2Microstructural Characteristics of CuCr50 Alloy by Laser Refining显示文摘An investigation conceming the thecrostructural characterization of CuCr50 alloy layer by laser surface refining on the powder metallurgy substrate was carried out Significant refined procutectic chromium crystals distributed in an Cr-rich eutectic and high mutual solubility of Cu and Cr elements in the CuCr50 alloy were exam ined by Backscattered Eectron Imaging (BEI) and Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrum (EDS) techniques. 3Using PyC modified 3D carbon fiber to reinforce UHTC under low temperature sintering without pressure显示文摘Finding the optimum balance between strength and toughness,as well as acquiring reliable thermal shock resistance and oxidation resistance,has always been the most concerned topic in the discussion of ultra-high temperature ceramic composites.Herein,PyC modified 3D carbon fiber is used to reinforce ultra-high temperature ceramic(UHTC).The macroscopic block composite with large size is successfully fabricated through low temperature sintering at 1300℃without pressure.The prepared PyC modified 3D C_(f)/ZrC-SiC composites simultaneously possess excellent physical and chemical stability under the synergistic effect of PyC interface layer and low temperature 1/2 sintering without pressure.The fracture toughness is increased in magnitude to 13.05±1.72 MPa·m^(1/2)accompanied by reliable flexural strength of 251±27 MPa.After rapid thermal shock spanning from room temperature(RT)to 1200℃,there are no visible surface penetrating cracks,spalling,or structural fragmentation.The maximum critical temperature difference reaches 875℃,which is nearly three times higher than that of traditional monolithic ceramics.The haunting puzzle of intrinsic brittleness and low damage tolerance are resolved fundamentally.Under the protection of PyC interface layer,the carbon fibers around oxide layer and matrix remain structure intact after static oxidation at 1500℃for 30 min.The oxide layer has reliable physical and chemical stability and resists the erosion from fierce oxidizing atmosphere,ensuring the excellent oxidation resistance of the composites.In a sense,the present work provides promising universality in designability and achievement of 3D carbon fiber reinforced ceramic composites.Baihe DU Yuan CHENG Liancai XUN Shuchang ZHANG Jing TONG Qingrong LV Shanbao ZHOU Ping HU Xinghong ZHANG 2021Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,4:3
4Xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis misdiagnosed as gallbladder carcinoma: retrospective analysis of 10 cases显示文摘Objective: To investigate the reasons for misdiagnosing xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis (XGC) as gallbladder carcinoma, and to provide differential points between these two diseases. Methods: Thirty-three patients with the final diag- nosis of XGC in our hospital over a period of 10 years (1996–2005) were reviewed, among which 10 (6 males and 4 females) were misdiagnosed as having gallbladder carcinoma either preoperatively or intraoperatively. Results: 10 misdiagnosed cases were examined preoperatively by B-ultrasound (BUS) and computed tomography (CT). BUS and CT revealed 5 cases of gallbladder carcinoma and 1 of chronic cholecystitis; 2 cases were diagnosed as gallbladder carcinoma on BUS but chronic cholecystitis on CT; other 2 cases were diagnosed as chronic cholecystitis on BUS but as gallbladder carcinoma on CT. Intra- operatively, thickening of the gallbladder wall was found in all of the patients; xanthogranulomatous tissue was found invading into other tissues including gallbladder bed and omentum majus. Intraoperative frozen section investigation was performed on 1 patient revealing that no tumor cell was found. Open cholecystectomy + partial hepatic wedge resection were performed on 3 patients; cholecystectomy + partial hepatic wedge resection + regional lymphadenectomy in the liver duodenum ligament on 6 patients; cholecystectomy + cholecystoenterostomy + colocolic anastomosis after partial resection of transverse colon on 1 patient. Postoperative pathological findings revealed XGC in all these patients. Conclusion: XGC is an uncommon variant of chronic cholecystitis of which clinical and imaging presentations closely resemble gallbladder carcinoma. 5Thermal response, oxidation and ablation of ultra–high temperature ceramics, C/SiC, C/C, graphite and graphite–ceramics显示文摘Various thermal protection materials exhibit obviously different and complicated thermal response,oxidation and ablation behavior,which are very important for the appropriate design and selection.However,the relative researches are very few currently.In this work,the thermal response,oxidation and ablation behavior of representative thermal protection materials including ultra-high temperature ceramics,C/SiC,C/C, graphite and graphite-ceramic were investigated systematically in strong heat flux,high enthalpy and low-pressure environments.Thermal response of these materials was analyzed based on experimental results and thermal energy balance that accounts for all of the heat transfer processes transporting energy into and out of the surface.Many factors were playing important roles in the thermal response including thermal conductivity,volumetric heat capacity,catalytic efficiency,emissivity and oxidation characteristics of the materials.The importance of each factor not only depends on the material characteristics such as material composition and phase content but also environment parameters including heat flux,enthalpy,pressure and testing time.The comparisons and relationships of oxidation and ablation behaviors for these materials under extreme environments were also illustrated in detail.Furthermore,thermal response and ablation behaviors of pre-oxidized material or repeated tests were also performed to evaluate the effect of pre-treatment on the performance and reusability of thermal protection materials.This work offers guiding significance for the appropriate design and selection of thermal protection materials.Xinghong Zhang Baihe Du Ping Hu Yuan Cheng Jiecai Han 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,7:2

8Flood risk assessment using the CV-TOPSIS method for the Belt and Road Initiative:an empirical study of Southeast Asia显示文摘Instruction:The countries along the Belt and Road Initiative remain high exposure and vulnerability to climate extremes.Southeast Asia,a significant part of the Belt and Road Initiative,suffers a lot from flood disasters.This study assessed the flood disaster risk from 1990–2015 in all 11 Southeast Asian countries.A model integrating the coefficient of variation approach and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method was introduced to analyze the flood disaster data.Considering that populations living in areas where elevation is below 5 m and land area where elevation is below 5 m have reached 11.86%and 3.54%(2015),respectively,the two indicators were opted for to propose new metrics for flood disaster risk assessment.Outcomes:Our findings show that the flood disaster risk in Southeast Asia appeared very high during most of the study period.Indonesia had an extremely high flood disaster risk,followed by Vietnam,whereas Laos,Malaysia,Brunei,and Timor Leste had lower flood risks.The model introduced in this paper is quite simple and easy to understand,providing accessible flood risk information for decision makers.Conclusion:The results we obtained have practical implications for land use and investment activities in Southeast Asia.Yan An Xianchun Tan Baihe Gu Kaiwei Zhu 2020Ecosystem Health and Sustainability2020,6,1:1

16Bimetal nickel-cobalt phosphide directly grown on commercial graphite substrate by the one-step electrodeposition as efficient electrocatalytic electrode显示文摘It is challenging to find a method to obtain a catalyst with low cost and efficient multifunctional performances.Herein,in order to obtain the electrode with high-performance water splitting and non-enzymatic glucose de-tection,the commercial graphite sheet(GS)with excellent durability and electroconductivity was used as substrate material,and the non-noble ternary component Ni-Co-P catalyst with hierarchical architecture was fabricated on GS via a co-electrodeposition.The catalyst only required low overpotentials of 44.6,76.5 and 49 mV to drive the current density of 10 mA cm^-2 alongside with the smaller Tafel slopes of 39.2,44.8 and 112 mV dec-1 for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in 1.0 M KOH,0.5 M H2SO4 and 1.0 M PBS solution,respectively.For oxygen evolution reaction(OER),the catalyst demonstrated a low overpotential of 304 mV to achieve the current density of 20 mA cm^-2 with excellent Tafel slope of 89.8 mV dec-1 in alkaline solution.Furthermore,the Ni-Co-P/GS electrode serving as non enzymatic glucose sensor exhibited the superior elec-trocatalytic activity with an ultrahigh sensitivity of 7400μA mM^-1 cm^-2,low detection limit of 0.425μM(S/N=3),and wide linear range(1-1200μM).Alan Meng Haiqin Zhang Baihe Huangfu Wenli Tian Liying Sheng Zhenjiang Li Shuqin Tan Qingdang Li 2020Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2020,30,4:1
17Microstructural regulation,oxidation resistance,and mechanical properties of C_(f)/SiC/SiHfBOC composites prepared by chemical vapor infiltration with precursor infiltration pyrolysis显示文摘To further improve the oxidation resistance of polymer derived ceramic(PDC)composites in harsh environments,Cf/SiC/SiHfBOC composites were prepared by chemical vapor infiltration(CVI)and precursor impregnation pyrolysis(PIP)methods.The weight retention change,mechanical properties,and microstructure of C/SiC/SiHfBOC before and after oxidation in air were studied in details.Microscopic analyses showed that only the interface between the ceramics and fibers was oxidized to some extent,and hafnium had been enriched on the composite surface after oxidizing at different temperature.The main oxidation products of Cf/SiC/SiHfBOC composites were Hf0_(2)and HfSi04 after oxidation at 1500℃for 60 min.Moreover,the weight retention ratio and compressive strength of the Cf/SiC/SiHfBOC composites are 83.97%and 23.88±3.11 MPa,respectively.It indicates that the Cf/SiC/SiHfBOC composites should be promising to be used for a short time in the oxidation environment at 1500℃.Yang LYU Baihe DU Guiqing CHEN Guangdong ZHAO Yuan CHENG Shanbao ZHOU Qingrong LV Xinghong ZHANG Wenbo HAN 2022Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,1:1
