| 3 | Fabrication of the beam splitters for soft X-ray laser application显示文摘The soft X-ray interferometry is completed by the Mach-Zehnder interferometer using a soft X-ray laser, and it is also an important method to measure the electron densities of a laser-produced plasma near the critical surface. It is apparently demonstrated in this paper that the incident angle of each optical element in the soft X-ray Mach- Zehnder interferometer should be near normal incidence based on the polarized characteristics of the soft X-ray mul-tilayers, and the product of reflectivity and transmission of the beam splitter should be taken as a standard of design according to the structure of the soft X-ray Mach-Zehnder interferometer. The beam splitters used in the soft X-ray interferometry at 13.9 nm are fabricated using the ion beam sputtering. | 6 | Sulfation of the extracellular polysaccharide from the edible fungus Stropharia rugosoannulata with its antioxidant activity显示文摘An acidic extracellular polysaccharide(EPS)was gained from Stropharia rugosoannulata fermentation broth by the alcohol precipitate method.Sulfated derivative of EPS(S-EPS)was gained by chlorosulfonic acid-pyridine method and the conditions were as follows:pyridine as the reaction solvent,temperature 80°C,and reaction time 90 min.The chemical structure and chain conformation of EPS and S-EPS were characterized by FT-IR,NMR and size exclusion chromatography(SEC)coupled with multi-angle laser light scattering(MALLS)detection.FT-IR spectra indicated the sulfated group was linked to the polymer.The EPS mainly consists of mannose,glucose and glucuronic acid,and the glycosidic bond type is mainly(1→4)-linked and(1→6)-linked.C6 and C2 were substituted by sulfate groups.The EPS was degraded into smaller molecular weight(Mw)polysaccharides with the larger molecular size(Rg)after sulfation and S-EPS has better hydrophilicity.Moreover,the sulfated derivative S-EPS was found to have a better scavenging ability on hydroxyl radicals than EPS.It proved that the chemical modification of S.rugosoannulata polysaccharides by sulfation effectively enhanced their antioxidant activity. | Hui Hao Chun Cui Yuqing Xing Xuewei Jia Bingjie Ma Wenyi Kang Tianxiao Li Mingqi Gao Chunping Xu | 2023 | Journal of Future Foods2023,3,1: | 0 |
| 7 | Multilayer polarization elements and their applications to polarimetric studies in vacuum ultraviolet and soft X-ray regions显示文摘Multilayer polarization elements and their applications to polarimetric studies in 20~400 eV region are mainly reviewed. General principle of selecting material combinations to get high linear polarizance multilayers of reflection type is given with practical examples,with periodic or non-periodic layer structures depending on the usage. Transmission type is introduced as linear polarizer and phase shifter. Their applications include polarization diagnosis of laboratory optical systems and synchrotron radiation beamlines of linear and circular polarization,magnetic rotation experiments such as Faraday rotation and magnetic Kerr rotation on magnetic films and multilayers,and ellipsometry to measure optical constants of thin films precisely. Polarization analysis of soft X-ray fluorescence using multilayer-coated grating is also mentioned. | 9 | Study of transmission grating diffraction efficiencies for soft X-ray显示文摘Tansmission grating spectrometers are extensively used to measure absthlute X-ray spectra in a photon-energy range below 1000 eV. The transmission grating,as its dispersive element, must be calibrated to obtain its danaction efficiencies. Calibrations of absolute distraction efficiencies of the tlansmission grating at photon energyof 844eV have been carried out on Beliing Synchrotron mediation Facility.
