| 1 | Enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose materials treated with ionic liquid [BMIM] Cl显示文摘A new cellulose solvent ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([BMIM]Cl) was used to treat wheat straw and steam-exploded wheat straw (SEWS) in order to improve the enzymatic hy- drolysis rates, while the water was used as the con- trol. The enzymatic hydrolysis results showed that the hydrolysis rates of materials treated with [BMIM]Cl were improved. The hydrolysis rate of treated wheat straw could reach 70.37% and the SEWS could be completely hydrolyzed, while hydrolysis rates of the wheat straw and SEWS treated with water were 42.78% and 68.78% under the same conditions, re- spectively. The FTIR analysis and polymerization degree measurement indicated that the hydrolysis rates improvement was attributed to the decrease of the polymerization degrees of cellulose and hemi- cellulose, the absolute crystallinity degree of cellu- lose and the increase of its reaction accessibility. | LIU Liying CHEN Hongzhang | 2006 | Chinese Science Bulletin2006,51,20: | 20 |
| 2 | Energy Storage Performance of a PCM in the Solar Storage Tank显示文摘High-temperature solar thermal power station with solar energy storage is one of the effective ways to solve energy shortage and environmental pollution. The heat storage characteristics of phase change materials in solar energy storage tanks directly affect the performance of the system and its future promotion and utilization. Based on the knowledge of heat transfer, fluid mechanics and engineering thermodynamics, this paper uses MATLAB software to compile the dynamic heat storage characteristics calculation program of phase change materials in energy storage tanks, and verify the results. This paper analyzes the phase change heat storage process with three PCM initial temperatures and three HTF speeds. The results show that when the initial temperature of the PCM changes from 185°C to 210°C, the latent heat storage heat increases by 21.8%, and the total heat storage decreases. Increasing the HTF speed from 1.8 m/s to 2.2 m/s, the melting time was reduced from 414 minutes to 390 minutes, and the total heat storage and sensible heat storage were also increased. The results also show that changing the initial temperature of the PCM and the flow rate of the HTF will change the thermal storage performance of the system. | 3 | Influence of Gd doping on the absolute quantum efficiency and lifetime of Eu_xGd_(1-x)(TTA)_3 phens显示文摘Absolute quantum yield(Φ) is one of the most important parameters to evaluate the potential of novel materials.Lanthanide complexes Eu_xGd_(1-x)(TTA)3phens are synthesized with the ratio of Gd^(3+) dopant concentration ranging from 10%to 90%to improve the absolute quantum yield.Eu_xGd_(1-x)(TTA)_3phens possess similar infrared and ultraviolet spectra,showing that they have similar molecular structures.The absolute emission quantum yields of Eu_xGd_(1-x)(TTA)_3phens are determined using a fluoromax-4spectrofluorometer equipped with an integrating sphere.The fluorescence lifetimes of the Eu_xGd_(1-x)(TTA)_3phens are measured in the same experiment.It was found that both absolute quantum yields and fluorescence lifetimes of Eu_xGd_(1-x)(TTA)_3phens are of quasi-periodic variation with the change of the Gd^(3+)dopant concentrations.The absolute quantum efficiency and fluorescence lifetime vary with respect to the Gd content in an opposite fashion,indicating that the rate of energy absorption by the Eu_xGd_(1-x)(TTA)_3phens and the conversion to light energy is critical for the absolute quantum efficiency.The radiative rate constant K_r and non-radiative rate constant K_(nr) are calculated.The dependence of K_r and K_(nr) on the Gd^(3+) dopant concentrations is very similar to that of absolute quantum efficiency.The radiation rate constant K_r and absolute quantum efficiency have a linear relationship. | Ting-Ting Dai Lei Liu Dong-Liang Tao Shi-Gang Li HongZhang Yu-Min Cui Yong-Zhong Wang Ji-Tang Chen Kun Zhang Wen-Zhong Sun Xiao-Yun Zhao gel Liu | 2014 | Chinese Chemical Letters2014,25,6: | 6 |
| 4 | Trithiocyanuric acid derived g-C3N4 for anchoring the polysulfide in Li-S batteries application显示文摘Lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries have great potential as an electrochemical energy storage system because of the high theoretical energy density and acceptable cost of financial and environment.However,the shuttle effect leads to severe capacity fading and low coulombic efficiency.Here,graphitic carbon nitride(g-C3N4) is designed and prepared via a feasible and simple method from trithiocyanuric acid (TTCA) to anchor the polysulfides and suppress the shuttle effect.The obtained g-C3N4 exhibits strong chemical interaction with polysulfides due to its high N-doping of 56.87 at%,which is beneficial to improve the cycling stability of Li-S batteries.Moreover,the novel porous framework and high specific surface area of g-C3N4 also provide fast ion transport and broad reaction interface of sulfur cathode,facilitating high capacity output and superior rate performance of Li-S batteries.As a result,Li-S batteries assembled with g-C3N4 can achieve high discharge capacity of 1200 mAh/g at 0.2 C and over 800 mAh/g is remained after 100 cycles with a coulombic efficiency more than 99.5%.When the C-rate rises to 5 C,the reversible capacity of Li-S batteries can still maintain at 607mAh/g. | Ziyang Jia Hongzhang Zhang Ying Yu Yuqing Chen Jingwang Yan Xianfeng Li Huamin Zhang | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,4: | 4 |
| 5 | Detrital Zircon U-Pb Geochronology and Provenance of the Hebukesaier Formation in the Shaerbuerti Mountains,Northern West Junggar:Implication for Devonian Subduction of the Junggar–Balkhash Ocean显示文摘Limited Devonian magmatic record in northern West Junggar leads to contrasting models on its tectonic evolution.In this study,we conducted LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating on detrital zircons of two sandstones from the Hebukesaier Formation in the Shaerbuerti Mountains.Detrital zircons with oscillatory zoning are characterized by high Th/U(>0.3)and low La/Yb(<0.15),indicating their magmatic origin.The youngest zircon ages of two samples are 402±2 Ma and 406±2 Ma,respectively,suggesting that the Hebukesaier Formation was deposited at the Early Devonian.Detrital zircon age patterns show single peaks(at ca.424 Ma,n=157),which indicates that these clastics were likely proximal accumulation after short distance transportation.Provenance of the Hebukesaier Formation was the Xiemisitai and Shaerbuerti Mountains.Detrital zircon ages range from 481 Ma to 395 Ma,which indicates that there was relatively continuous Early Paleozoic magmatism in the Xiemisitai and Shaerbuerti Mountains since the Early Ordovician.Age spectrums of sampled detrital zircons are distinct from those of Lower Devonian strata either in southern West Junggar or in East Junggar,which implies for individual tectonic evolution of northern West Junggar.We favor that Lower Devonian Hebukesaier Formation was developed in a fore–arc setting due to the northward subduction of the Junggar–Balkhash Ocean. | LIANG Hao CHEN Jiafu MA Xu YANG Hongzhang XIN Mingyang | 2020 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,5: | 2 |
| 6 | Comprehensive profiling of Lingzhihuang capsule by liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry-based molecular networking and target prediction显示文摘Objective:Lingzhihuang capsule(LZHC)is a natural product that consists of 10 commonly used medicinal plants,and it is used in traditional Chinese medicine to promote people’s overall health.Previously,LZHC was successfully used as adjuvant therapy for treating patients with cancer.However,the chemical constituents of LZHC and their potential biological functions remain unclear.The aim of this study is to investigate the major bioactive compounds in LZHC and predict their pharmacological targets.Methods:The LZHC constituents were putatively identified by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with timeof-flight mass spectrometry combined with mass spectrometry-based molecular networking.The targets were predicted using SwissTargetPrediction software,and the associated gene ontology and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes pathways were analyzed using the Database for Annotation,Visualization,and Integrated Discovery.The mass spectrometry-based molecular network and compound-target-pathway network were constructed using Cytoscape 3.8.0 software.Results:We putatively identified 94 compounds of LZHC by mass spectrometry-based molecular networking,including triterpene(the main structural type)and other clusters(ie,flavonoids and organic acids).Our results suggested that multiple pivotal targets were regulated by LZHC,including tumor necrosis factor,nitric oxide synthase 2,glucocorticoid receptor,estrogen receptor,3-oxo-5-alpha-steroid 4-dehydrogenase 2,prostaglandin e2 receptor ep4 subtype,estrogen receptor beta,phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit alpha isoform,mitogen-activated protein kinase 3,and racalpha serine,which are related to signal transduction,positive regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoters,oxidation-reduction processes,inflammatory responses,and other biological processes.Functional annotation of those targets suggested that several signaling pathways may be regulated by LZHC,such as cancer-related proteoglycans,the PI3K-Aktsignaling pathway,and the cAMP-signaling pathway.Conclusions:Our findings reveal the chemical constituents of LZHC and provided scientific support for the efficacy of LZHC in terms of immune regulation,anti-aging,and tumor suppression. | Mengliang Huang Sijia Yu Qing Shao Hao Liu Yingchao Wang Hongzhang Chen Yansheng Huang Yi Wang | 2022 | Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine2022,2,1: | 2 |
