| 1 | Physical modeling and spectrum spread analysis of surface clutter in forward scattering radar显示文摘In this paper, based on the processing results of measured clutter data in forward scattering radar, a special phenomenon that the clutter spectrum spread is insensitive to the wind speed and carrier frequency is observed. The pendulum model is first time introduced into the physical modeling and formation mechanism analysis of surface clutter, and the quantitative expression of clutter spectrum spread is analytically obtained. Under the assumption of pendulum model, the processing results of measured clutter data agree well with the results of theoretical analysis, which fully verifies the correctness of pendulum model and reveals the formation mechanism of surface clutter spectrum in forward scattering radar. | 3 | Controlled fabrication of nanoscale wrinkle structure by fluorocarbon plasma for highly transparent triboelectric nanogenerator显示文摘In this paper,we report a novel nanoscale wrinkle-structure fabrication process using fluorocarbon plasma on poly(dimethylsiloxane)(PDMS)and Solaris membranes.Wrinkles with wavelengths of hundreds of nanometers were obtained on these two materials,showing that the fabrication process was universally applicable.By varying the plasma-treating time,the wavelength of the wrinkle structure could be controlled.Highly transparent membranes with wrinkle patterns were obtained when the plasmatreating time was o125 s.The transmittances of these membranes were 490%in the visible region,making it difficult to distinguish them from a flat membrane.The deposited fluorocarbon polymer also dramatically reduced the surface energy,which allowed us to replicate the wrinkle pattern with high precision onto other membranes without any surfactant coating.The combined advantages of high electron affinity and high transparency enabled the fabricated membrane to improve the performance of a triboelectric nanogenerator.This nanoscale,single-step,and universal wrinkle-pattern fabrication process,with the functionality of high transparency and ultra-low surface energy,shows an attractive potential for future applications in microand nanodevices,especially in transparent energy harvesters. | Xiaoliang Cheng Liming Miao Zongming Su Haotian Chen Yu Song Xuexian Chen Haixia Zhang | 2017 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2017,3,1: | 3 |
| 4 | An accurate SISAR imaging method of ground moving target in forward scatter radar显示文摘In order to accurately extract the profile image of the ground moving targets(GMT) in the forward scatter radar(FSR),a forward scatter signal model of GMT is built based on the Fresnel-Kirchhoff diffraction formula,the multipath propagation model and the high order phase approximation method.The classical shadow inverse synthetic aperture radar(SISAR) imaging algorithm is modified using the proposed signal model.In the modified imaging algorithm,the impacts of ground reflection,non-linear variation of target Doppler frequency and the target motion direction on imaging accuracy are discussed.Meanwhile,non-linear and time-dependent parameters are used to compensate for the motion phase of the GMT forward scatter signal,and a novel estimation method of the height difference and median line height of the target profile is put forward under the multipath interference.Finally,both the accuracy of the proposed signal model and the effectiveness of the modified imaging algorithm are validated by the simulation results. | HU Cheng LI XiaoLiang LONG Teng ZHOU Chao | 2012 | Science China(Information Sciences)2012,55,10: | 3 |

| 8 | A cubic triboelectric generator as a self-powered orientation sensor显示文摘Recently, triboelectric generator(TEG) has attracted a lot of attention due to its high output voltage and low-cost fabrication process. Here, a novel cubic TEG box is designed, which has separated electrodes on different surfaces. Thanks to the specially designed structure, it can scavenge vibration energy from all directions. Firstly the device is investigated through finite element method(FEM) simulation. Then the device is evaluated by experiments. The measuremental results show that this device can generate an amount of 25 n C charge during once shake by charging a 10 n F capacitor. Besides, an output voltage about 100 V is obtained, which is able to directly light up several light-emitting diodes(LEDs) simultaneously. At last, the device is utilized as a self-powered orientation sensor, which shows explicit directivity.
