| 2 | High-resolution multimodal flexible coherent Raman endoscope显示文摘Coherent Raman scattering microscopy is a fast,label-free,and chemically specific imaging technique that shows high potential for future in vivo optical histology.However,the imaging depth in tissues is limited to the sub-millimeter range because of absorption and scattering.Realization of coherent Raman imaging using a fiber endoscope system is a crucial step towards imaging deep inside living tissues and providing information that is inaccessible with current microscopy tools.Until now,the development of coherent Raman endoscopy has been hampered by several issues,mainly related to the fiber delivery of the excitation pulses and signal collection.Here,we present a flexible,compact,coherent Raman,and multimodal nonlinear endoscope(4.2mm outer diameter,71mm rigid length)based on a resonantly scanned hollow-core Kagomé-lattice double-clad fiber.The fiber design enables distortion-less,background-free delivery of femtosecond excitation pulses and back-collection of nonlinear signals through the same fiber.Sub-micrometer spatial resolution over a large field of view is obtained by combination of a miniature objective lens with a silica microsphere lens inserted into the fiber core.We demonstrate high-resolution,high-contrast coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering,and second harmonic generation endoscopic imaging of biological tissues over a field of view of 320μm at a rate of 0.8 frames per second.These results pave the way for intraoperative label-free imaging applied to real-time histopathology diagnosis and surgery guidance. | Alberto Lombardini Vasyl Mytskaniuk Siddharth Sivankutty Esben Ravn Andresen Xueqin Chen Jérôme Wenger Marc Fabert Nicolas Joly Frédéric Louradour Alexandre Kudlinski Hervé Rigneault | 2018 | Light(Science & Applications)2018，7，1： | 6 |
| 3 | Cenozoic ultrahigh-temperature metamorphism in pelitic granulites from the Mogok metamorphic belt, Myanmar显示文摘Ultrahigh-temperature(UHT)metamorphism is critical for understanding the most extreme thermal evolution of continental crust.However,UHT metamorphism predominantly occurred in the Precambrian and is rarely observed in the modern Earth.Here,we report the discovery of~25 Ma UHT granulites from the Mogok metamorphic belt(MMB)in Myanmar via a combined study of petrology and geochronology.The studied pelitic granulites well preserve a peak mineral assemblage of garnet+sillimanite+plagioclase(antiperthite)+K-feldspar+quartz+Ti-rich biotite+rutile+ilmenite.Pressure(P)-temperature(T)pseudosections and conventional geothermobarometry data only constrain the P-T conditions of the peak stage to<12 kbar and 780–890°C.However,high Zr contents in the matrix rutile(3005–4308 ppm)and high Ti contents(up to 9.2 wt% TiO_(2))in the biotite demonstrate that the Mogok granulites may have experienced UHT metamorphism.The Zr-in-rutile thermometer and X_(Grs) isopleth in the pseudosections yield peak P-T conditions of~12 kbar and>900°C.In situ SIMS and LAICP-MS U-Pb dating and trace element analyses show that both metamorphic zircon cores and rims have flat heavy rare earth element(HREE)patterns with negative Eu anomalies.The metamorphic zircon rims show the lowest HREE contents and yield ^(206)Pb/^(238)U ages of 24.9±0.5 and 25.4±0.6 Ma,respectively,representing the timing of UHT metamorphism.Our results indicate that the central MMB underwent~25 Ma UHT metamorphism,which is possibly induced by continental rifting along the thinned orogenic lithosphere.Our data,as well as reported Cenozoic UHT events,further suggest that UHT metamorphism can be produced in the modern plate tectonic regime by lithospheric extension. | Si CHEN Yi CHEN Yibing LI Bin SU Qinghua ZHANG Me Me AUNG Kyaing SEIN | 2021 | Science China Earth Sciences2021，64，11： | 2 |
