1水热法制备Sn掺杂TiO2纳米颗粒及其丙酮传感器应用显示文摘二氧化钛因为其优异的灵敏度和物化稳定性,被认为是挥发性有机气体(volatile organic chemicals,VOCs)传感应用的潜在候选者之一。中通过水热法合成(1%~5 mol%)Sn掺杂多孔TiO2纳米颗粒。通过测试基于Sn掺杂TiO2纳米颗粒传感器对丙酮的气敏响应,研究其气敏性能,证明了Sn掺杂片状多孔TiO2纳米颗粒在气体传感器领域的潜在应用前景。例如,气敏测试结果表明:Sn-TiO2显著降低了工作温度,3 mol%Sn-对丙酮具有高响应(Rs^42.35),快速的响应(16 s),恢复时间(8 s),良好的选择性以及稳定性。通过XRD、XPS、EDS、SEM、TEM等手段对合成的Sn-TiO2纳米颗粒进行了结构和形貌表征,以了解和验证其传感机理,并在此基础上,讨论了一种合理的传感机制。王哲 殷文强 谢利娟 于淳义 Azhar Ali Haidry 2020功能材料2020,51,11:7
2Two-Dimensional Materials in Large-Areas: Synthesis, Properties and Applications显示文摘Large-area and high-quality two-dimensional crystals are the basis for the development of the next-generation electronic and optical devices.The synthesis of two-dimensional materials in wafer scales is the first critical step for future technology uptake by the industries;however,currently presented as a significant challenge.Substantial efforts have been devoted to producing atomically thin two-dimensional materials with large lateral dimensions,controllable and uniform thicknesses,large crystal domains and minimum defects.In this review,recent advances in synthetic routes to obtain high-quality two-dimensional crystals with lateral sizes exceeding a hundred micrometres are outlined.Applications of the achieved large-area two-dimensional crystals in electronics and optoelectronics are summarised,and advantages and disadvantages of each approach considering ease of the synthesis,defects,grain sizes and uniformity are discussed.Ali Zavabeti Azmira Jannat Li Zhong Azhar Ali Haidry Zhengjun Yao Jian Zhen Ou 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,5:4
