| 1 | Low-Complexity Secure Network Coding Against Wiretapping Using Intra/Inter-generation Coding显示文摘Existing solutions against wiretapping attacks for network coding either bring significant bandwidth overhead or incur a high computational complexity.In order to reduce the security overhead of the existing solutions for securing network coding,a novel securing network coding paradigm is presented relying on two coding models:intra-generation coding and inter-generation coding.The basic idea to secure network coding using intra-generation coding is to limit the encryption operations for each generation,and then subject the scrambled and the remaining original source vectors to a linear transformation.This method is then generalized seamlessly using inter-generation coding by further exploiting the algebraic structure of network coding.We show that the proposed schemes have properties of low-complexity security,little bandwidth consumption,and high efficiency in integrating with the existing security techniques effectively. | LIU Guangjun LIU Binyue LIU Ximeng LI Fang GUO Wangmei | 2015 | China Communications2015,12,6: | 9 |

| 3 | POSTERIOR SELECTIVE THORACIC FUSION IN ADOLESCENT IDIOPATHIC SCOLIOSIS显示文摘To define the criteria of posterior selective thoracic fusion in patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis. Methods By reviewing the medical records and roentgenograms of 17 patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis who un-derwent posterior selective thoracic fusion, the curve type, Cobb angle, apical vertebral rotation and translation, trunk shift, and thoracolumbar kyphosis were measured and analyzed. Results There were 17 King type Ⅱ patients (PUMC type: Ⅱb1 13, Ⅱc3 4). The coronal Cobb angle of thoracic curve be-fore and after operation were 56.9°and 21.6° respectively, the mean correction rate was 60.1%. The coronal Cobb angle of lumbar curve before and after operation were 34.8° and 12.1° respectively, and the mean spontaneous correction rate was 64.8%. At final follow-up, the coronal Cobb angle of thoracic and lumbar curve were 23.5° and 15.2° respectively, there were no significant changes in the coronal Cobb angle, apical vertebral translation and rotation compared with that after operation. One patient had 12° of thoracolumbar kyphosis after operation, no progression was noted at final follow-up. There was no trunk decompensation or deterioration of the lumbar curve. In this group, 3.9 levels were saved compared with fusing both the th-oracic and lumbar curves. | 5 | Field-Oriented Control and Direct Torque Control for a Five-Phase Fault-Tolerant Flux-Switching Permanent-Magnet Motor显示文摘This paper presents a comparative performance analysis of a new five-phase fault-tolerant flux-switching permanent-magnet(FT-FSPM)motor for high-reliability applications under the two most popular control schemes,namely,field-oriented control(FOC)and direct torque control(DTC)based on stator-flux orientation.Firstly,the new motor topology and structural characteristics are briefly presented.Secondly,the d-and q-axis for the FT-FSPM motor are defined,which is crucial to the mathematical model and control scheme,and the mathematical models are derived.Then,two control schemes,i.e.,FOC and DTC,and the main system are proposed.The operational principles of the two control schemes are presented,and space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)based on four neighboring vectors is adopted to reduce current harmonics and torque ripples.Finally,the simulated and experimental results are given,and performance analysis of the two control schemes are compared and discussed.The results reveal that FOC scheme has the sinusoidal phase current and low torque ripples,while the DTC scheme has fast dynamic response,verifying the effectiveness of the two proposed control schemes.This paper is a primary investigation for more possible improvements in the control schemes of the five-phase FS-FTPM motor. | Binyu Wu Dezhi Xu Jinghua Ji Wenxiang Zhao Qingwang Jiang | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2018,4,4: | 2 |

| 9 | TZ-Container:protecting container from untrusted OS with ARM TrustZone显示文摘Containers are widely deployed on cloud platforms because of their low resource footprint, fast start-up time, and high performance, especially compared with their counterpart virtual machines. However,the Achilles’ heel of container technology is its weak isolation. For an attacker, jailbreaking into a host OS from a container is easier than attacking a hypervisor from a virtual machine, because of its notably larger attack surface and larger trusted computing base(TCB). Researchers have proposed various solutions to protect applications from untrusted OS;yet, few of them focus on protecting containers, especially those hosting multiple applications and shared by multiple users. In this paper, we first identify several new attacks that cannot be prevented using the existing solutions. Furthermore, we systematically analyze the security properties that should be maintained to defend against these attacks and protect a full-fledged container from a malicious host OS. We then present the TZ-Container, a TrustZone-based secure container mechanism that can keep all these security properties. The TZ-Container specifically leverages TrustZone to construct multiple isolated execution environments(IEEs). Each IEE has a memory space isolated from the underlying OS and any other processes. By interposing switching between the user and the kernel modes,IEEs enforce security checks on each system call according to its semantics. We have implemented TZContainer on the Hikey development board ensuring that it can support running unmodified Docker images downloaded from existing repositories such as http://gffzzb700e51cfd45483bs0bnxvpv5qucx6qbq.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/. | 15 | Lenvatinib-and vadimezan-loaded synthetic high-density lipoprotein for combinational immunochemotherapy of metastatic triple-negative breast cancer显示文摘Metastatic triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is the most aggressive type of breast cancer.Combination of systemic chemotherapy and immune checkpoint blockade is effective but of limited benefit due to insufficient intratumoral infiltration of cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTLs)and the accumulation of immunosuppressive cells.Herein,we designed a lenvatinib-and vadimezan-loaded synthetic high-density lipoprotein(LV-sHDL)for combinational immunochemotherapy of metastatic TNBC.The LV-sHDL targeted scavenger receptor class B type 1-overexpressing 4T1 cells in the tumor after intravenous injection.The multitargeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI)lenvatinib induced immunogenic cell death of the cancer cells,and the stimulator of interferon genes(STING)agonist vadimezan triggered local inflammation to facilitate dendritic cell maturation and antitumor macrophage differentiation,which synergistically improved the intratumoral infiltration of total and active CTLs by 33-and 13-fold,respectively.LV-sHDL inhibited the growth of orthotopic 4T1 tumors,reduced pulmonary metastasis,and prolonged the survival of animals.The efficacy could be further improved when LV-sHDL was used in combination with antibody against programmed cell death ligand 1.This study highlights the combination use of multitargeted TKI and STING agonist a promising treatment for metastatic TNBC. | Chao Zheng Wen Zhang Jinming Wang Yihui Zha Fengqin Xiong Ying Cai Xiang Gong Binyu Zhu Helen He Zhu Hao Wang Yaping Li Pengcheng Zhang | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,9: | 1 |
