1Research and applications of artificial neural network in pavement engineering:A state-of-the-art review显示文摘Given the great advancements in soft computing and data science,artificial neural network(ANN)has been explored and applied to handle complicated problems in the field of pavement engineering.This study conducted a state-of-the-art review for surveying the recent progress of ANN application at different stages of pavement engineering,including pavement design,construction,inspection and monitoring,and maintenance.This study focused on the papers published over the last three decades,especially the studies conducted since 2013.Through literature retrieval,a total of 683 papers in this field were identified,among which 143 papers were selected for an in-depth review.The ANN architectures used in these studies mainly included multi-layer perceptron neural network(MLPNN),convolutional neural network(CNN)and recurrent neural network(RNN)for processing one-dimensional data,two-dimensional data and time-series data.CNN-based pavement health inspection and monitoring attracted the largest research interest due to its potential to replace human labor.While ANN has been proved to be an effective tool for pavement material design,cost analysis,defect detection and maintenance planning,it is facing huge challenges in terms of data collection,parameter optimization,model transferability and low-cost data annotation.More attention should be paid to bring multidisciplinary techniques into pavement engineering to tackle existing challenges and widen future opportunities.Xu Yang Jinchao Guan Ling Ding Zhanping You Vincent C.S.Lee Mohd Rosli Mohd Hasan Xiaoyun Cheng 2021Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2021,8,6:2

4生物加工番木瓜废弃物对水产动物营养的研究显示文摘番木瓜加工后的废弃物(PPW)是美国夏威夷地区一种主要的水果加工废弃物,其可作为酵母(酿酒酵母)生长的培养基。发酵后的PPW产品中含有45%粗蛋白以及若干粗脂肪、粗纤维、木质素、纤维素和矿物质,其营养水平优于仅仅使用酵母产品。用3种不同水平PPW、蛋白质含量35%的日粮以及商品日粮饲喂虾8周,通过虾的饲养试验从经济和营养方面进行分析发酵番木瓜废弃物使用的可行性。在虾体重、生长、饲料转化率(FCR)和存活率方面,50%发酵PPW日粮组可与商品日粮组媲美。这种生物工艺对于控制成本和增加PPW加工量是经济可行的。PPW的销售价格以及每年运营和维护的成本是影响利润的最主要因素。本研究提出了具有发展前景的环境友好型有机废物处理方法,其利于当地农业和水产养殖业的可持续发展。H.Y.Kang P.Y.Yang W.G.Dominy C.S.Lee 张杰 张兰兰 2010饲料与畜牧(新饲料)2010,,10:0
5Conceptualizing Mining of Firm's Web Log Files显示文摘In this era of a data-driven society, useful data(Big Data) is often unintentionally ignored due to lack of convenient tools and expensive software. For example, web log files can be used to identify explicit information of browsing patterns when users access web sites. Some hidden information,however, cannot be directly derived from the log files. We may need external resources to discover more knowledge from browsing patterns. The purpose of this study is to investigate the application of web usage mining based on web log files. The outcome of this study sets further directions of this investigation on what and how implicit information embedded in log files can be efficiently and effectively extracted. 8Study of Proton Resonances in ^(22)Mg by Resonant Elastic Scattering of ^(21)Na+p and Its Astrophysical Implication in ^(18)Ne(α,p) ^(21)Na Reaction Rate显示文摘Proton resonant states in 22Mg have been investigated by the resonant elastic scattering of 21Na+p. The 21Na beam with a mean energy of 4.00 MeV/u was separated by the CNS radioactive ion beam separator(CRIB) and bombarded a thick(CH2)n target. The energy spectra of recoiled protons were measured at scattering angles of θcm ≈172° and 146°,respectively. A new state at 7.06 MeV has been observed clearly and another new one at 7.28 MeV is tentatively identified due to its low statistics. The proton resonant parameters were deduced from an R-matrix analysis of the differential cross section data. 10Effects of deformation parameters on formation of pro-eutectoid cementite in hypereutectoid steels显示文摘Brittle pro-eutectoid cementite that forms along prior-austenite in hypereutectoid steels is deleterious to mechanical properties. The optimum process parameters which suppress the formation of pro-eutectoid cementite in hypereutectoid steels with carbon content in the range of 0.8%-1.3% in mass fraction, were investigated. Pro-eutectoid cementite formation is effectively hindered by increasing the deformation temperature and decreasing the amount of strain. Transformation at lower temperatures close to the nose of the cooling-transformation diagram also reduces the tendency of the formation of pro-eutectoid cementite. Control of prior-austenite grain size and grain boundary conditions is important. Due to larger number of nucleation sites, finer prior-austenite grain size results in the acceleration of transformation to pro-eutectoid cementite. However, large prior-austenite and straight boundaries lead to less nucleation sites of pro-eutectoid cementite. The cooling rate and carbon content should be reduced as much as possible.
