4Body-area sensor network featuring micropyramids for sports healthcare显示文摘Monitoring physiological signals of the human body can provide extremely important information for sports healthcare,preventing injuries and providing efficient guidance for individual sports.However,the signals related to human healthcare involve both subtle and vigorous signals,making it difficult for a sensor to satisfy the full-scale monitoring at the same time.Here,a novel conductive elastomer featuring homogeneously micropyramid-structured PDMS/CNT composite is used to fabricate highperformance piezoresistive sensors by a drop-casting method.Benefiting from the significant increase in the contact area of microstructure during deformation,the flexible sensor presents a broad detection range(up to 185.5 kPa),fast response/recovery time(44/13 ms),ultrahigh sensitivity(242.4 kPa–1)and excellent durability over 8,000 cycles.As a proof of concept,the as-fabricated pressure sensor can be used for body-area sports healthcare,and enable the detection of full-scale pressure distribution.Considering the fabulous sensing performance,the sensor may potentially become promising in personal sports healthcare and telemedicine monitoring.Shenglong Wang Weili Deng Tao Yang Guo Tian Da Xiong Xiao Xiao Hongrui Zhang Yue Sun Yong Ao Junfeng Huang Jun Chen Weiqing Yang 2023Nano Research2023,16,1:1
5Influence of Disk Surface Bulge and Hard Disk Operating Conditions on Hard Disk Gas Film Heat Transfer显示文摘When the hard disk is running,the cantilever of the magnetic head imposes a certain preload on the slider of the magnetic head to form a wedge space with the disk.When the disk rotates,the viscous gas enters the convergence gap so that the hydrodynamic pressure generates balance with the force acting on the cantilever,ensuring that the magnetic head flies above the disk in a stable altitude and forms a stable air film between the magnetic head and the disk called air bearing.When the flight altitude is low,the bulge on the disk surface will affect the pressure distribution of air bearing.Furthermore,the pressure affects the heat flux of air bearing by influencing the heat transfer parameters,such as thermal conductivity,dynamic viscosity,gas density,and the molecular free path of the gas.In this paper,heat transfer parameters influence on gas film heat transfer were explored.Based on this,flathead slider and Tri-pad barotropic magnetic head slider were compared,and the effects of disk operating conditions at the average temperature of air bearing were also studied,such as pitch and roll angle of the magnetic head slider,the disk s speed,and the bulge on disk surface.Qinyang Zeng Hongrui Ao Hongyuan Jiang 2021Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2021,28,1:0
6Study on Lubricant Materials Transfer between Head and Disk显示文摘With the increase of hard disk storage density,the flying height of magnetic head sliders has become lower in recent years,which makes it easier for lubricant materials to transfer between the magnetic head and disk.The ability for lubricant materials to transfer is not only related to the operating conditions of disk but also related to the types of lubricant materials(Perfluoropolyether,PFPE)and diamond⁃like carbon(DLC)coating applied to the disk.Based on the principle of molecular dynamics,this study established the adsorption models on disks with different carbon content and the diffusion models of several common PFPE molecules in air.Besides,the adsorption energy and the diffusion coefficients of different models were calculated.Furthermore,the molecular weight,the molecular structure,the lubricant material��s end functional groups,and the disk��s carbon content were found to have influence on the transfer ability of lubricant materials.In particular,the latter two factors have further influence.Qinyang Zeng Hongrui Ao Hongyuan Jiang 2020Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2020,27,6:0
7A vector hybrid triboelectric sensor(HTS)for motion identification via machine learning显示文摘Rapidly responding and cost-effective sensors played a crucial role in industrial detection.However,the lack of versatile strategies for identifying and classifying operating states on various practical behaviors has limited the rapid development of monitoring technology.This study developed a vector hybrid triboelectric sensor(HTS)with surface nanocrystalline containing triboelectric vibration and rotation units(triboelectric vibration unit(TVU),triboelectric rotation unit(TRU))capable of detecting the vibrational and rotary states of the device.The synchronous detection of two sensing signals can be achieved due to the hierarchical structure as the basic unit of the HTS,which contributed to reducing the volume and spatial distribution of the HTS.Based on the voltage/current/charge(U-I-Q)signal amplitudes and phase features generated by the TVU,the vibration frequency and orientation of the device can be identified by using a double-layer neural network(D-LNN),in which the accuracy reaches 96.5%and 95.5%respectively.Additionally,by combining logistic regression,D-LNN,and linear regression,the accuracy of the TRU for rotary classification exceeds 93.5%in practical application.In this study,the great potential application of the HTS combined with the machine learning methods was successfully explored and exhibited and it might speed up the development of industrial detection in the near future.Nannan Zhou Hongrui Ao Xiaoming Chen Shan Gao Hongyuan Jiang 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
