Besides, this pa-per suggests a scheme to represent the self profile of network.And an automated self profile extraction algorithm is provided to extract self profile from packets. | 2 | BASIC FIBROBLAST GROWTH FACTOR GENE TRANSFECTION TO ENHANCE THE REPAIR OF AVASCULAR NECROSIS OFTHE FEMORAL HEAD显示文摘Objective To explore a new method for the therapy of avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Method The recombinant plasmid pCD-rbFGF was mixed with collagen and was implanted in the necrotic femoral head. Expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) was examined by RT-PCR and immunohistochemical method. Re-pair of the femoral head was observed by histological and histomorphometric analysis. Result Expression of bFGF was detected in the femoral head transfected with bFGF gene, indicating significant increase of angiogenesis 2 weeks after gene transfection and increased new bone formation 8 weeks after gene transfection on histom-orphometric analysis (P< 0.01). Conclusion Transfection of bFGF gene enhances bone tissue angiogenesis. | 7 | Implementation of Transaction Level AMBA Bus Models Using SystemC显示文摘This paper deals with how to implement AMBA bus transaction level modeling in SystemC. There are two main techniques used in the whole modeling process, which consist of starting the platform modeling at the transaction level and using the uniformed modeling language—? ㏒ystem C. According to the concepts of interface, port and hierarchical channel introduced in SystemC 2.0, the system of master-channel (AMBA bus) slave is created as the architecture of the AMBA bus transaction level model, which can make it more extendable. The port and interface classes of the model that are prone to program are defined in accordance with the SoC hierarchical design methodology. In addition, method calls, not signal communication, are used between different modules in the model, so the higher-level abstraction is achieved and the simulation performance is improved. | 8 | Wall Cracks Detection in Aerial Images Using Improved Mask R-CNN显示文摘The present paper proposes a detection method for building exterior wall cracks since manual detection methods have high risk and low efficiency.The proposed method is based on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)and computer vision technology.First,a crack dataset of 1920 images was established using UAV to collect the images of a residential building exterior wall under different lighting conditions.Second,the average crack detection precisions of different methods including the Single Shot MultiBox Detector,You Only Look Once v3,You Only Look Once v4,Faster Regional Convolutional Neural Network(R-CNN)and Mask R-CNN methods were compared.Then,the Mask R-CNN method with the best performance and average precision of 0.34 was selected.Finally,based on the characteristics of cracks,the utilization ratio of Mask R-CNN to the underlying features was improved so that the average precision of 0.9 was achieved.It was found that the positioning accuracy and mask coverage rate of the proposed Mask R-CNN method are greatly improved.Also,it will be shown that using UAV is safer than manual detection because manual parameter setting is not required.In addition,the proposed detection method is expected to greatly reduce the cost and risk of manual detection of building exterior wall cracks and realize the efficient identification and accurate labeling of building exterior wall cracks. | Wei Chen Caoyang Chen Mi Liu Xuhong Zhou Haozhi Tan Mingliang Zhang | 2022 | Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,10: | 0 |
| 9 | RED-DTB: A Dual Token Bucket Based Queue Management Algorithm显示文摘Improving the Quality of Service (QoS) of Internet traffic is wide-ly recognized as a critical issue for the next-generation networks. In this paper,we present a new algorithm for the active queue management, namely RED-DTB. This buffer control technique is used to enforce approximate fairness among a large number of concurrent Internet flows. Like RED (Random Early Detection) algorithm, the RED-DTB mechanism can be deployed to actively re-spond to the gateway congestion, keep the gateway in a healthy state, and pro-tect the fragile flows from being stolen band width by greedy ones. The algo-rithm is based on the so-called Dual Token Bucket (DTB) pattern. That is, onthe one hand, every flow is rate-limited by its own token bucket, to ensure thatit can not consume more than its fair share of bandwidth; On the other hand,to make some compensations to less aggressive flows, such as connections with larger round trip time or smaller sending window, and to gain a relatively high-er system utilization coefficient, all flows, depending on their individual behav-ior, may have a chance to fetch tokens from the public token bucket when theyrun out of their own share of tokens. | 10 | Model and Implementation of Communication Link Management Supporting High Availability显示文摘Despite the rapid evolution in all aspects of computer technology, both the computer hardware and software are prone to numerous failure conditions. In this paper, we analyzed the characteristic of a computer system and the methods of constructing a system , proposed a communication link management model supporting high availability for network applications, Which will greatly increase the high availability of network applications. Then we elaborated on heartbeat or service detect, fail-over, service take-over, switchback and error recovery process of the model. In the process of constructing the communication link, we implemented the link management and service take-over with high availability requirement, and discussed the state and the state transition of building the communication link between the hosts, depicted the message transfer and the start of timer.
