| 1 | High-energy hybrid femtosecond laser system demonstrating 2×10 PW capability显示文摘We report on a two-arm hybrid high-power laser system(HPLS)able to deliver 2×10 PW femtosecond pulses,developed at the Bucharest-Magurele Extreme Light Infrastructure Nuclear Physics(ELI-NP)Facility.A hybrid frontend(FE)based on a Ti:sapphire chirped pulse amplifier and a picosecond optical parametric chirped pulse amplifier based on beta barium borate(BBO)crystals,with a cross-polarized wave(XPW)filter in between,has been developed.It delivers 10 mJ laser pulses,at 10 Hz repetition rate,with more than 70 nm spectral bandwidth and high-intensity contrast,in the range of 1013:1.The high-energy Ti:sapphire amplifier stages of both arms were seeded from this common FE.The final high-energy amplifier,equipped with a 200 mm diameter Ti:sapphire crystal,has been pumped by six 100 J nanosecond frequency doubled Nd:glass lasers,at 1 pulse/min repetition rate.More than 300 J output pulse energy has been obtained by pumping with only 80%of the whole 600 J available pump energy.The compressor has a transmission efficiency of 74%and an output pulse duration of 22.7 fs was measured,thus demonstrating that the dual-arm HPLS has the capacity to generate 10 PW peak power femtosecond pulses.The reported results represent the cornerstone of the ELI-NP 2×10 PW femtosecond laser facility,devoted to fundamental and applied nuclear physics research. | François Lureau Guillaume Matras Olivier Chalus Christophe Derycke Thomas Morbieu Christophe Radier Olivier Casagrande Sébastien Laux Sandrine Ricaud Gilles Rey Alain Pellegrina Caroline Richard Laurent Boudjemaa Christophe Simon-Boisson Andrei Baleanu Romeo Banici Andrei Gradinariu Constantin Caldararu Bertrand De Boisdeffre Petru Ghenuche Andrei Naziru Georgios Kolliopoulos Liviu Neagu Razvan Dabu Ioan Dancus Daniel Ursescu | 2020 | High Power Laser Science and Engineering2020,8,4: | 4 |
| 2 | Aggregation Operators for Interval-Valued Pythagorean Fuzzy Soft Set with Their Application to Solve Multi-Attribute Group Decision Making Problem显示文摘Interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy soft set(IVPFSS)is a generalization of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft set(IVIFSS)and interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy set(IVPFS).The IVPFSS handled more uncertainty comparative to IVIFSS;it is the most significant technique for explaining fuzzy information in the decision-making process.In this work,some novel operational laws for IVPFSS have been proposed.Based on presented operational laws,two innovative aggregation operators(AOs)have been developed such as interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy soft weighted average(IVPFSWA)and interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy soft weighted geometric(IVPFSWG)operators with their fundamental properties.A multi-attribute group decision-making(MAGDM)approach has been established utilizing our developed operators.A numerical example has been presented to ensure the validity of the proposed MAGDM technique.Finally,comparative studies have been given between the proposed approach and some existing studies.The obtained results through comparative studies show that the proposed technique is more credible and reliable than existing approaches. | Rana Muhammad Zulqarnain Imran Siddique Aiyared Iampan Dumitru Baleanu | 2022 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,6: | 3 |

| 8 | Epidemiological Analysis of the Coronavirus Disease Outbreak with Random Effects显示文摘Today,coronavirus appears as a serious challenge to the whole world.Epidemiological data of coronavirus is collected through media and web sources for the purpose of analysis.New data on COVID-19 are available daily,yet information about the biological aspects of SARS-CoV-2 and epidemiological characteristics of COVID-19 remains limited,and uncertainty remains around nearly all its parameters’values.This research provides the scientic and public health communities better resources,knowledge,and tools to improve their ability to control the infectious diseases.Using the publicly available data on the ongoing pandemic,the present study investigates the incubation period and other time intervals that govern the epidemiological dynamics of the COVID-19 infections.Formulation of the testing hypotheses for different countries with a 95%level of condence,and descriptive statistics have been calculated to analyze in which region will COVID-19 fall according to the tested hypothesized mean of different countries.The results will be helpful in decision making as well as in further mathematical analysis and control strategy.Statistical tools are used to investigate this pandemic,which will be useful for further research.The testing of the hypothesis is done for the differences in various effects including standard errors.Changes in states’variables are observed over time.The rapid outbreak of coronavirus can be stopped by reducing its transmission.Susceptible should maintain safe distance and follow precautionary measures regarding COVID-19 transmission. | Muhammad Farman Aqeel Ahmad Ali Akgül Muhammad Umer Saleem Muhammad Naeem Dumitru Baleanu | 2021 | Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,6: | 1 |

In order to have a variety of accurate results to simulate the reality, a fractional order model of multi-strain Tuberculosis with its control is introduced, where the derivatives are adopted from Caputo's definition. The shifted Jacobi polynomials are used to approximate the optimality system. Subsequently, Newton's iterative method will be used to solve the resultant nonlinear algebraic equations. A comparative study of the values of the objective functional, between both the generalized Euler method and the proposed technique is presented.
