| 2 | 风湿性心脏病合并肺动脉高压瓣膜置换病人血浆肾上腺髓质素的变化及作用显示文摘目的 观察风湿性心脏病 (风心病 )合并肺动脉高压病人瓣膜置换术前后血浆肾上腺髓质素 (AM)、内皮素 1(ET 1)、一氧化氮 (NO)及肺血流动力学的变化。方法 37例风心病病人手术前后采用放射免疫法测定血浆AM、ET 1浓度 ,采用测定血浆亚硝酸盐 /硝酸盐含量来反映NO水平 ,采用Swan Ganz浮导管测定肺血流动力学指标。结果 严重肺动脉高压组病人术前血浆AM、ET 1水平明显高于正常肺动脉压组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;术后 1周各组血浆AM水平都有不同程度的下降 ,而严重肺动脉高压组血浆ET 1水平无明显下降 ;术后严重肺动脉高压、肺动脉高压组血浆NO水平有一个降低及再恢复的过程 ;术前血浆AM/ET 1比值水平与肺血管阻力呈负相关 (r=- 0 5 0 3,P <0 0 1) ,术后 48h血浆AM/ET 1比值与平均肺动脉压、肺血管阻力呈负相关 (r=- 0 5 2 4、- 0 5 5 1,P <0 0 5 )。结论 AM在风心病肺动脉高压的形成和术后缓解过程中发挥了拮抗ET 1的作用 ,血浆AM/ET | 方敏华 ZHANG Baoren 张仁福 朱洪玉 张南滨 张宝仁 | 2001 | 中华胸心血管外科杂志2001,17,2: | 2 |
| 3 | Spectrum Characteristics and Transfer Function of the Hydrograph of the Deep Aqueous System显示文摘The fluctuation of most of the hydrograph in the deep aqueous system records the fluid pulsation in lithosphere and variation of the earth’s crust. Many observations have verified that groundwater is an ideal information carrier of the crust. In this paper, the series of input (precipitation, air pressure, Earth tide etc.) and output (water level, artesian flow) of the deep aqueous system are studied by using the spectrum analysis and system theory. The application concepts of transfer function and the spectral structure of the hydrograph enrich the knowledge of the deep aqueous system. Two typical spectral structures of the hydrograph of the deep aqueous system are obtained by comparing with many water-bearing systems of the Jizhong depression. One is from well Ma-17 and the other is from the well Xinze-5. | 4 | Basic characteristics and forming mechanism of the sharp thermocline in the Bohai Sea, Huanghai Sea and northern East China Sea显示文摘- On the basis of the fact that the sharp thermocHne in the Bohai Sea and the northern Huanghai Sea is often distributed in the deep valley areas, it has been long thought that the reason of the formation of the sharp thermocHne is that the cold water can be easily kept in valleys. But recent investigations carried out in the southern Huanghai Sea in summer show that all of the sharp thermocHne areas were distributed in the shallow sloping-bottom areas but not in the deep valley areas. Only in autumn would the sharp thermoclines translate to the deep valley areas. In summer, they are characterized by shallow upper mixing layer and thin thickness in the southern Huanghai Sea. | 11 | Estimation of water volume transports through the main straits of the East China Sea显示文摘The structure of current speed and the variability of volume transports of the Kuroshio in the Tokara-kaikyo and Osumi-kaikyo are discussed on the basis of data of KER in the period from 1977 to 1984. The average geostrophic transport through these two straits is estimated to be 24. 5×106 m3/s and only 1/12 of the transport is through the Osumi-kaiky5. Countercurrents on both sides of the Kuroshio trunk are observed in the Tokara-kaikyo. Calculation indicates that the average geostrophic current speed is less than the GEK current speed, systematically. On the basis of the current measurements, the northward transports through the Taiwan Strait in winter and summer are estimated to be 1. 05×106and 3. 16×106m3/s, respectively. From Chu’s data (1976) the average transport of the Kuroshio flowing into the East China Sea passing through the passage east of Taiwan is about 29. 3×106m3/s. From Miita and Ogawa’s data (1984) the average transport through the Tsushima-kaikyo is 3. 6×106m3/s.
