1A self-adaptive negative selection algorithm used for anomaly detection显示文摘A novel negative selection algorithm (NSA),which is referred to as ANSA,is presented. In many actual anomaly detection systems,the training data are just partially composed of the normal elements,and the self/nonself space often varies over time. Therefore,anom-aly detection system has to build the profile of the system based on a part of self elements and adjust itself to adapt those variables. However,previous NSAs need a large number of self elements to build the profile of the system,and lack adaptability. In order to over-come these limitations,the proposed approach uses a novel technique to adjust the self radius and evolve the nonself-covering detectors to build an appropriate profile of the system. To determine the performance of the approach,the experiments with the well-known data-set were performed. 2Cubic surface fitting to image by combination显示文摘We present a new method for constructing a fitting surface to image data. The new method is based on a supposition that the given image data are sampled from an original scene that can be represented by a surface defined by piecewise quadratic polynomials. The surface representing the original scene is known as the original surface in this paper. Unlike existing methods, which generally construct the fitting surface to the original surface using image data as interpolation data, the new method constructs the fitting surface using the image data as constraints to reverse the sampling process, which improves the approximation precision of the fitting surface. Associated with each data point and its near region, the new method constructs a quadratic polynomial patch locally using the sampling formula as constraint. The quadratic patch approximates the original surface with a quadratic polynomial precision. The fitting surface which approximates the original surface is formed by the combination of all the quadratic polynomial patches. 3Fifty years of Quaternary palynology in the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Quaternary palynology in the Tibetan Plateau(TP)was initiated in the 1960s to meet the needs of economic development in western China.Pollen analysis was conducted for the first time on a 200-m long core of Quaternary lacustrine sediments taken from the main body of the TP in order to study pollen assemblages as well as vegetation and climate changes of glacial(cold)/interglacial(warm)periods.Pollen analysis of alpine snow and ice began at the first scientific expedition to the TP in the 1970s.After the 1980s,a series of international collaborative programs were carried out under Sino-French,Sino-German,Sino-Australian,and Sino-American cooperation,marking the integration of Chinese Quaternary palynology society with the international community.New methods for Quaternary palynology were gradually promoted and applied,changing the vegetational and climatic interpretation of Quaternary palynology from qualitative to quantitative.Since the 1990s,many palynologists have carried out extensive Quaternary palynological studies on fossil pollen sites of more than 60 lakes/sections and alpine glaciers in the TP to discuss the spatiotemporal vegetation changes and climatic and environmental evolution of the TP since the Pleistocene.Over the past half-century,Quaternary palynology in the TP has contributed to the establishment of the Chinese Quaternary pollen database and the study of vegetation and climate evolution since the Last Glacial Maximum(LGM)in the TP.Currently available pollen records revealed the spatial and temporal distribution of vegetation in the TP since the LGM,exhibiting expansions and shrinkages of forest,meadow,grassland and desert in different periods such as the LGM,the last deglaciation,and Holocene optimum period.The paleomonsoon reflected by paleovegetation since the LGM has undergone the changes of weak-strengthening-strong-weakening but still active-shrinking,which is mainly affected by solar insolation.Lingyu TANG Caiming SHEN Houyuan LU Chuanhai LI Qingfeng MA 2021Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,11:3

5Salt and pepper noise removal in surveillance video based on low-rank matrix recovery显示文摘This paper proposes a new algorithm based on low-rank matrix recovery to remove salt &pepper noise from surveillance video. Unlike single image denoising techniques, noise removal from video sequences aims to utilize both temporal and spatial information. By grouping neighboring frames based on similarities of the whole images in the temporal domain, we formulate the problem of removing salt &pepper noise from a video tracking sequence as a lowrank matrix recovery problem. The resulting nuclear norm and L1-norm related minimization problems can be efficiently solved by many recently developed methods. To determine the low-rank matrix, we use an averaging method based on other similar images. Our method can not only remove noise but also preserve edges and details. 6Formula for computing knots with minimum stress and stretching energies显示文摘Computing knots for a given set of data points in a plane is one of the key steps in the construction of fitting curves with high precision. In this study, a new method is proposed for computing a parameter value(knot) for each data point. With only three adjacent consecutive data points, one may not determine a unique interpolation quadratic polynomial curve, which has one degree of freedom(a variable). To obtain a better curve, the stress and stretching energies are used to optimize this variable so that the quadratic polynomial curve has required properties, which ensure that when the three consecutive points are co-linear, the optimal quadratic polynomial curve constructed is the best. If the position of the mid-point of the three points lies between the first point and the third point, the quadratic polynomial curve becomes a linear polynomial curve. Minimizing the stress and stretching energies is a time-consuming task. To avoid the computation of energy minimization, a new model for simplifying the stress and stretching energies is presented. The new model is an explicit function and is used to compute the knots directly, which greatly reduces the amount of computation. The knots are computed by the new method with minimum stress and stretching energies in the sense that if the knots computed by the new method are used to construct quadratic polynomial,the quadratic polynomial constructed has the minimum stress and stretching energies. 9Adaptive image decomposition method based on credible data fitting with local total variation显示文摘In this paper we present a novel image decomposition method via credible data fitting with local total variation filter. The oscillation rate is used to measure the image complexity and characteristics. The filter parameter can be determined by a fitting curve which is reconstructed by oscillation rate. In addition, the approximate Gaussian algorithm and integral image are used to reduce the algorithm computation and the sensitivity of the filter window selection. 12Hybrid co-based MOF nanoboxes/CNFs interlayer as microreactors for polysulfides-trapping in lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium-sulfur battery is desirable for the future potential electrochemical energy storage device with advantages of high theoretical energy density,low cost and environmental friendliness.However,some natural hindrances,particularly fast capacity degradation resulting from the migration of dissolved polysulfide intermediates,remain to be significant challenges prior to the practical applications.In this work,a composite interlayer of carbon nanofibers(CNFs)which are enriched by Co-based metal organic frameworks(ZIF-67)growth in-situ is exploited.Notably,physical blocking and chemical trapping abilities are obtained synergistically from the ZIF/CNFs interlayer,which enables to restrain the dissolution of polysulfides and alleviate shuttle effect.Moreover,the three-dimensional fiber networks provide an interconnected conductive framework between each ZIF microreactor to promote fast electron transfer during cycling,thus contributing to excellent rate and cycling performance.As a result,Li-S cells with ZIF/CNFs interlayer show a high specific capacity of 1334 mAh g^(-1) at 1 C with an excellent cycling stability over 300 cycles.Besides,this scalable and affordable electrospinning fabrication method provides a promising approach for the design of MOFs-derived carbon materials for high performance Li-S batteries.Jing Li Caiming Jiao Jinghui Zhu Liubiao Zhong Tuo Kang Sehrish Aslam Jianyong Wang Sanfei Zhao Yejun Qiu 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,6:1

15Concentration of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid glycerides by Candida antarctica lipase A-catalyzed selective methanolysis显示文摘n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(n-3 PUFA)have biologically important functions in human beings,but their contents in natural oils are usually low.This study investigated the concentration of n-3 PUFA-enriched glycerides by Candida antarctica lipase A(CAL-A)-catalyzed selective methanolysis of algal oil.First,lipases and acyl acceptors were screened.Subsequently,the methanolysis conditions including methanol concentration in aqueous solution,molar ratio of methanol to oil,reaction temperature,lipase loading and reaction time,were optimized.The results indicated that CAL-A could effectively identify n-3 PUFA during methanolysis.Saturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids were released from algal oil by CAL-A-catalyzed methanolysis,causing the production of n-3 PUFA-enriched glycerides.Under optimal conditions(3:1 of molar ratio of methanol to algal oil,20%methanol aqueous solution,6%CAL-A dosage,25℃,18 h),the n-3 PUFA content increased from the initial 45.96%to 73.96%,with an n-3 PUFA yield of 81.76%.The reusability of CAL-A demonstrated that under optimal conditions the lipase could be used for 8 times.Therefore,this enzymatic process is efficient for synthesis of n-3 PUFA-enriched glycerides.Cong Jiang Ye Chen Yifan Wang Caiming Li Xiaosan Wang Zong Meng Xingguo Wang 2022Food Bioscience2022,46,2:0
16Anomaly Detection with Artificial Immune Network显示文摘Inspired by the immune network theory,an adaptive anomaly detection paradigm based on artificial immune network,referred as APAI,is proposed. The implementation of the para-digm includes:initially,the first is to create the initial antibody network;then,through the learning of each training antigen,the antibody network is evolved and updated by the optimal antibod-ies. Finally,anomaly detection process is accomplished by major-ity vote of the k nearest neighbor antibodies in the network. The experiments used the famous Sonar Benchmark dataset in our study,which is taken from the UCI machine learning database. The obtained detection accuracy of APAI was 97.7%,which was very promising with regard to the other classification applications in the literature for this problem. 19Image smoothing based on global sparsity decomposition and a variable parameter显示文摘Smoothing images,especially with rich texture,is an important problem in computer vision.Obtaining an ideal result is difficult due to complexity,irregularity,and anisotropicity of the texture.Besides,some properties are shared by the texture and the structure in an image.It is a hard compromise to retain structure and simultaneously remove texture.To create an ideal algorithm for image smoothing,we face three problems.For images with rich textures,the smoothing effect should be enhanced.We should overcome inconsistency of smoothing results in different parts of the image.It is necessary to create a method to evaluate the smoothing effect.We apply texture pre-removal based on global sparse decomposition with a variable smoothing parameter to solve the first two problems.A parametric surface constructed by an improved Bessel method is used to determine the smoothing parameter.Three evaluation measures:edge integrity rate,texture removal rate,and gradient value distribution are proposed to cope with the third problem.We use the alternating direction method of multipliers to complete the whole algorithm and obtain the results.Experiments show that our algorithm is better than existing algorithms both visually and quantitatively.We also demonstrate our method’s ability in other applications such as clip-art compression artifact removal and content-aware image manipulation.Xiang Ma Xuemei Li Yuanfeng Zhou Caiming Zhang 2021Computational Visual Media2021,7,4:0
