1巨峰和无核早红葡萄在越南谅山试种观察显示文摘[目的]观察巨峰、无核早红葡萄在越南谅山省的引种表现,为其在越南推广种植提供参考依据.[方法]2009年春从中国南宁引入巨峰、无核早红两个鲜食葡萄品种在越南谅山省试种,调查其枝蔓生长量、物候期、果实性状、产量等相关指标.[结果]至第1年抚育冬季,巨峰葡萄枝蔓总长234.5 cm,上架茎粗0.84 cm;无核早红葡萄枝蔓总长294.1 cm,上架茎粗0.86 cm.在物候期方面,巨峰葡萄从萌芽至果实成熟需141~151 d,表现中熟;无核早红从萌芽至果实成熟需142~151 d,未表现其应有的早熟特性.在果实性状方面,巨峰葡萄2010~2012年3年平均单果重8.9 g,种子数1.04粒,可溶性固形物(TSS)含量17.5%;无核早红葡萄2010~2012年3年平均单果重6.8 g,TSS含量13.9%.在产量方面,巨峰葡萄2010~2012年产量分别为13.69、17.50和16.24 t/ha;无核早红葡萄2010~2012年产量分别为10.81、16.02和20.92t/ha.[结论]巨峰葡萄在越南谅山省种植表现丰产稳产优质,具有较好的适栽性,可大面积推广种植;无核早红葡萄表现丰产稳产,但表现低糖低酸,极易裂果,着色困难,不宜在越南大面积发展.黄江流 PHAM Thi Thang 罗瑞鸿 NGUYN Thi Hà 吕荣华 LUONG Dǎng Ning CHU Vǎn DUòng NGUYN Manh Tòng 彭宏祥 Ly Ming Nguyet LU'O'NG i Thuy CHU Xun Tien VI Vǎn Dúc NGUYN Duy Dng Ly Dúc Khiêm 熊俏 2014南方农业学报2014,45,7:5
2笋芽顶端分生组织在竹秆横切面形态形成中的作用与机制研究显示文摘竹秆的横切面主要由表皮、皮层、维管组织、基本组织及髓腔(早期为髓组织)组成。这些组织均由笋芽茎顶端分生组织分化发育而来,且其在生长发育过程中促使了竹秆横切面形态(本文特指:竹秆横切面外轮廓形状、围度及壁-腔结构)的形成。然而,人们对于这一生长发育过程的生物学机制知之甚少。本研究利用解剖学、数学模拟等方法,对 20 种具不同秆径竹种的笋芽顶端分生组织进行了分析。研究结果发现,笋芽顶端分生组织指状形态的维持是竹子产生圆柱形竹秆的基础;在顶端分生组织细胞数目增加的同时,线性增加原体细胞数目应是竹子在演化过程中产生大径竹秆且保持规则壁-腔结构的方式。进一步通过研究一个竹壁增厚且壁-腔架构紊乱的稳定变异体———实肚竹( Phyllostachys nidularia f. farcta)发现,其笋芽顶端分生组织细胞数目减少且原体/原套细胞数比值降低使其产生了高比例的壁组分组织(指基本分生组织与肋状分生组织)与低比例的髓组织。上述 2 种组织的比例失衡,使得实肚竹笋芽在后续发育中壁组分组织随机挤入到了髓组织中,最终形成了实肚竹异常的竹秆横切面形态(竹壁多样化增厚且壁-腔结构紊乱)。此外,相对较小的顶端分生组织,使得实肚竹笋芽产生了较少的内源激素,如其生长素含量仅约为其原种篌竹的 67. 5%,各细胞分裂素含量也显著低于篌竹笋芽。转录组分析进一步发现,在实肚竹笋芽中与激素及代谢相关的功能基因呈显著下调表达。这些生理与分子变化最终导致了实肚竹竹秆矮化、秆径减小且生物量降低。本论文的研究结果为研究竹秆横切面发育提供了一个重要的视角,同时也为实肚竹厚壁茎秆的形成提出了一个合理的机制。Wang Y Sun X Ding Y Fei Z Jiao C Fan M Yao B Xin P Chu J Wei Q 王雨珺 魏强 2019世界竹藤通讯2019,17,3:5
3Argo floats revealing bimodality of large-scale mid-depth circulation in the North Atlantic显示文摘Analysis of Argo float trajectories at 1 000 m and temperature at 950 m in the North Atlantic between November 2003 and January 2005 demonstrates the existence of two different circulation modes with fast transition between them. Each mode has a pair of cyclonic-anticyclonic gyres. The difference is the location of the cyclonic gyre. The cyclonic gyre stretches from southeast to northwest in the first mode and from the southwest to the northeast in the second mode. The observed modes strongly affect the heat and salt transport in the North Atlantic.
