| 1 | Primary resonance of traveling viscoelastic beam under internal resonance显示文摘Under the 3:1 internal resonance condition,the steady-state periodic response of the forced vibration of a traveling viscoelastic beam is studied.The viscoelastic behaviors of the traveling beam are described by the standard linear solid model,and the material time derivative is adopted in the viscoelastic constitutive relation.The direct multi-scale method is used to derive the relationships between the excitation frequency and the response amplitudes.For the first time,the real modal functions are employed to analytically investigate the periodic response of the axially traveling beam.The undetermined coefficient method is used to approximately establish the real modal functions.The approximate analytical results are confirmed by the Galerkin truncation.Numerical examples are presented to highlight the effects of the viscoelastic behaviors on the steady-state periodic responses.To illustrate the effect of the internal resonance,the energy transfer between the internal resonance modes and the saturation-like phenomena in the steady-state responses is presented. | Hu DING Linglu HUANG Xiaoye MAO Liqun CHEN | 2017 | Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2017,38,1: | 8 |
| 2 | Stress distribution and fatigue life of nonlinear vibration of an axially moving beam显示文摘In this paper, the effects of the nonlinear vibration on stress distribution and fatigue life of the axially moving beam are studied.The parametric excitation of the flexible material is created by the pulsating moving speed. Three-to-one internal resonance condition is satisfied. The three-parameter model is adopted in the viscoelastic constitutive relation. The nonlinear vibration of the axially moving beam with parametric and internal resonance are studied by using the direct multiple scales method(MSM)with numerical simulation confirmation. Based on the approximate analytical solution, the distribution of tensile stress and bending stress on the axially moving beam is presented by adopting a V-belt as the prototype. Based on the maximum stable cyclic stress, the limit cycle response of the V-belt is utilized to evaluate the effect of the resonance on the fatigue life. Also, the influences of the internal resonance on the steady-state responses and the fatigue life of the V-belt are revealed. Numerical examples illustrate that large unwanted resonances occur and the second-order mode receives vibration energy from to the firstorder mode. | 3 | PHF6 functions as a tumor suppressor by recruiting methyltransferase SUV39H1 to nucleolar region and offers a novel therapeutic target for PHF6-muntant leukemia显示文摘Mutations in the plant homeodomain-like finger protein 6(PHF6)gene are strongly associated with acute myeloid(AML)and T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia(T-ALL).In this study,we demonstrated that PHF6 can bind to H3K9me3 and H3K27me1 on the nucleolar chromatin and recruit histone methyltransferase SUV39H1 to the rDNA locus.The deletion of PHF6 caused a decrease in the recruitment of SUV39H1 to rDNA gene loci,resulting in a reduction in the level of H3K9me3 and the promotion of rDNA transcription.The knockdown of either SUV39H1 or PHF6 significantly attenuated the effects of increase in H3K9me3 and suppressed the transcription of rDNA induced by the overexpression of the other interacting partner,thereby establishing an interdependent relationship between PHF6 and SUV39H1 in their control of rRNA transcription.The PHF6 clinical mutants significantly impaired the ability to bind and recruit SUV39H1 to the rDNA loci,resulting in an increase in rDNA transcription activity,the proliferation of in vitro leukemia cells,and the growth of in vivo mouse xenografts.Importantly,significantly elevated levels of pre-rRNA were observed in clinical AML patients who possessed a mutated version of PHF6.The specific rDNA transcription inhibitor CX5461 significantly reduced the resistance of U937 AML cells deficient in PHF6 to cytarabine,the drug that is most commonly used to treat AML.Collectively,we revealed a novel molecular mechanism by which PHF6 recruits methyltransferase SUV39H1 to the nucleolar region in leukemia and provided a potential therapeutic target for PHF6-mutant leukemia. | Hsiang-i Tsai Yanping Wu Rui Huang Dandan Su Yingyi Wu Xiaoyan Liu Linglu Wang Zhanxue Xu Yuxin Pang Chong Sun Chao He Fan Shu Haitao Zhu Dongqing Wang Fang Cheng Laiqiang Huang Hongbo Chen | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,4: | 1 |

| 6 | Near room-temperature ferromagnetism in air-stable twodimensional Cr_(1−x)Te grown by chemical vapor deposition显示文摘Identifying air-stable two-dimensional(2D)ferromagnetism with high Curie temperature(T_(c))is highly desirable for its potential applications in next-generation spintronics.However,most of the work reported so far mainly focuses on promoting one specific key factor of 2D ferromagnetism(T_(c)or air stability),rather than comprehensive promotion of both of them.Herein,ultrathin Cr_(1-x)Te crystals grown by chemical vapor deposition(CVD)show thickness-dependent T_(c)up to 285 K.The out-of-plane ferromagnetic order is well preserved down to atomically thin limit(2.0 nm),as evidenced by anomalous Hall effect observed in non-encapsulated samples.Besides,the CVD-grown Cr_(1-x)Te nanosheets present excellent ambient stability,with no apparent change in surface roughness or electrical transport properties after exposure to air for months.Our work provides an alternative platform for investigation of intrinsic 2D ferromagnetism and development of innovative spintronic devices. | Zhansheng Gao Ming Tang Junwei Huang Jiabiao Chen Wei Ai Linglu Wu Xinyue Dong Yifei Ma Zheshan Zhang Lei Zhang Yaping Du Huixia Fu Hongtao Yuan Jinxiong Wu Feng Luo | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,4: | 0 |
