| 1 | 高脂高嘌呤饮食联合氧嗪酸钾诱导鹌鹑糖脂代谢紊乱及其并发症显示文摘目的旨在建立一种实用的动物慢性代谢疾病模型,探讨高尿酸血症与糖脂代谢的相关性,以及其病理损伤机制。方法采用高脂高次黄嘌呤饮食+氧嗪酸钾联合造模,检测鹌鹑血清尿酸和甘油三酯动态含量变化,并在实验结束后测定血清中各相关指标,并对肝、肾、主动脉进行病理检测。结果高脂高次黄嘌呤饲料+氧嗪酸钾诱导可以明显升高鹌鹑血清尿酸和甘油三酯含量。糖耐量实验表明,联合造模组鹌鹑血糖峰值较高,血糖变化曲线下面积均大于其他各组,胰岛素水平也明显较其他组高。联合造模组还能升高血清谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活力及尿素氮、肌酐含量,对肝脏、主动脉和肾脏具有明显的损伤作用,这些损伤作用能被苯扎贝特和非布索坦不同程度缓解。结论高脂高次黄嘌呤食饵+氧嗪酸钾联合诱导可以建立一种简便、稳定、持久的动物慢性代谢疾病模型。 | 张燕 马菱蔓 Sarah Wambui Amadi 巫冠中 | 2016 | 中国比较医学杂志2016，26，1： | 4 |

| 3 | The dynamics of adult neurogenesis in human hippocampus显示文摘The phenomenon of adult neurogenesis is now an accepted occurrence in mammals and also in humans.At least two discrete places house stem cells for generation of neurons in adult brain. These are olfactory system and the hippocampus. In animals, newly generated neurons have been directly or indirectly demonstrated to generate a significant amount of new neurons to have a functional role. However, the data in humans on the extent of this process is still scanty and such as difficult to comprehend its functional role in humans.
