplified fragment length polymorphism markers showed that the isolates were grouped into five and three clusters at a similarity coefficient of 0.64 and 0.69, respectively. Although most of the variability was found between isolates from different regions as expected, significant variation was observed within the isolates collected from similar agro-ecological regions. 9氧等离子体处理对涤纶织物数码转移印花的作用显示文摘为了研究低温等离子体处理对涤纶织物数码转移印花的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察,发现了经等离子体处理的涤纶纤维表面被明显刻蚀,使纤维表面产生大量的细微凹孔;通过X-光电子能谱(XPS)分析,揭示了经等离子体处理的涤纶纤维表面含氧化学基团有所增加;同时,接触角测试表明等离子体处理的涤纶织物润湿性有了明显的提升。显然,氧等离子体中高能粒子的撞击导致涤纶纤维表面大分子链发生部分降解,表现为处理后涤纶纤维表面粗糙度的提高,使得纤维比表面积提高,增加了热转移印花中分散染料在纤维表面的富集和染着,而纤维表面粗糙度的增加也改变了纤维表面的光反射特征,进而又促进了涤纶织物转移印花得色率的提高。热重分析(TG)表明等离子体对涤纶织物造成的损伤非常小,甚至低于热转移过程本身造成对纤维的损伤。所以,等离子体处理可以作为涤纶织物数码转移印花的前处理,以减少分散染料墨水的消耗。MD Ali Hossain 陈维国 王成龙 金淑兰 吴浩 张亚 2020现代纺织技术2020,28,2:2

17西门塔尔牛9种遗传缺陷KASP检测方法的建立显示文摘西门塔尔牛(Bos taurus)及其相关品种是我国乳肉兼用牛和肉用牛养殖的主要品种。近年来,国内外学者利用基因组技术在西门塔尔牛群体中鉴定到了多种遗传缺陷,这些遗传缺陷会导致胚胎早期死亡、新生犊牛缺陷、生殖力下降等问题,给牧场带来经济损失。本研究利用竞争性等位基因特异性PCR(kompetitive allele-specific PCR,KASP)分型技术,设计特异性引物,对侏儒症、蜘蛛腿综合征、并趾症、血小板病、锌缺乏样综合征、公牛生育力低下、瑞士褐牛单倍型2、弗莱维赫牛单倍型2和弗莱维赫单倍型4共9种西门塔尔牛遗传缺陷实现分型,96个测试样本的分型检出率达100%,共检测出7种遗传缺陷的携带者。本研究为我国种牛遗传物质进口、种公牛培育和母牛选种选配过程中有害基因的筛查和风险管理提供了技术手段。裴芬 张可 KHAN Md Yousuf Ali 司敬方 代冬梅 欧四海 杨阳 赵宗胜 王雅春 张毅 2023农业生物技术学报2023,31,11:1
