| 2 | Effect of Ti substitution on hydrogen storage properties of Zr_(1-x)Ti_xCo (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) alloys显示文摘Zr1-xTixCo(x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) alloys were prepared by arc-melting method and the effect of Ti substitution on hydrogen storage properties was studied systematically. Hydrogen desorption pressure-composition-temperature(PCT) measurements were carried out using Sievert's type volumetric apparatus for ZrCo(at 473 K, 573 K and 673 K) and Zr1-xTixCo alloys(at 673 K), respectively. Products after dehydrogenation were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD). In addition, the kinetics of Zr1-xTixCo hydride was investigated at 473 K and 673 K,respectively, under hydrogen pressure of 5 MPa. Results showed that Ti substitution for Zr did not change the crystal structure of ZrCo phase.With the increase of temperature from 473 K to 673 K, the extent of disproportionation for ZrCo alloy increased. With Ti content increasing at 673 K, the desorption equilibrium pressure of Zr1-xTixCo-H2 systems elevated and the disproportionation reaction of Zr1-xTixCo alloys was inhibited effectively. | 5 | Nanoporous MoO_(3−x)/BiVO_(4)photoanodes promoting charge separation for efficient photoelectrochemical water splitting显示文摘Owing to the relatively short hole diffusion length,severe charge recombination in the bulk of bismuth vanadate(BiVO_(4))is the key issue for photoelectrochemical water splitting.Herein,we design a nanoporous MoO_(3−x)/BiVO_(4)heterojunction photoanode to promote charge separation.The efficient electron transport properties of oxygen deficient MoO_(3−x)and the nanoporous structure are beneficial for charge separation,leading to a significantly enhanced PEC performance.The optimized MoO_(3−x)/BiVO_(4)heterojunction photoanode exhibits a photocurrent density of 5.07 mA·cm^(−2)for Na_(2)SO_(3)oxidation.By depositing FeOOH/NiOOH dual oxygen evolution cocatalysts to promote surface kinetics,a high photocurrent density of 4.81 mA·cm^(−2)can be achieved for PEC water splitting,exhibiting an excellent applied bias photon-to-current efficiency of 1.57%.Moreover,stable overall water splitting is achieved under consecutive light illumination for 10 h.We provide a proof of concept for the design of efficient BiVO_(4)-based heterojunction photoanodes for stable PEC water splitting. | Songcan Wang Boyan Liu Xin Wang Yingjuan Zhang Wei Huang | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,8: | 2 |

| 7 | Bounding of near-fault ground motion based on radiated seismic energy with a consideration of fault frictional mechanisms显示文摘The energy radiated as seismic waves strongly depends on the fault rupture process associated with rupture speed and dynamic frictional mechanisms involved in the fault slip motion.Following McGarr and Fletcher approach,we derived a physics-based relationship of the weighted average fault slip velocity vs apparent stress,rupture speed and static stress drop based on a dynamic circular fault model.The resultant function can be approximately used to bound near-fault ground motion and seismic energy associated with near-fault coseismic deformation.Fault frictional overshoot and undershoot mechanisms governed by a simple slip-weakening constitutive relation are included in our consideration by using dynamic rupture models named as M-and D-models and proposed by Madariaga(1976) and Boatwright.We applied the above function to the 2008 great Wenchuan earthquake and the 1999 Jiji(Chi-Chi) earthquake to infer the near-fault ground motion called slip weighted average particle velocity and obtained that such model-dependent prediction of weighted average ground velocities is consistent to the results derived from the near-fault strong motion observations.Moreover,we compared our results with the results by McGarr and Fletcher approach,and we found that the values of the weighted average particle velocities we obtained for these two earthquakes are generally smaller and closer to the values by direct integration of strong motion recordings of the near-fault particle velocity waveform data.In other words,if this result comes to be true,it would be a straightforward way used to constrain the near-fault ground motion or to estimate source parameters such as rupture speed,static and dynamic stress drops. | Baoping Shi Boyan Liu Lingyuan Meng | 2010 | Earthquake Science2010,23,4: | 2 |

| 10 | ROS-responsive biomimetic nanoparticles for potential application in targeted anti-atherosclerosis显示文摘The development of nanomedicines provides new opportunities for the treatment of atherosclerosis(AS)due to their great advantages such as the improved drug solubility,enhanced bioavailability and reduced side effects.Despite these advantages,nanomedicines are still facing some challenges.The problems remain in the short circulation life,lack of specific targeting and poor drug release controllability.In order to overcome the shortages of conventional nanomedicines,the combination of biomimetic strategy with smart nanoagents has been proposed.In light with the high reactive oxygen species(ROS)level in AS microenvironment and the fact that macrophages play a critical role in the pathogenesis of AS,we fabricated ROS-responsive biomimetic nanoparticles(NPs),which camouflaged macrophage membrane(MM)on ROS-responsive NPs loaded with rapamycin(RNPs)for potential application in AS therapy.The resulting ROSresponsive biomimetic NPs(MM/RNPs)exhibited favorable hydrodynamic size with negative surface charge,retained the functional proteins from MM,and showed ROS-responsive drug release.Because of the biomimetic camouflaging on surface,MM/RNPs could effectively escape from macrophages uptake and target to inflammatory endothelial cells.Meanwhile,MM/RNPs could inhibit the proliferation of macrophages and smooth muscle cells in vitro.Furthermore,the MM-coated NPs were found to be nontoxic in both cytotoxicity assay and in vivo toxicity evaluation.Consequently,these results demonstrated that MM/RNPs could be a potential candidate of drug delivery system for safe and effective anti-AS applications. | Dan Tang Yi Wang Andy Wijaya Boyan Liu Ali Maruf Jinxuan Wang Jianxiong Xu Xiaoling Liao Wei Wu Guixue Wang | 2021 | Regenerative Biomaterials2021,8,4: | 2 |
