| 1 | Novel in silico EST-SSR markers and bioinformatic approaches to detect genetic variation among peach(Prunus persica L.)germplasm显示文摘Because there are thousands of peach cultivars,cultivar classification is a critical step before starting a breeding project.Various molecular markers such as simple sequence repeats(SSRs)can be used.In this study,67 polymorphic primers produced 302 bands.Higher values for SI index(1.903)suggested higher genetic variability in the genotype under investigation.Mean values for observed alleles(Na),expected heterozygosity(He),effective alleles(Ne),Nei’s information index(h),and polymorphic information content(PIC)were 4.5,0.83,5.45,0.83,and 0.81,respectively.The dendrogram constructed based on Jaccard’s similarity coefficients outlined four distinct clusters in the entire germplasm.In addition,an analysis of molecular variance(AMOVA)showed that70.68%of the total variation was due to within-population variation,while 29.32%was due to variation among populations.According to this research,all primers were successfully used for the peach accessions.The EST-SSR markers should be useful in peach breeding programs and other research. | Mehrana Koohi Dehkordi Tayebeh Beigzadeh Karim Sorkheh | 2020 | Journal of Forestry Research2020,31,4: | 2 |

| 6 | A new passive transfemoral prosthesis mechanism based on 3R36 knee and ESAR foot providing walking and squatting显示文摘Researchers have proposed various linkage mechanisms to connect knee and ankle joints for above-knee prosthe-ses,but most of them only offer natural walking.However,studies have shown that people assume a squatting posture during daily activities.This paper introduces a novel mechanism that connects the knee joint with the foot-ankle joint to enable both squatting and walking.The prosthetic knee used is the well-known 3R36,while the energy storing and return(ESAR)prosthetic foot is used for the ankle-foot joint.To coordinate knee and ankle joint movements,a six-bar linkage mechanism structure is proposed.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed modular transfemoral prosthesis accurately mimics the motion patterns of a natural human leg during walking and squatting.For instance,the prosthesis allows a total knee flexion of more than 140°during squatting.The new prosthesis design also incorporates energy-storing mechanisms to reduce energy expenditure during walking for amputees. | Amer Imran Borhan Beigzadeh Mohammad Reza Haghjoo | 2023 | Theoretical & Applied Mechanics Letters2023,13,5: | 0 |

| 9 | Adaptation Decision Support: An Application of System Dynamics Modeling in Coastal Communities显示文摘This research develops and applies a system dynamics(SD) model for the strategic evaluation of environmental adaptation options for coastal communities. The article defines and estimates asset-based measures for community vulnerability, resilience, and adaptive capacity with respect to the environmental, economic, social, and cultural pillars of the coastal community under threat. The SD model simulates the annual multidimensional dynamic impacts of severe coastal storms and storm surges on the community pillars under alternative adaptation strategies.The calculation of the quantitative measures provides valuable information for decision makers for evaluating the alternative strategies. The adaptation strategies are designed model results illustrated for the specific context of the coastal community of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. | 10 | 采用负载Ni_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Fe_2O_4磁性纳米粒子芦荟壳灰从水溶液中快速高效去除Ag(Ⅰ)(英文)显示文摘采用负载Ni_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Fe_2O_4磁性纳米粒子芦荟壳灰从水溶液中去除Ag(Ⅰ)。采用XRD、SEM、BET等温线、振荡试样磁力计(VSM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-ⅠR)表征该吸附剂。采用该吸附剂在不同p H值(2~7)、吸附剂量(0.01~0.5 g)、Ag^+浓度(50,100,200,300,500,700和1000 mg/L)下测定Ag(Ⅰ)的吸光度。在最佳条件(30 min,p H=5)下,得到最高的Ag^+去除率。在50 m L 100 mg/L Ag^+溶液中,最佳吸附剂量是0.20 g,去除率为98.3%。基于Langmuir等温线,得到最大单层饱和吸附量为243.90 mg/g。表征结果表明,吸附剂的比表面积和孔体积分别为814.23 m2/g和0.726 cm3/g。实验数据与Langmuir和Freundlich等温线模型吻合。合成的吸附剂对水溶液中Ag(Ⅰ)吸附具有理想的表面积和吸附容量。 | Parisa BEIGZADEH Farid MOEINPOUR | 2016 | Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2016,26,8: | 0 |
