1表面活性剂协同超声波酶法提取三七花总皂苷工艺优化及抗氧化活性研究显示文摘建立并优化了表面活性剂协同超声波酶法提取三七花总皂苷的工艺条件。以Triton X-100表面活性剂为提取溶剂,在复合酶添加量为0.2%(质量分数),液固比为30∶1(mL∶g),Triton X-100溶液pH值为5时,表面活性剂协同超声波酶法提取三七花总皂苷最优条件为:酶解温度60℃,超声功率465 W,超声40 min,此时三七花总皂苷的提取率为16.38%,高于传统的回流加热提取、超声波辅助提取。对3种工艺提取三七花总皂苷进行抗氧化活性测定,结果表明,表面活性剂协同超声波酶法提取得到的三七总皂苷对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)自由基清除能力更高,总抗氧化能力更强,其质量浓度为0.156 mg/mL时,对DNA损伤保护作用最强。该研究方法萃取效率较高,环保安全,易于推广应用。陈红惠 TARUN BELWAL 李刚凤 罗自生 2020食品与发酵工业2020,46,20:8

6A review on protein based nanocarriers for polyphenols:interaction and stabilization mechanisms显示文摘Protein has been used as the carrier for protecting and targeting polyphenols and increasing their shelf-life.Interactions of a protein molecule with polyphenols are important,which change functions and physiochemical properties of the complex and provide protection to polyphenols.Interactions between proteins and polyphenols are largely non-covalent.Factors that affect such interactions include pH,temperature,and the structure of both proteins and polyphenols.Moreover,excellent stability of polyphenols can be achieved by using nanoencapsulation techniques such as emulsion,nanohydrogel,and nanocomplex formation.The use of protein combined with other compounds such as lipids and carbohydrates was found to be the most suitable carrier for polyphenols encapsulation.This review aims to describe the interaction between proteins and polyphenols,focusing on applying nanoencapsulation for increasing stability and targeted delivery of phenolic compounds.Yun Xiao Talha Ahmad Tarun Belwal Rana Muhammad Aadil Muhammad Siddique Limin Pang Yanqun Xu 2023Food Innovation and Advances2023,2,3:0
7Biocompatible silver nanoparticles: An investigation into their protein binding efficacies, anti-bacterial effects and cell cytotoxicity studies显示文摘Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)has garnered tremendous interest as conventional methods include the use and production of toxic chemicals,products,by-products and reagents.In this regard,the synthesis of AgNPs using green tea(GT)extract and two of its components,(-)-epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)and(+)-catechin(Ct)as capping/stabilizing agents,is reported.The synthesized AgNPs showed antibacterial activity against the bacterial strains Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,along with anticancer activity against HeLa cells.After administering nanoparticles to the body,they come in contact with proteins and results in the formation of a protein corona;hence we studied the interactions of these biocompatible AgNPs with hen egg white lysozyme(HEWL)as a carrier protein.Static quenching mechanism was accountable for the quenching of HEWL fluorescence by the AgNPs.The binding constant(Kb)was found to be higher for EGCG-AgNPs((2.309±0.018)×104 M-1)than for GT-AgNPs and Ct-AgNPs towards HEWL.EGCG-AgNPs increased the polarity near the binding site while Ct-AgNPs caused the opposite effect,but GT-AgNPs had no such observable effects.Circular dichroism studies indicated that the AgNPs had no such appreciable impact on the secondary structure of HEWL.The key findings of this research included the synthesis of AgNPs using GT extract and its constituent polyphenols,and showed significant antibacterial,anticancer and protein-binding properties.The-OH groups of the polyphenols drive the in situ capping/stabilization of the AgNPs during synthesis,which might offer new opportunities having implications for nanomedicine and nanodiagnostics.Sourav Das Leader Langbang Mahabul Haque Vinay Kumar Belwal Kripamoy Aguan Atanu Singha Roy 2021Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2021,11,4:0
