4基于聚乳酸羟乙酸共聚物的青蒿琥酯纳米颗粒的制备,及其抗疟活性和毒性评价(英文)显示文摘目的:为疟疾治疗制定基于聚合物的青蒿琥酯纳米粒。创新点:以聚乳酸羟乙酸共聚物(PLGA)为载体,制备青蒿琥酯纳米颗粒。并以小鼠为模型,评估其抗疟疗效和安全性。方法:以PLGA为载体,采用从单一的水包油乳剂中进行溶剂蒸发的方法制备青蒿琥酯纳米颗粒。借助X射线衍射和差示扫描量热分析对纳米颗粒进行表征。以4 mg/kg的剂量对感染疟原虫的雄性瑞士白化小鼠进行体内抗疟活性的研究,测定血液和肝毒性的相关指标。体外实验以小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞细胞系RAW 264.7为模型,在7.8~1000μg/ml浓度范围内,测定游离型和包裹型青蒿琥酯的细胞毒性。结论:实验结果表明,纳米颗粒的粒径为(329.3±21.7)nm,包封率为(38.4±10.1)%。与游离青蒿琥酯(58.2%)相比,基于PLGA的青蒿琥酯纳米颗粒(Art-PLGA)具有较高的抑虫率(62.6%),P<0.05。就血小板计数结果而言,对照组(305 000.00±148 492.40)明显地高于游离青蒿琥酯组(139 500.00±20 506.10)和Art-PLGA组(163 500.00±3535.53),P<0.05。因此,药物的使用没有导致肝毒性的产生。体外细胞毒性试验结果表明,Art-PLGA的半数抑制浓度(IC50,468.0μg/ml)显著高于游离青蒿琥酯(7.3μg/ml),P<0.05。基于PLGA的青蒿琥酯纳米颗粒是一种有效安全的抗疟治疗方法。Kabiru DAUDA Zulaikha BUSARI Olajumoke MORENIKEJI Funmilayo AFOLAYAN Oyetunde OYEYEMI Jairam MEENA Debasis SAHU Amulya PAND A 2017Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2017,18,11:1

18Predictability of South China Sea Summer Monsoon Onset显示文摘Predicting monsoon onset is crucial for agriculture and socioeconomic planning in countries where millions rely on the timely arrival of monsoon rains for their livelihoods. In this study we demonstrate useful skill in predicting year-to-year variations in South China Sea summer monsoon onset at up to a three-month lead time using the GloSea5 seasonal forecasting system. The main source of predictability comes from skillful prediction of Pacific sea surface temperatures associated with El Ni?no and La Ni?na. The South China Sea summer monsoon onset is a known indicator of the broadscale seasonal transition that represents the first stage of the onset of the Asian summer monsoon as a whole. 19新千年的能源显示文摘本文讨论了有关能源的思想观念的演变。20年前当几位作者开始携手合作研究能源时,人们一般是以发展的眼光、从供应方的角度来考虑能源问题,将注意力集中到消费趋势以及如何扩大供给以满足不断增长的需求上。这种方法在能源利用的环境影响、安全性和公平合理性方面的研究局限深深地困扰着他们。例如,大约有20亿人口经济条件有限,买不起现代能源,这严重限制了他们生活水平的提高。此外,能源还是造成环境问题的重要因素,其中包括室内空气污染、城市空气污染、酸化和全球气候变暖等。笔者认为,应当树立新的能源供给观念,使能源的供给方式有助于解决这些严重问题。笔者主张,能源必须成为推进可持续发展——经济上可行、以需要为导向、自力更生的以及无损于环境的发展——的工具,而且,应当将研究重点放在能源的终端用途上和能源供应的服务上。有助于实现可持续发展目标的能源技术方案也在本文进行了讨论。文中强调了制订和运用新型能源技术解决方案的必要性。笔者以巴西乙醇的利用为例,阐述了使发展中国家避免重复工业化国家所犯错误而在技术上实现跨越式发展的可能性。文中还重点介绍了在发展中国家引进先进技术过程中外国直接投资可能起到的作用,阐述了农村能源的近期和远期战略。最后,介绍了促进能源系统的发展,使之与可持续发展的步调一致并且支持可持续发展的相关政策。JoséGoldemberg Thomas B.
