| 1 | Metal-organic frameworks nanoswitch:Toward photo-controllable endo/lysosomal rupture and release for enhanced cancer RNA interference显示文摘Endo/lysosomal escape and gene release are two critical bottlenecks in gene delivery.Herein,a novel photo-controllable metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)nanoswitch is rationally designed for enhancing small interfering RNA(siRNA)delivery.One single laser triggers the“off-to-on”switching of MOFs nanocomplexes,inducing significant siRNA release accompanied by rapid MOFs dissociation into protonatable 2-methylimidazalo and osmotic rupturing Zn2+ions,which cooperatively contribute to remarkable endo/lysosomal rupture(∼90%).The simultaneous endo/lysosomal rupture and release enable a high spatio-temporal control on RNA interference for effective cancer therapy.Notably,the“off-to-on”switching also activates fluorescence recovery for real-time monitoring siRNA delivery.The nanoswitch could easily be extended to deliver other therapeutic agents(e.g.,DNA,protein,anticancer drug)for overcoming endo/lysosomal entrapment. | Gan Lin Yang Zhang Long Zhang Junqing Wang Ye Tian Wen Cai Shangui Tang Chengchao Chu JiaJing Zhou Peng Mi Xiaoyuan Chen Gang Liu | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,1: | 5 |

| 8 | A Novel Aquila Optimizer Based PV Array Reconfiguration Scheme to Generate Maximum Energy under Partial Shading Condition显示文摘This paper develops a real-time PV arrays maximum power harvesting scheme under partial shading condition(PSC)by reconfiguring PV arrays using Aquila optimizer(AO).AO is based on the natural behaviors of Aquila in capturing prey,which can choose the best hunting mechanism ingeniously and quickly by balancing the local exploitation and global exploration via four hunting methods of Aquila:choosing the searching area through high soar with the vertical stoop,exploring in different searching spaces through contour flight with quick glide attack,exploiting in convergence searching space through low flight with slow attack,and swooping through walk and grabbing prey.In general,PV arrays reconfiguration is a problem of discrete optimization,thus a series of discrete operations are adopted in AO to enhance its optimization performance.Simulation results based on 10 cases under PSCs show that the mismatched power loss obtained by AO is the smallest compared with genetic algorithm,particle swarm optimization,ant colony algorithm,grasshopper optimization algorithm,and butterfly optimization algorithm,which reduced by 4.34%against butterfly optimization algorithm. | Dong An Junqing Jia Wenchao Cai Deyu Yang Chao Lv Jiawei Zhu Yingying Jiao | 2022 | Energy Engineering2022,119,4: | 0 |
