2Experimental investigations on separation control and flow structure around a circular cylinder with synthetic jet显示文摘Circular cylinder separation control and flow structure influenced by the synthetic jet have been experimentally investigated in a water channel. The synthetic jet is- sues from a slot and ejects toward upstream from the front stagnation point of the cylinder. It has been found that, similar to the traditional synthetic jet which is po- sitioned near the separation point or inside the separation region, the present synthetic jet arrangement constitutes an efficient way to control flow separation of the circular cylinder, but with a different control mechanism. The present synthetic jet leads to an upstream displacement of the front stagnation point and the forma- tion of a vortex pair near both sides of the exit orifice. When ReU based on the synthetic jet average exit orifice velocity is about lower than 43, a closed envelope forms in front of the windward side of the cylinder during the blowing cycle of syn- thetic jet, which acts as an apparent modification for the cylinder configuration. When ReU is high enough, an open envelope forms upstream of the cylinder, and the flow around the cylinder becomes much energetic. Thus, regardless of ReU, the present synthetic jet can improve separation for flow around a circular cylinder. With regard to the leeward side, as ReU increases, the flow separation region be- hind the cylinder gradually disappears. The flow over cylinder may be fully attached when the open envelope forms upstream of the cylinder and ReU is greater than 344. 3Abnormal perturbations in the ionospheric F2 region before Wenchuan earthquake on 12 May 2008显示文摘On 12 May 2008 at 14:28 BJT, a great earthquake (M=8.0) occurred in Wenchuan (31.00°N, 103.40°E), China. The hourly foF2 from 5 to 12 May have been analyzed over four ionospheric observatories: Kunming (25.00°N, 102.70°E), Chongqing (29.50°N, 106.40°E), Lhasa (29.63°N, 91.17°E), and Lanzhou (36.07°N, 103.87°E). The results show that foF2 were notably abnormal from upper bound (the maximum abnormality up to 65% at 17:00 BJT) and lasted about 3 h on 9 May over Chongqing station. Moreover, there were obvious perturbations of foF2 on the same day over other stations except Lhasa. 8Lipocalin-2-Mediated Insufficient Oligodendrocyte Progenitor Cell Remyelination for White Matter Injury After Subarachnoid Hemorrhage via SCL22A17 Receptor/Early Growth Response Protein 1 Signaling显示文摘Insufficient remyelination due to impaired oligodendrocyte precursor cell(OPC)differentiation and maturation is strongly associated with irreversible white matter injury(WMI)and neurological deficits.We analyzed whole transcriptome expression to elucidate the potential role and underlying mechanism of action of lipocalin-2(LCN2)in OPC differentiation and WMI and identified the receptor SCL22A17 and downstream transcription factor early growth response protein 1(EGR1)as the key signals contributing to LCN2-mediated insufficient OPC remyelination.In LCN-knockdown and OPC EGR1 conditional-knockout mice,we discovered enhanced OPC differentiation in developing and injured white matter(WM);consistent with this,the specific inactivation of LCN2/SCl22A17/EGR1 signaling promoted remyelination and neurological recovery in both atypical,acute WMI due to subarachnoid hemorrhage and typical,chronic WMI due to multiple sclerosis.This potentially represents a novel strategy to enhance differentiation and remyelination in patients with white matter injury.Qiang Li Xufang Ru Yang Yang Hengli Zhao Jie Qu Weixiang Chen Pengyu Pan Huaizhen Ruan Chaojun Li Yujie Chen Hua Feng 2022Neuroscience Bulletin2022,38,12:0
