3Whole-genome resequencing of the wheat A subgenome progenitor Triticum urartu provides insights into its demographic history and geographic adaptation显示文摘Triticum urartu is the progenitor of the A subgenome in tetraploid and hexaploid wheat.Uncovering the landscape of genetic variations in T.urartu will help us understand the evolutionary and polyploid characteristics of wheat.Here,we investigated the population genomics of T.urartu by genome-wide sequencing of 59 representative accessions collected around the world.A total of 42.2 million highquality single-nucleotide polymorphisms and 3 million insertions and deletions were obtained by mapping reads to the reference genome.The ancient T.urartu population experienced a significant reduction in effective population size(Ne)from3000000 to140000 and subsequently split into eastern Mediterranean coastal and Mesopotamian-Transcaucasian populations during the Younger Dryas period.A map of allelic drift paths displayed splits and mixtures between different geographic groups,and a strong genetic drift towards hexaploid wheat was also observed,indicating that the direct donor of the A subgenome originated from northwestern Syria.Genetic changes were revealed between the eastern Mediterranean coastal and Mesopotamian-Transcaucasian populations in genes orthologous to those regulating plant development and stress responses.A genome-wide association study identified two single-nucleotide polymorphisms in the exonic regions of the SEMI-DWARF 37 ortholog that corresponded to the different T.urartu ecotype groups.Our study provides novel insights into the origin and genetic legacy of the A subgenome in polyploid wheat and contributes a gene repertoire for genomicsenabled improvements in wheat breeding.Xin Wang Yafei Hu Weiming He Kang Yu Chi Zhang Yiwen Li Wenlong Yang Jiazhu Sun Xin Li Fengya Zheng Shengjun Zhou Lingrang Kong Hongqing Ling Shancen Zhao Dongcheng Liu Aimin Zhang 2022Plant Communications2022,3,5:1
4Status of the IHEP 1.3 GHz superconducting RF program显示文摘The 1.3 GHz superconducting radio-frequency (SRF) technology is one of the key technologies for the ILC and future XFEL and ERL projects in China. With the aim to develop 1.3 GHz SRF technology, IHEP has started a program to build an SRF Accelerating Unit. This unit contains a 9-cell 1.3 GHz superconducting cavity, a short cryomodule, a high power input coupler, a tuner and a low level RF system. This program also includes the SRF laboratory upgrade, which will permit the unit to be built and tested at IHEP. The unit will be used for the 1.3 GHz SRF system integration study, high power horizontal test and possible beam test in the future. In this paper, we report the recent R&D status of this program. The first large grain low-loss shape 9-cell superconducting RF cavity made by IHEP reached 20 MV/m in the first vertical test in July, 2010. The prototype tuner and low level RF (LLRF) system are under test. The high power input coupler and cryomodule are under fabrication. 8Origin of abnormal high pressure and its relationship with hydrocarbon accumulation in the Dina 2 Gas Field, Kuqa Depression显示文摘Based on distribution of formation pressure by indirect estimation and formation testing,this study investigates origin of abnormal high pressure in the Dina 2 Gas Field in the Kuqa Depression in combination with the latest research findings.Contribution of major overpressure mechanisms to this gas field is estimated,and generation of the abnormal high pressure as well as its relationship with natural gas accumulation is explored.Disequilibrium compaction,tectonic stress,and overpressure transfer are the major overpressure mechanisms.Overpressure transfer resulted from vertical opening of faults and folding is the most important cause for the overpressure.Gas accumulation and abnormal high pressure generation in the reservoirs of the Dina 2 Gas Field show synchroneity.During the early oil-gas charge in the Kangcun stage,the reservoirs were generally normal pressure systems.In the Kuqa deposition stage,rapid deposition caused disequilibrium compaction and led to generation of excess pressure(approximately 5-10 MPa)in the reservoirs.During the Kuqa Formation denudation stage to the Quaternary,reservoir overpressure was greatly increased to approximately 40-50 MPa as a result of vertical pressure transfer by episodic fault activation,lateral overpressure transfer by folding and horizontal tectonic stress due to intense tectonic compression.The last stage was the major period of ultra-high pressure generation and gas accumulation in the Dina 2 Gas Field.Fengqi Zhang Zhenliang Wang Hongli Zhong Yubin Song Weiming Liu Chi Wei 2016Petroleum Research2016,1,1:1
9Brain-Controlled Multi-Robot at Servo-Control Level Based on Nonlinear Model Predictive Control显示文摘Using a brain-computer interface(BCI)rather than limbs to control multiple robots(i.e.,brain-controlled multi-robots)can better assist people with disabilities in daily life than a brain-controlled single robot.For example,one person with disabilities can move by a brain-controlled wheelchair(leader robot)and simultaneously transport objects by follower robots.In this paper,we explore how to control the direction,speed,and formation of a brain-controlled multi-robot system(consisting of leader and follower robots)for the first time and propose a novel multi-robot predictive control framework(MRPCF)that can track users'control intents and ensure the safety of multiple robots.The MRPCF consists of the leader controller,follower controller,and formation planner.We build a whole brain-controlled multi-robot physical system for the first time and test the proposed system through human-in-the-loop actual experiments.The experimental results indicate that the proposed system can track users'direction,speed,and formation control intents when guaranteeing multiple robots’safety.This paper can promote the study of brain-controlled robots and multi-robot systems and provide some novel views into human-machine collaboration and integration.Zhenge Yang Luzheng Bi Weiming Chi Haonan Shi Cuntai Guan 2022Complex System Modeling and Simulation2022,2,4:0
