2Genetic analysis of segregation distortion of mating-type factors in Lentinula edodes显示文摘Analyses of the mating-type ratio of protoplast monokaryons to spores in 28 strains of Lentinula edodes were performed through statistical methods. The results showed that the segregation distortion phenomenon commonly exists in both types of Lentinula edodes, 17 out of the 28 samples did not display the expected 1∶1 ratio of protoplast monokaryons; and among them 8 fruiting strains distorted 1∶1∶1∶1 segregation of spores. The degree of distortion in all tested wild strains was significantly lower than that of cultured strains. In fruiting test of positive-negative parent, predominant spores were those with the mating type identical to dikaryotic parent, indicating that the predominance of nuclei mainly depends on the mating type of dikaryotic parent. Data from di-mon mating test verified that monokaryons with acceptor nuclear type are present exclusively in a large amount after dedikaryotization, suggesting that the specificities among B factors and some other unknown factors in cytoplasm are probably responsible for the phenomenon of skewed segregation.CHENG Shuiming LIN Fanxue XU Xuefeng LI Anzheng LIN Fangcan 2005Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2005,15,8:8
3Optimizing the Extraction of Anthocyanins from Pitaya(Hylocereus undatus)Pericarp显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to confirm the existence of anthocyanins in pitaya(Hylocereus undatus)pericarp and optimize the extraction condition.[Methods]Single-factor tests were carried out on five factors:ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,ultrasonic power,solid-to-liquid ratio and extraction time.Based on the single-factor test results,four factors and three levels of process conditions were optimized by Box-Behnken design test.[Results]Anthocyanins exist in the pericarp of pitaya,and the optimum conditions were extraction temperature 49℃,ultrasonic power 120 W,extracted time 2 h and ethanol concentration 60%.Under these conditions,the average yield of anthocyanins was 80 mg/100g.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical basis for the extraction of anthocyanins from the pericarp of red-flesh pitaya.Shuiming CHENG Xia ZENG Guoyu ZHOU Caimei YAN 2020Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,4:1

5Effect of Submicron SiO_(2) Powder Addition on Properties of Cement Free Iron Trough Castables显示文摘A new cement free iron trough castable was prepared with dense corundum and silicon carbide as the main raw materials and submicron SiO_(2) powder(d_(50)=0.242μm,SiO_(2)=99.9 mass%)as the binder.The effect of the submicron SiO_(2) powder addition(3%,4%,5%,6%,7%,8%,and 9%,by mass,respectively)on the properties of the prepared castables was studied.The working mechanism of submicron SiO_(2) powder was analyzed from the perspective of the particle size distribution and infrared absorption spectrum.The results show that:(1)cement free iron trough castables can be prepared using submicron SiO_(2) powder alone as the binder;(2)compared with traditional castables,the cement free castables have made a breakthrough in the water addition and hot modulus of rupture.The optimal submicron SiO_(2) powder addition is 4%-6%.CHENG Shuiming CHEN Jinfeng WEI Jianxiu CAI Wei ZHAO Huizhong 2022China's Refractories2022,31,3:0
6Current Research and Strategy on the Biosurfactants Used in the Remediation of Petrochemical Polluted Environment显示文摘Biosurfactants are biologically active metabolites,and the efficiency of direct screening of new biosurfactants from nature using traditional methods is low,which should be enhanced in the following studies by adopting advanced biotechnologies. Rapid development and wide application of microbial culture independent methods,such as metagenomics,metatranscriptomics,metaproteomics and metabonomics,etc.,contributes to quickly and precisely screening of novel biological surfactants.
