1Breast cancer development and progression:Risk factors,cancer stem cells,signaling pathways,genomics,and molecular pathogenesis显示文摘As the most commonly occurring cancer in women worldwide,breast cancer poses a formidable public health challenge on a global scale.Breast cancer consists of a group of biologically and molecularly heterogeneous diseases originated from the breast.While the risk factors associated with this cancer varies with respect to other cancers,genetic predisposition,most notably mutations in BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene,is an important causative factor for this malignancy.Breast cancers can begin in different areas of the breast,such as the ducts,the lobules,or the tissue in between.Within the large group of diverse breast carcinomas,there are various denoted types of breast cancer based on their invasiveness relative to the primary tumor sites.It is important to distinguish between the various subtypes because they have different prognoses and treatment implications.As there are remarkable parallels between normal development and breast cancer progression at the molecular level,it has been postulated that breast cancer may be derived from mammary cancer stem cells.Normal breast development and mammary stem cells are regulated by several signaling pathways,such as estrogen receptors(ERs),HER2,and Wnt/b-catenin signaling pathways,which control stem cell proliferation,cell death,cell differentiation,and cell motility.Furthermore,emerging evidence indicates that epigenetic regulations and noncoding RNAs may play important roles in breast cancer development and may contribute to the heterogeneity and metastatic aspects of breast cancer,especially for triple-negative breast cancer.This review provides a comprehensive survey of the molecular,cellular and genetic aspects of breast cancer.Yixiao Feng Mia Spezia Shifeng Huang Chengfu Yuan Zongyue Zeng Linghuan Zhang Xiaojuan Ji Wei Liu Bo Huang Wenping Luo Bo Liu Yan Lei Scott Du Akhila Vuppalapati Hue H.Luu Rex C.Haydon Tong-Chuan He Guosheng Ren 2018Genes & Diseases2018,5,2:24
2Chlorite cement and its effect on the reservoir quality of sandstones from the Panyu low-uplift,Pearl River Mouth Basin显示文摘Based on porosity and permeability measurements,mercury porosimetry measurements,thin section analyses,SEM observations,X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis and granulometric analyses,diagenetic features of reservoir sandstones taken from the Zhuhai formation in the Panyu low-uplift of the Pear River Mouth Basin were examined.This study shows that chlorite cements are one of the most important diagenetic features of reservoir sandstones.The precipitation of chlorite was controlled by multiple factors and its development occurred early in eo-diagenesis and continued till Stage A of middle diagenesis.The precipitation of chlorite at the early stage was mainly affected by the sedimentary environment and provenance.Abundant Fe-and Mg-rich materials were supplied during the deposition of distributary channel sediments in the deltaic front setting and mainly in alkaline conditions.With the burial depth increasing,smectite and kaolinite tended to be transformed into chlorite.Smectite cements were completely transformed into chlorite in sandstones of the studied area.Volcanic lithics rich in Fe and Mg materials were dissolved and released Fe2+ and Mg 2+ into the pore water.These cations precipitated as chlorite cements in middle diagenesis in an alkaline diagenetic environment.Chlorite coatings acted as porosity and permeability,thus helping preserve cements in the chlorite cemented sandstones.The reservoir quality of chlorite cemented sandstones is much better than sandstones without chlorite cements.Chlorite cements play an important role in the reservoir evolution that was mainly characterized by preserving intergranular porosity and forming better pore-throat structures of sandstones.Chen Guojun Du Guichao Zhang Gongcheng Wang Qi Lv Chengfu 2011Petroleum Science2011,8,2:14
3Study on the evolution of ore-formation fluids for Au-Sb ore deposits and the mechanism of Au-Sb paragenesis and differentiation in the southwestern part of Guizhou Province, China显示文摘Ore deposits (occurrences) of Au, As, Sb, Hg, etc. distributed in Southwest Guizhou constitute the important portion of the low-temperature metallogenic domain covering a large area in Southwest China, with the Carlin-type Au and Sb deposits being the most typical ones. In this paper the Au and Sb ore deposits are taken as the objects of study. Through the petrographic analysis, microthermomitric measurement and Raman spectrophic analysis of fluid inclusions in gangue minerals and research on the S and C isotopic compositions in the gold ore deposits we can reveal the sources of ore-forming materials and ore-forming fluids and the rules of ore fluid evolution. Ore deposits of Au, Sb, etc. are regionally classified as the products of ore fluid evolution, and their ore-forming materials and ore fluids were probably derived mainly from the deep interior of the Earth. Fluid inclusion studies have shown that the temperatures of Au mineralization are within the range of 170-361℃,the salinities are 0.35 wt%-8 wt% NaCl eq.; the temperatures of Sb mineralization are 129.4-214℃ and the salinities are 0.18 wt%- 3.23 wt% NaCl eq.; the ore-forming fluid temperatures and salinities tend to decrease progressively. In the early stage (Au metallogenic stage) the ore-forming fluids contained large amounts of volatile components such as CO2, CH4, N2 and H2S, belonging to the H2O-CO2-NaCl fluid system; in the late stage (Sb metallogenic stage) the ore-forming fluids belong to the Sb-bearing H2O-NaCl system. The primitive ore-forming fluids may have experienced at least two processes of immiscibility: (1) when early ore-bearing hydrothermal solutions passed through rock strata of larger porosity or fault broken zones, CO2, CH4, N2 would escape from them, followed by the release of pressure, resulting in pressure release and boiling of primitive homogenous fluids, thereafter giving rise to their phase separation, thus leading to Au unloading and mineralization; and (2) in the late stage (Sb metallogenic stage ) a large volume of meteoric water was involved in the ore-forming fluids, leading to fluid boiling as a result of their encounter, followed by the drop of fluid temperature. As a result, the dissolubility of Sb decreased so greatly that Sb was enriched and precipitated as ores. 4Analysis of ESTs and gene expression patterns of the posterior silkgland in the fifth instar larvae of silkworm, Bombyx mori L.显示文摘The fibroin gene expression pattern and regulation of the posterior silkgland were studied by means of expressed sequence tags (ESTs) using the first and fifth day larvae of the fifth instar of silkworm, Bombyx mori L (strain: C 108). The results showed that there were 911 repetitive ESTs and 1950 single sequences (Singlets) among total 2861 consentient sequences, which were spliced. 1335 sequences were identified and the other 1526 were unknown. 5560 sequences (55.89%) in the posterior silkgland cell of the silkworm were new ESTs without homology with EST data published by Mita et al. The number of repetitive ESTs and single sequences from the first day larvae of the fifth instar was double more than that of the fifth day of the same instar in the silkworms. The unigenes which were more than 50 in repetitive EST size (contig size) came to only about 0.5% in total consentient sequences. There were significant differences between gene expression frequencies, and expressed genes were related to fibroin synthesis and its secretion and fibroin composition. Comparing the fifth day with the first day of the fifth instar, the genes-expressed quantity of fibroin heavy-chain gene was 18 fold higher, fibroin light-chain gene 9 fold and fibroin P52 gene 8 fold. 508 genes functioned for cellular component and 315 for enzyme after function tracing. These results implied that the gene expression of the first day was mainly for preparation for fibroin synthesis except for the growth of silkgland cells, and the gene expression of the fifth day of the fifth instar was mainly for synthesizing and excreting fibroin. Because the ratio of heavy chain, light chain and p25 of fibroin was not 6:6:1 as theoretically expected, or its special H-chain structure, the H-chain gene was not easy to detect through EST technique. Most of genes among total 2861 consentient sequences functioned for fibroin synthesis and secretion. 5Characterization of the essential role of bone morphogenetic protein 9 (BMP9) in osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) through RNA interference显示文摘Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are multipotent stem cells and capable of differentiating into multiple cell types including osteoblastic,chondrogenic and adipogenic lineages.We previously identified BMP9 as one of the most potent BMPs that induce osteoblastic differentiation of MSCs although exact molecular mechanism through which BMP9 regulates osteogenic differentiation remains to be fully understood.Here,we seek to develop a recombinant adenovirus system to optimally silence mouse BMP9 and then characterize the important role of BMP9 in osteogenic differentiation of MSCs.Using two different siRNA bioinformatic prediction programs,we design five siRNAs targeting mouse BMP9(or simB9),which are expressed under the control of the converging H1 and U6 promoters in recombinant adenovirus vectors.We demonstrate that two of the five siRNAs,simB9-4 and simB9-7,exhibit the highest efficiency on silencing exogenous mouse BMP9 in MSCs.Furthermore,simB9-4 and simB9-7 act synergistically in inhibiting BMP9-induced expression of osteogenic markers,matrix mineralization and ectopic bone formation from MSCs.Thus,our findings demonstrate the important role of BMP9 in osteogenic differentiation of MSCs.The characterized simB9 siRNAs may be used as an important tool to investigate the molecular mechanism behind BMP9 osteogenic signaling.Our results also indicate that recombinant adenovirus-mediated expression of siRNAs is efficient and sustained,and thus may be used as an effective delivery vehicle of siRNA therapeutics.Shujuan Yan Ruyi Zhang Ke Wu Jing Cui Shifeng Huang Xiaojuan Ji Liping An Chengfu Yuan Cheng Gong Linghuan Zhang Wei Liu Yixiao Feng Bo Zhang Zhengyu Dai Yi Shen Xi Wang Wenping Luo Bo Liu Rex C.Haydon Michael J.Lee Russell R.Reid Jennifer Moriatis Wolf Qiong Shi Hue H.Luu Tong-Chuan He Yaguang Weng 2018Genes & Diseases2018,5,2:8
6Academic institutional repositories in China:A survey of CALIS member libraries显示文摘Purpose:China Academic Library&Information System(CALIS)planned to launch an institutional repository(IR)project to promote IR development and open access at colleges and universities in China.In order to get to know the current state of IRs in academic institutions,with the help of Peking University Library,CALIS Administrative Center conducted this survey.Design/methodology/approach:We conducted an online survey of CALIS member libraries.Findings:Firstly,the development of IRs at China’s colleges and universities is still in its infancy.Secondly,the Chinese colleges and universities have reached a consensus on the objective for having an IR.Thirdly,they are having high expectations of IR functions.Fourthly,they prefer to establish a centralized IR system at a minimum cost.Finally,there are both similarities and differences between the Chinese academic institutions and their counterparts in other countries in the state of IR development.Research limitations:The questionnaire needs to be improved because there is a lack of enough questions for those who do not plan to build an IR.Comparatively lower rate of valid questionnaire return can affect the accuracy of the results.It is hard to go into an in-depth discussion only based on the data collected from this questionnaire survey,and consequently,the findings from the survey can hardly present an accurate and comprehensive picture of the current state of IR development in the academic sector in China.Practical implications:The survey results provide essential foundation for CALIS IR project,and meanwhile the research can serve as a reference source for the future studies of the development of IRs at China’s colleges and universities.Originality/value:It is the first national survey focused on the development of IRs in academic institutions in China.Yongchao ZHAO Xiaoxia YAO Chengfu WEI 2012Chinese Journal of Library and Information Science2012,,2:6

8Verification and fine-mapping of QTLs conferring days to flowering in soybean using residual heterozygous lines显示文摘The results of QTL mapping based on a primary mapping population should be further verified and refined for its real utilization in marker-assisted selection or map-based cloning.The primary mapping population contains 114 BC1F1 plants of the backcross between Essex (maturity group V,MG V) as the donor parent and ZDD2315 (MG II) as the recurrent parent.In this study,a genetic linkage map with 250 SSR markers spanning a total length of 2963.5 cM on 25 linkage groups (LG) was constructed using software MAPMAKER3.0.Six kinds of genetic statistical models of 4 softwares,i.e.WinQTL Cartographer Version 2.5,IciMapping Version 2.0,MapQTL Version 5.0 and QTLnetwork Version 2.0,were used to map QTLs conferring days to flowering of the BC1F3 lines.Nine QTLs were mapped on 6 different linkage groups (LG).Of those,6 QTLs were detected by at least two different genetic statistical models,while the other three were detected by only one procedure.Among the three QTLs,Flwdt7 was mapped between Sat_213 and Satt643 on LG C2 with only 11.0% contribution rate.For confirmation of Flwdt7,5 RHL populations were developed through selfing eight BC1F5 plants heterozygous at seven markers around the locus.The RHL populations with the same segregating loci were bulked and used to construct a secondary linkage map of the specific segment using software JoinMap 3.0.The genetic distances among the markers on the specific segment became shorter than those of the whole genome map.On the secondary map,Flwdt7 was mapped between Satt277 and Satt489,next to its primary interval Sat_213-Satt643,with distance 1.40 cM to Satt277 and 0.45 cM to Satt489,confidence interval narrowed to 2.7 cM,and contribution rate increased to 36.8%.The results were confirmed with significance analysis among marker genotypes on individual loci and comparison analysis of target marker intervals among near isogenic lines (plants).Thus the strategy by using residual heterozygous lines for QTL fine-mapping on target segments based on primary whole genome scanning with multiple mapping models was demonstrated to be effective.SU ChengFu LU WeiGuo ZHAO TuanJie GAI JunYi 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,6:6
9Effects of irrigation water salinity on soil salt content distribution,soil physical properties and water use efficiency of maize for seed production in arid Northwest China显示文摘In order to explore the use of groundwater resources,field experiments were conducted for three consecutive years during 2012-2014 in the Shiyang River basin of Northwest China.Irrigation was conducted using four different water salinity levels that were arranged in a split plot design.These four water salinity levels were s0,s3,s6 and s9(0.71,3,6 and 9 g/L,respectively).The soil salt content,soil bulk density,soil porosity,saturated hydraulic conductivity,plant height,leaf area index and yield of maize for seed production were measured for studying the effects of saline water irrigation on soil salt content distribution,soil physical properties and water use efficiency.It was observed that higher salinity level of irrigation water and long duration of saline water irrigation resulted in more salt accumulation.Compared to initial values,the soil salt accumulation in 0-100 cm soil layer after three years of experiments for s0,s3,s6 and s9 was 0.189 mg/cm3,0.654 mg/cm3,0.717 mg/cm3 and 1.135 mg/cm3,respectively.Both greater salt levels in the irrigation water and frequent saline water irrigation led to greater soil bulk density,but poorer soil porosity and less saturated hydraulic conductivity.The saturated hydraulic conductivity decreased with increase in soil bulk density,but increased with improvement in soil porosity.It was noted that the maize height,leaf area index and maize yield gradually decreased with increase in water salinity.The maize yield decreased over 25%and the water use efficiency also gradually declined when irrigated with water containing 6 g/L and 9 g/L salinity levels.However,maize yield following saline water irrigation with 3 g/L decreased less than 20%and the decline in water use efficiency was not significant during the three-year experiment period.The results demonstrate that irrigation with saline water at the level of 6 g/L and 9 g/L in the study area is not suitable,while saline water irrigation with 3 g/L would be acceptable for a short duration together with salt leaching through spring irrigation before sowing.Chengfu Yuan Shaoyuan Feng Juan Wang Zailin Huo Quanyi Ji 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,3:6
10Pioglitazone ameliorates neuronal damage after traumatic brain injury via the PPARg/NF-kB/IL-6 signaling pathway显示文摘Traumatic brain injury(TBI)is the major cause of high mortality and disability rates worldwide.Pioglitazone is an activator of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-gamma(PPARγ)that can reduce inflammation following TBI.Clinically,neuroinflammation after TBI lacks effective treatment.Although there are many studies on PPARγin TBI animals,only few could be converted into clinical,since TBI mechanisms in humans and animals are not completely consistent.The present study,provided a potential theoretical basis and therapeutic target for neuroinflammation treatment after TBI.First,we detected interleukin-6(IL-6),nitric oxide(NO)and Caspase-3 in TBI clinical specimens,confirming a presence of a high expression of inflammatory factors.Western blot(WB),quantitative real-time PCR(qRTPCR)and immunohistochemistry(IHC)were used to detect PPARγ,IL-6,and p-NF-kB to identify the mechanisms of neuroinflammation.Then,in the rat TBI model,neurobehavioral and cerebral edema levels were investigated after intervention with pioglitazone(PPARγactivator)or T0070907(PPARγinhibitor),and PPARγ,IL-6 and p-NF-kB were detected again by qRT-PCR,WB and immunofluorescence(IF).The obtained results revealed that:1)increased expression of IL-6,NO and Caspase-3 in serum and cerebrospinal fluid in patients after TBI,and decreased PPARγin brain tissue;2)pioglitazone could improve neurobehavioral and reduce brain edema in rats after TBI;3)the protective effect of pioglitazone was achieved by activating PPARγand reducing NF-kB and IL-6.The neuroprotective effect of pioglitazone on TBI was mediated through the PPARγ/NF-kB/IL-6 pathway.Yongbing Deng Xue Jiang Xiaoyan Deng Hong Chen Jie Xu Zhaosi Zhang Geli Liu Zhu Yong Chengfu Yuan Xiaochuan Sun Changdong Wang 2020Genes & Diseases2020,7,2:6
11Establishment and functional characterization of the reversibly immortalized mouse glomerular podocytes(imPODs)显示文摘Glomerular podocytes are highly specialized epithelial cells and play an essential role in establishing the selective permeability of the glomerular filtration barrier of kidney.Maintaining the viability and structural integrity of podocytes is critical to the clinical management of glomerular diseases,which requires a thorough understanding of podocyte cell biology.As mature podocytes lose proliferative capacity,a conditionally SV40 mutant tsA58-immortalized mouse podocyte line(designated as tsPC)was established from the Immortomouse over 20 years ago.However,the utility of the tsPC cells is hampered by the practical inconvenience of culturing these cells.In this study,we establish a user-friendly and reversibly-immortalized mouse podocyte line(designated as imPOD),on the basis of the tsPC cells by stably expressing the wildtype SV40 T-antigen,which is flanked with FRT sites.We show the imPOD cells exhibit long-term high proliferative activity,which can be effectively reversed by FLP recombinase.The imPOD cells express most podocyte-related markers,including WT-1,Nephrin,Tubulin and Vinculin,but not differentiation marker Synaptopodin.The imPOD cells do not form tumor-like masses in vivo.We further demonstrate that TGFb1 induces a podocyte injury-like response in the FLP-reverted imPOD cells by suppressing the expression of slit diaphragm-associated proteins P-Cadherin and ZO-1 and upregulating the expression of mesenchymal markers,a-SMA,Vimentin and Nestin,as well as fibrogenic factors CTGF and Col1a1.Collectively,our results strongly demonstrate that the newly engineered im-POD cells should be a valuable tool to study podocyte biology both under normal and under pathological conditions.Xinyi Yu Liqun Chen Ke Wu Shujuan Yan Ruyi Zhang Chen Zhao Zongyue Zeng Yi Shu Shifeng Huang Jiayan Lei Xiaojuan Ji Chengfu Yuan Linghuan Zhang Yixiao Feng Wei Liu Bo Huang Bo Zhang Wenping Luo Xi Wang Bo Liu Rex C.Haydon Hue H.Luu Tong-Chuan He Hua Gan 2018Genes & Diseases2018,5,2:5
12Long-term inorganic plus organic fertilization increases yield and yield stability of winter wheat显示文摘An understanding of wheat yield and yield stability response to fertilization is important for sustainable wheat production. A 36-year long-term fertilization experiment was employed to evaluate the yield and yield stability of winter wheat. Five fertilization regimes were compared,including(1) CK, no fertilizer;(2) NPK, inorganic fertilizer only;(3) O, organic fertilizer only;(4)NPKO, 50% of NPK plus 50% of O, and(5) HNPKO, 80% of NPK plus 80% of O. The greatest yield increase was recorded in HNPKO, followed by NPKO, with O producing the lowest mean yield increase. Over the 36 years, the rate of wheat yield increase in fertilized plots ranged from95.31 kg ha-1 year-1 in the HNPKO to 138.65 kg ha-1 year-1 in the O. Yield stability analysis using the additive main effects and multiplicative interactions(AMMI) method assigned 62.3%, 26.3%,and 11.4% of sums of squares to fertilization effect, environmental effect, and fertilization ×environment interaction effect, respectively. The combination of inorganic and organic fertilization(NPKO and HNPKO) appeared to produce more stable yields than O or NPK, with lower coefficients of variation and AMMI stability value. However, wheat grown with O seemed to be the most susceptible to climate change and the least productive among the fertilized plots.Significant correlations of grain yield with soil properties and with mean air temperature were observed. 13PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF SHORT CARBON FIBRE REINFORCED SILVER COMPOSITES显示文摘The electric contact is always made of silver and graphite,the electric conductivity of con-tact materials decreases as the graphite content increased.The hardness of silver-graphiteis low,for example,the hardness of the 3wt% graphite-silver is HB 24.5-39.8MPa,andthe electric conductivity,is 72% IACS.The present work reports the similarity of electricconductivity for the 3wt% short carbon fibre-Ag composite and 3wt% graphite-silver.However,the hardness of the short carbon fiber-Ag composite is two times harder thanthat of graphite-silver. 15Fluid migration paths in the marine strata of typical structures in the western Hubei-eastern Chongqing area,China显示文摘The western Hubei-eastern Chongqing area is an important prospective zone for oil and gas exploration in the central Yangtze area. Three representative structures, the Xinchang structure, Longjuba gas-bearing structure and the Jiannan gas field, were selected to analyze biomarker parameters in marine strata and to examine various types of natural gas and hydrocarbon sources. Fluid inclusions; carbon, oxygen, and strontium isotopic characteristics; organic geochemical analysis and simulation of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion history of source rocks were used for tracing fluid migration paths in marine strata of the study area. The Carboniferous-Triassic reservoirs in three typical structures all experienced at least two stages of fluid accumulation. All marine strata above the early Permian were shown to have fluids originating in the Permian rocks, which differed from the late stage fluids. The fluids accumulated in the late Permian reservoirs of the Xinchang structure were Cambrian fluids, while those in the late Carboniferous reservoirs were sourced from a combination of Silurian and Cambrian fluids. A long-distance and large-scale cross-formational flow of fluids destroyed the preservation conditions of earlier accumulated hydrocarbons. A short-distance cross-formational accumulation of Silurian fluids was shown in the late Permian reservoirs of the Longjuba structure with favorable hydrocarbon preservation conditions. The fluid accumulation in the Carboniferous reservoirs of the Jiannan structure mainly originated from neighboring Silurian strata with a small amount from the Cambrian strata. As a result, the Jiannan structure was determined to have the best preservation conditions of the three. 17Evolutionary annotation of conserved long non-coding RNAs in major mammalian species显示文摘Mammalian genomes contain tens of thousands of long non-coding RNAs(lnc RNAs) that have been implicated in diverse biological processes. However, the lnc RNA transcriptomes of most mammalian species have not been established, limiting the evolutionary annotation of these novel transcripts. Based on RNA sequencing data from six tissues of nine species, we built comprehensive lnc RNA catalogs(4,142–42,558 lnc RNAs) covering the major mammalian species. Compared to protein-coding RNAs, expression of lnc RNAs exhibits striking lineage specificity. Notably, although 30%–99% human lnc RNAs are conserved across different species on DNA locus level, only 20%–27% of these conserved lnc RNA loci are detected to transcription, which represents a stark contrast to the proportion of conserved protein-coding genes(48%–80%). This finding provides a valuable resource for experimental scientists to study the mechanisms of lnc RNAs. Moreover, we constructed lnc RNA expression phylogenetic trees across nine mammals and demonstrated that lnc RNA expression profiles can reliably determine phylogenic placement in a manner similar to their coding counterparts. Our data also reveal that the evolutionary rate of lnc RNA expression varies among tissues and is significantly higher than those for protein-coding genes. To streamline the processes of browsing lnc RNAs and detecting their evolutionary statuses, we integrate all the data produced in this study into a database named Phylo NONCODE(http://gffzz4d3d7636fb124c4fhqn69kwbvpobk6c5u.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/phylo Noncode). 18Greenhouse gas emissions from oilfield-produced water in Shengli Oilfield,Eastern China显示文摘Greenhouse gas(GHG) emissions from oil and gas systems are an important component of the GHG emission inventory. To assess the carbon emissions from oilfield-produced water under atmospheric conditions correctly, in situ detection and simulation experiments were developed to study the natural release of GHG into the atmosphere in the Shengli Oilfield,the second largest oilfield in China. The results showed that methane(CH4) and carbon dioxide(CO2) were the primary gases released naturally from the oilfield-produced water.The atmospheric temperature and release time played important roles in determining the CH4 and CO2emissions under atmospheric conditions. Higher temperatures enhanced the carbon emissions. The emissions of both CH4 and CO2from oilfield-produced water were highest at 27°C and lowest at 3°C. The bulk of CH4 and CO2was released from the oilfield-produced water during the first release period, 0–2 hr, for each temperature, with a maximum average emission rate of 0.415 g CH4/(m3·hr) and 3.934 g CO2/(m3·hr), respectively. Then the carbon emissions at other time periods gradually decreased with the extension of time. The higher solubility of CO2 in water than CH4 results in a higher emission rate of CH4 than CO2over the same release duration. 19Synthesis of AgGa1-xInxSe2 Polycrystalline Materials显示文摘AgGa1-xInxSe2 polycrystals were synthesized by the method of mechanical oscillation and temperature oscillation. X-ray diffraction spectra of polycrystal powder are conformable with the JCPDS cards. Lattice constants a and c calculated from the XRD were found to obey Vegard's law. The melting point of AgGa0.8In0.2Se2 obtained by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) is 796.53 ℃. The DSC curve also show that there are no other transformation points below the melting point. 20Source and Evolution of the Ore-Forming Fluids of Carlin-Type Gold Deposit in the Youjiang Basin,South China:Evidences from Solute Data of Fluid Inclusion Extracts显示文摘The source and evolution of ore-forming fluids is important to understand the genesis of Carlin-type gold deposit.Constraints on the source and evolution of ore fluid components by the con-ventional geochemical methods have long been a challenge due to the very fine-grained nature and complex textures of hydrothermal minerals in these deposits.In this study,we present the crush-leach analyzed solute data of fluid inclusion extracts within quartz,calcite,realgar,and fluorite from the Shuiyindong,Nibao,and Yata gold deposits in the Youjiang Basin,providing new insights into the source and evolution of ore-forming fluids.The results show that the high molar Cl/Br ratios up to 2508 in fluid inclusion extracts are indicative of a contribution of magmatic hydrothermal fluids.Flu-ids mixing between basinal and magmatic-hydrothermal fluids are evident on the plots of Cl/Br versus Na/K ratios,showing that ore-stage milky quartz near the magmatic-hydrothermal fluids reflects magma origin of the ore-forming fluids,whereas late ore-stage drusy quartz and realgar near the de-fined basinal fluids suggest the later input of basinal fluids in late-ore stage.Although the predominate-ly host rocks in Shuiyindong,Nibao and Yata gold deposit are bioclastic limestone,sedimentary tuff,and calcareous siltstone,respectively,the solute data of fluid inclusion extracts records they underwent the similar fluid-rocks reactions between the Na-rich magmatic hydrothermal fluids and the Ca-and Mg-rich host rocks.This study highlights the solute data of fluid inclusion extracts obtained by crush-leach analyses have the potential to fingerprint the source and evolution of ore-forming fluids of the Carlin-type gold deposit.Xiaoye Jin Chengfu Yang Jianzhong Liu Wu Yang 2021Journal of Earth Science2021,32,1:2
