1Temperature Field and Microstructural Formation of Semi-Solid AlSi_7Mg Alloy显示文摘The microstructural formation of the semi-solid AlSi7Mg alloy stirred by electromagnetic field is investigated together withthe tempeatre field of the stirred melt at continuously cooling. A impoat kinetic factor for primny a-Al nucleation is proposed. It isfound that a low temperatUre gradient exists in the electromagnetic stirred melt. This is why the first dendritic arms and secondary de-ndritic arms are refmed. Experimefltal results also show that the root remelting of secontw dendritic arms is an twortat mechanismfor the primary α-Al refmement. Strong electromagnetic stirring greatly reduces the composition supercooling in the melt and eliminatesprefedrig growth of the first dendritic arms. 2Software defined industrial network architecture for edge computing offloading显示文摘The integration of the Internet and the traditional manufacturing industry makes the industrial Internet of things(IIoT) as a popular research topic. However, traditional industrial networks continue to face challenges of resource management and limited raw data storage and computation capacity. A novel software defined industrial network(SDIN) architecture was proposed to address the existing drawbacks in IIoT such as resource utilization, data processing and storage, and system compatibility. The architecture is developed based on the software defined network(SDN) architecture, combining hierarchical cloud and fog computing and content-aware caching technologies. Based on the SDIN architecture, two types of edge computing strategies in industrial applications are discussed. Different scenarios and service requirements are considered. 4Independently recurrent neural network for remaining useful life estimation显示文摘In the industrial fields, the mechanical equipment will inevitably wear out in the process of operation. With the accumulation of losses, the probability of equipment failure is increasing. Therefore, if the remaining useful life(RUL) of the equipment can be accurately predicted, the equipment can be maintained in time to avoid the downtime caused by equipment failure and greatly improve the production efficiency of enterprises. This paper aims to use independently recurrent neural network(IndRNN) to learn health degradation of turbofan engine and make accurate predictions of its RUL, which not only effectively solves the problem of gradient explosion and vanishing, but also increases the interpretability of neural networks. IndRNN can be used to process longer time series which matches the scene with high frequency sampling sensor in industrial practical applications. 5Viral metagenomics analysis of feces from coronary heart disease patients reveals the genetic diversity of the Microviridae显示文摘Recent studies have declared that members of the ss DNA virus family Microviridae play an important role in multiple environments, as they have been found taking a dominant position in the human gut. The aim of this study was to analyze the overall composition of the gut virome in coronary heart disease(CHD) patients, and try to discover the potential link between the human gut virome and CHD. Viral metagenomics methods were performed to detect the viral sequences in fecal samples collected from CHD inpatients and healthy persons as controls. We present the analysis of the virome composition in these CHD patients and controls. Our data shows that the virome composition may be linked to daily living habits and the medical therapy of CHD.Virgaviridae and Microviridae were the two dominant types of viruses found in the enteric virome of CHD patients. Fourteen divergent viruses belonging to the family Microviridae were found, twelve of which were grouped into the subfamily Gokushovirinae, while the remaining two strains might represent two new subfamilies within Microviridae, according to the phylogenetic analysis.
