20猪场生物安全综述显示文摘近年来,随着一些难以控制的疾病的暴发和复发,人们认识到动物健康及其与生物安全的关系至关重要。这在养猪业上尤为明显,暴发的非洲猪瘟或猪流行性腹泻疫情就表明了这一点。此外,科学的生物安全有助于提高畜禽的生产力,减少抗生素的使用。生物安全可以定义为为了减少病原体入侵养殖场(外部生物安全)和在养殖场内进一步传播(内部生物安全)的可能性而采取的一系列措施。做好生物安全的关键是避免病原体在养殖场之间或养殖场内传播。这意味着需要了解所要避免的疾病的流行病学知识,而这些知识并不总能获得。病原体的传播途径仅限于几种,因此,即使人们对某一疾病的了解存在一定差距,也有可能采取有效的措施。为了设计一套有效的生物安全方案,兽医必须了解疾病的传播途径、风险情况和危害性,有效的预防措施以及如何评估并改进生物安全。本综述提供了关于减少养猪生产过程中疾病暴发风险的外部和内部生物安全,以及这些措施与主要疾病之间的流行病学关系,并介绍了一些可用于风险分析和生物安全评估的系统,同时,还介绍了影响猪场生物安全方案成功实施的各种因素。任淑静(译) 靳文广(校) 王晶晶(审) Laura Valeria Alarcónl Alberto Allepuz Alberto Enric Mateu 2023国外畜牧学(猪与禽)2023,43,6:0
