3低蛋白日粮补充合成氨基酸及随后再饲喂对肉鸡生长性能、血脂概况和化学组成的影响显示文摘研究在1∽21日龄肉鸡低蛋白(Low-CP)日粮中补充甲硫氨酸(Met)和赖氨酸(Lys),并在22∽42日龄再供给常规饲粮,评估其对生长性能、血清血脂、化学组成和胴体品质的影响。在1∽21日龄(起始期间),选取雄性肉仔鸡(罗斯308)480只分成3个处理,并给予以下日粮:常规日粮组(所有营养物质满足要求);低蛋白日粮组,未补充蛋氨酸和赖氨酸;低CP日粮中添加蛋氨酸和赖氨酸(Low-CP+Met+Lys)。在肥育期(22∽42日龄),各组按照推荐量饲喂相同营养水平的日粮。21日龄时,Low-CP+Met+Lys日粮组比Low-CP组有更好的生长性能和胸肌产量,差异显著(P〈0.05)。饲喂常规日粮的雏鸡饲料和蛋白质的摄入量比其他两组极显著提高(P〈0.01),而Low-CP+Met+Lys组蛋白质效率极显著提高(P〈0.01)。饲喂低CP日粮增加了腹部脂肪含量和机体能量(P〈0.05),同时补充合成氨基酸后脂肪含量略有下降。Low-CP+Met+Lys组血中甘油三酯、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)和T3激素与常规日粮组相比显著增加(P〈0.05)。再饲喂阶段后,饲喂低CP饮食组无法补偿体重达到传统日粮组效果,但饲料转化率得到补偿。饲喂低CP+Met+Lys日粮与常规日粮组胸肉产量相同,但腹部脂肪、甘油三酯和极低密度脂蛋白水平显著升高(P〈0.05)。总之,低蛋白日粮中补充Met+Lys能提高生产性能,但效果仍不如常规日粮。Nukreaw R Bunchasak C 2015饲料博览2015,0,7:1

8蛋氨酸在家禽生产中的作用显示文摘日粮补充DL-蛋氨酸(DLM)可改善家禽生产性能。一般认为液态蛋氨酸的生物学效价低于固态蛋氨酸,但若把日粮总含硫氨酸(TSAA)水平调至商业推荐水平,则两种来源的蛋氨酸效价相差无几(等摩尔基础)。因多系统参与,使得液态和固态氨基酸在空肠段的吸收和转运有所不同。低蛋白日粮中添加蛋氨酸能降低热应激引起的不良影响。添加蛋氨酸改善了日粮氨基酸平衡状况,通过提高饲料转化率、增加蛋白质合成和降低脂肪合成,从而改善家禽生产性能。蛋氨酸补充物还可直接(蛋白质合成和分解)和间接(蛋氨酸衍生物)改变免疫应答。因实际生产中影响蛋氨酸需要量的因素较多,故商业供给量高于NRC(1994)推荐量。此外育雏和生长期对蛋氨酸的需要量,以占日粮百分比表示时,有降低趋势;以相对于赖氨酸需要量表示时则有升高趋势。Chaiyapoom Bunchasak(原著) 徐磊(译) 2011饲料与畜牧(新饲料)2011,,3:1
