1Modeling and Analysis of Novel Integrated Radial Hybrid Magnetic Bearing for Magnetic Bearing Reaction Wheel显示文摘Conventional ball bearing reaction wheel used to control the attitude of spacecraft can't absorb the centrifugal force caused by imbalance of the wheel rotor,and there will be a torque spike at zero speed,which seriously influences the accuracy and stability of spacecraft attitude control.Compared with traditional ball-bearing wheel,noncontact and no lubrication are the remarkable features of the magnetic bearing reaction wheel,and which can solve the high precision problems of wheel.In general,two radial magnetic bearings are needed in magnetic bearing wheel,and the design results in a relatively large axial dimension and smaller momentum-to-mass ratios.In this paper,a new type of magnetic bearing reaction wheel(MBRW) is introduced for satellite attitude control,and a novel integrated radial hybrid magnetic bearing(RHMB) with permanent magnet bias is designed to reduce the mass and minimize the size of the MBRW,etc.The equivalent magnetic circuit model for the RHMB is presented and a solution is found.The stiffness model is also presented,including current stiffness,position negative stiffness,as well as tilting current stiffness,tilting angular position negative stiffness,force and moment equilibrium equations.The design parameters of the RHMB are given according to the requirement of the MBRW with angular momentum of 30 N ? m ? s when the rotation speed of rotor reaches to 5 kr/min.The nonlinearity of the RHMB is shown by using the characteristic curves of force-control current-position,current stiffness,position stiffness,moment-control current-angular displacement,tilting current stiffness and tilting angular position stiffness considering all the rotor position within the clearance space and the control current.The proposed research ensures the performance of the radial magnetic bearing with permanent magnet bias,and provides theory basis for design of the magnetic bearing wheel.HAN Bangcheng 2010Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,5:8
2The active-to-passive oxidation transition mechanism and engineering prediction method of C/SiC composites显示文摘This paper studied the active-to-passive oxidative mechanism of C/SiC composite under high temperature and oxidative conditions. An analytic model and computational method were established based on the process of gas diffusion in boundary layer and the equilibrium relations in surface chemical reactions. Simultaneously, an engineering equation to predict the oxygen partial pressure of active-to-passive transition was derived under the specific temperature zone. The results indicated that the active-to-passive oxidation transition of C/SiC is closely related to the composition of the material. 6A novel combination belief rule base model for mechanical equipment fault diagnosis显示文摘Due to the excellent performance in complex systems modeling under small samples and uncertainty,Belief Rule Base(BRB)expert system has been widely applied in fault diagnosis.However,the fault diagnosis process for complex mechanical equipment normally needs multiple attributes,which can lead to the rule number explosion problem in BRB,and limit the efficiency and accuracy.To solve this problem,a novel Combination Belief Rule Base(C-BRB)model based on Directed Acyclic Graph(DAG)structure is proposed in this paper.By dispersing numerous attributes into the parallel structure composed of different sub-BRBs,C-BRB can effectively reduce the amount of calculation with acceptable result.At the same time,a path selection strategy considering the accuracy of child nodes is designed in C-BRB to obtain the most suitable submodels.Finally,a fusion method based on Evidential Reasoning(ER)rule is used to combine the belief rules of C-BRB and generate the final results.To illustrate the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed method,a case study of fault diagnosis of rolling bearing is conducted,and the result is compared with other methods.Manlin CHEN Zhijie ZHOU Bangcheng ZHANG Guanyu HU You CAO 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,5:2
7Bioactive titanium metal surfaces with antimicrobial properties prepared by anodic oxidation treatment显示文摘In order to endow titanium metals with bioactivity and antimicrobial properties, titanium plates were subjected to anodic oxidation treatment in NaCl solutions in this study. The treated titanium metals could induce apatite formation in the fast calcification solution, and osteoblasts on the treated titanium surfaces proliferated well as those on the untreated titanium metal surfaces. The treated metals could inhibit S. aureus growth in the microbial culture experiments. It was assumed that Ti-OH groups and Ti-Cl groups formed on the treated titanium surface were responsible for the bioactivity and antimicrobial properties of the metals. 8Surface alloyed Ti–Zr layer constructed on titanium by Zr ion implantation for improving physicochemical and osteogenic properties显示文摘Titanium has been widely used as dental and orthopedic implant, while its corrosion resistance and osteogenic properties need to be further improved. Ti–Zr alloy is considered as one of promising titanium alloy with good corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. In this work, zirconium ions are implanted into the titanium surface by plasma immersion ion implantation(PIII) technology to construct Ti–Zr alloy layer on titanium surface with different proportions of Ti/Zr. The mechanical property, corrosion resistance and cytocompatibility of modified titanium were studied. Results indicated that Ti–Zr alloy layer on titanium exhibited good mechanical property and corrosion resistance. It could promote the cell spreading, proliferation, extracellular matrix(ECM) mineralization, and collagen secretion of r BMSCs. Besides, the zirconium ions released from different Ti–Zr alloy layers could promote the expressions of osteogenesis related genes, including alkaline phosphatase(ALP), type I collagen(Col-I), osteocalcin(OCN), osteopontin(OPN), and runt-related transcription factor 2(Runx2). 9A Study on the Biocompatibility of MgO Coating Prepared by Anodic Oxidation Method on Magnesium Metal显示文摘Magnesium(Mg),is widely used for the bone repair in oral and orthopedic application due to excellent bioactivity,degradation and biocompatibility.However,the range of application is greatly limited because of the rapid degradation of Mg metal in the body.Surface modification is an effective method to enhance the corrosion resistance and reduce the degradation rate of Mg metal.In the present study,pure Mg metal(P-Mg)was subjected to alkali-heat treatment(AT-Mg)or anodic oxidation-heat treatment(AO-HT-Mg).Both AT-Mg and AO-HT-Mg had a layer of MgO on their surfaces after treatment.Then the effects of MgO coating on corrosion resistance,bioactivity,Mesenchymal Stem Cells’(MSCs)proliferation,adhesion and osteogenic differentiation,and the bone repair capability of Mg metal were investigated.We found both AT-Mg and AO-HT-Mg had stronger corrosion resistance than P-Mg.MSCs on both AT-Mg and AO-HT-Mg had higher expression of proteins and genes of ALP,OCN,Col-I and Runx2 than those on P-Mg.They also showed better bone repair property than P-Mg in vivo.In general,MgO layer formed by anodic oxidation-heat treatment had better resistance and biocompatibility than that produced by alkali-heat treatment.This study indicated the MgO coating not only improved the corrosion resistance of Mg metal,but also promoted the osteogenic differentiation of MSCs and bone regeneration.Yangmei Chen Xugang Lu Fenghua Zhao Yi Hu Shibing Xiong Yuqiang Guo Ping Huang Bangcheng Yang 2020Journal of Bionic Engineering2020,17,1:2

11Integrated Power and Single Axis Attitude Control System with Two Flywheels显示文摘The existing research of the integrated power and attitude control system(IPACS) in satellites mainly focuses on the IPACS concept,which aims at solving the coupled problem between the attitude control and power tracking.In the IPACS,the configuration design of IPACS is usually not considered,and the coupled problem between two flywheels during the attitude control and energy storage has not been resolved.In this paper,an integrated power and single axis attitude control system using two counter rotating magnetically suspended flywheels mounted to an air table is designed.The control method of power and attitude control using flywheel is investigated and the coupling problem between energy storage and attitude control is resolved.A computer simulation of an integrated power and single axis attitude control system with two flywheels is performed,which consists of two counter rotating magnetically suspended flywheels mounted to an air rotary table.Both DC bus and a single axis attitude are the regulation goals.An attitude & DC bus coordinator is put forward to separate DC bus regulation and attitude control problems.The simulation results of DC bus regulation and attitude control are presented respectively with a DC bus regulator and a simple PD attitude controller.The simulation results demonstrate that it is possible to integrate power and attitude control simultaneously for satellite using flywheels.The proposed research provides theory basis for design of the IPACS.HAN Bangcheng 2012Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,3:1
