1Experimental exploration and research prospect of physical bases and functional characteristics of meridians显示文摘The physical basis of meridians and acupoints (acupuncture points) is in a complex system mainly of connective tissue and interwoven with the blood capillaries, nerves, lymph vessels,etc. Elements of Ca, P, K, Fe, Zn, Mn, etc are found concentrated in the deep connective tissue structures in locations corresponding to acupoints. On this physical basis, the specific waveband of high efficiency for transmission of infrared rays exists in the collagenous fibre in a liquid crystal state. 2Spectral characteristic of infrared radiations of some acupoint and non-acupoint areas in human arm surface显示文摘Using infrared spectrum detective device, we experiment on Neiguan, Laogong and Hegu acupoints of seven adult volunteers as well as contrastive points beside ones. We get 63 infrared spectrums. The experiment outcome tells us that the differences of the intensities among individuals are great, and so are the differences between acupoint and non-acupoint areas. 3EXAFS and SR-XRD study on Cu occupation sites in Zn_(1-x)Cu_xO diluted magnetic semiconductors显示文摘ZnO films, doped with 2.9 atom% Cu, were prepared by radio frequency magnetron sputtering on sapphire substrate at different substrate temperatures. No magnetic impurities such as Fe, Co and Ni were found in the PIXE spectra. The ZnO:Cu films possessed the wurtzite ZnO structure. No precipitates such as CuO and Cu2O or Cu cluster, were observed by synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction in the ZnO:Cu films. 4Study on the most early glass eye-beads in China unearthed from Xu Jialing Tomb in Xichuan of Henan Province,China显示文摘The eye-beads dating to the early Warring States Period unearthed from Xu Jialing Tomb in Xichuan County of Henan Province, China are studied. The structure and the chemical composition of the sam- ples are analysed by the undestructive methods of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the Proton Induced X-ray Emission (PIXE) technique. The results show that these eye-beads are of glass state. Its chemical composition indicates that they belong to the glass of soda lime silicate system (Na2O-CaO-SiO2). 5Damage Production and Annealing During MeV He Ion RBS/Channeling Analysis of GaP显示文摘The creation of defects in GaP bombarded with MeV 4He ions has been studied under ultra-high-vacuum condition by Rutherford backscattering/channeling(RBS/C)method.Our experimental results suggest that the defect generation rate is strongly related to the surface condition.When the GaP is covered with a thin amorphous layer,a significant ion beam annealing effect Will be observed.The present results show that for GaP the damage is produced mainly by nuclear collision.LI Xiangyang CHENG Huansheng YANG Fujia 1994Chinese Physics Letters1994,11,4:0
6Ni-B Nanometer Particles Observed by Scanning Tunneling Microscopy显示文摘The samples of the Ni-B nanometer particles which were suitable for scanning tunneling microscopy(STM)have been prepared and observed.Our experimental results suggest that the vertical height of the nanometer particles imaged by the STM has strongly related to the method of the sample preparation.For the Ni-B nanometer particle the water and impurity layer adsorbed to the particle surface played an important role in the conduction mechanism.At last alcohol can be used as a tool to disperse the nanometer particles on the highly oriented pyrolytic graphite support.LI Xiangyang CHENG Huansheng YANG Fujia YANG Xinju YANG Jun 1994Chinese Physics Letters1994,11,9:0
7Diffusion of Silver in Nanometer Ni-B Amorphous Alloy显示文摘Diffusion of Ag in nanometer Ni-B amorphous alloy,has been studied by heavy-ion Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy.The values of the diffusion coefficient which were found at 293,323 and 373K,are 3.5×10^(-16),4.3 ×10^(-15) and 5.0×10^(-14) cm^(2)/s,respectively.Moreover,small values for the activation energy,0.58 eV,and the pre-exponential factor of the diffusion coefficient,3.9×10^(-16) cm^(2)/s,were derived from Arrhenius plot.Finally,a possible free volume controlled diffusion mechanism was discussed.LI Xiangyang CHENG Huansheng HE Wenquan YANG Fujia 1994Chinese Physics Letters1994,11,9:0
8PIXE and INAA studies on ancient potteries from Guangfulin relics in Shanghai显示文摘This paper reports the study of ancient potteries unearthed from the Guangfulin site in Shanghai. From the external features of these potteries, archeologists can classify them into two different cultural types: Liangzhu culture (local culture) and a new culture which might be derived elsewhere, but they can not recognize whether they were produced in the same place. Proton induced X-ray emission (PIXE) and instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) were used to measure the chemical compositions of the samples and the results were analyzed using multivariate statistics. We found that the two methods can complement each other and their database can be mutually referenced in the study of ancient potteries. Experimental results show that the compositions of the potteries from the two cultural types are different, which means that the materials for ancient potteries of new culture originate from elsewhere.
