13运动强度对认知控制的作用限制何在?(英文)显示文摘目的:本研究旨在探讨负荷强度能否调节运动对反应时间的影响,更具体地说,确定在快速决策中起重要作用的认知控制是否发生变化。方法:14名受试者在低强度(第一通气阈值(VT1)-20%)、中等强度(VT1)、高强度(VT1+20%)20 min自行车运动过程中完成Simon任务。结果:自行车运动15 min后反应时间快于运动初始5 min的反应时间。这一影响没有随运动强度的变化产生波动,而是随着反应时间的延长而加强。尽管反应时间差在中等强度运动时(-16 m/s)大于低强度运动时(-10 m/s),但并无统计学差异。有趣的是,我们在极高强度运动过程中没有发现任何反应时间和准确率降低的迹象。结论:认知控制非常稳定,不受运动强度影响。无论负荷输出如何,选择性抑制和试验间调整在运动过程中自始至终都有效。Karen Davranche Jeanick Brisswalter Rmi Radel 2015Journal of Sport and Health Science2015,4,1:0
